MCJA, not being anything but an on looker, I think both companies will eventually be on the Nasdaq. This is a bad example because of the industery, but like of like American Airlines and there parent company AMR Corporation. I feel that once the div is done and SSTY gets off the grays, both will climb to over $1 after financials are given and it shows how good both companies are doing.
Just my own thoughts of what I feel this company can do with the outstanding product it has.

What do you think the chances are that TPID's stock remains flat until SSTY gets off the greys? Or if they give specifics on contracts through TPID will SSTY climb in the Greys?

as long as we remain the greys, the pps has shackles on it's feet... there would have to be some extreme volume to get it to even .005, in my opinion
besides, it's just a matter of when, not if, but when we return to an exchange with updated financials

Right now, I think once TPID does there forward stock split and we get a base for starting "over" from the new lower price, it will move faster and higher then SSTY for the first few months. I don't think it will remain flat, but again, I don't have any solid information to back up my thoughts.
Really, right now all I'm worried about is how long the restriction will last. I've seen them last as short as one month to 18 months.

I've been up all night grading papers for my beloved 4th grade class and haven't slept a wink! It's okay because the feeling of giving back to young children is a greatest feeling of all. I start subbing again at my kid's school at 9:30 later this morning. Man, I would die for a 15 minute nap right now and I'll get it eventually!
Anyway, reading the 10 page letter to sharedholders at:
is making me feel even more certain that all SSTY shareholders who are patient and who are willing to wait this one out, are the ones who are going to make it at the end. There's no question about it! Whether you want to believe or not, SSTY is the "GLOBAL LEADER" of it's industry, is a multi-billion dollar corporation and WILL DELIVER from here on!!! It's only March right now..... We've got ALL YEAR and beyond, DAMMIT!
Negative, non-supporters can bash SSTY all they want..... It doesn't matter... All that does matters is the faithful SSTY shareholders who "believe" in the company and "believe" that we will PROSPER at the end will come out the HUGE winners with the rewards that SSTY can give us. I'm in SSTY with 10 million shares strong and that may not seem much. All I know is that, if you're with SSTY for the long haul, together, WE'LL ALL make it big, TOGETHER!!!..... Party at my brand new South Beach, Miami house when the day comes!

Did I miss anything? databig... I haven't had a minute of time to myself this whole week. I will call Cimino by Friday after school is out and hopefully he'll still be in his office and will pick up the phone.
2 more days of school and I'm done! Now, I understand why school teachers are always complaining about how they're underpaid!!!

This is from the 10 page letter to SSTY shareholders. May be old news to you but reading this makes me feel a lot better and makes me even more proud to be a SSTY shareholder!
Since there were 3,939,517,068 shares of SSTY issued and outstanding as of the record date, that makes the conversion ratio 19.697:1 (i.e. for every 19,697 shares of SSTY you get 1 TPID/ONTV given that there will be 200 million TPID/ONTV shares to distribute.
PROCEDURE FOR RECEIVING SHARE STOCK CERTIFICATES
The ex-dividend date is April 25th, 2006. The dividend will be distributed to shareholders as of the record date as set by the Board of Directors. As of the record date, each certificate representing shares of Sure Trace will be deemed for the all corporate purposes to evidence ownership of a pro-rata number of TPID shares of common stock. We will not issue fractional certificates but will round up each fractional share.
Our transfer agent will act as distribution agent for purposes of implementing the distribution of stock certificates.

It looks like I'll be working as a voluntary substitute teacher at my daughter's elementary school throughout the entire month of April until the school finds a permanent replacement for my 4th grade class. I thought last week would be my last week of "subbing" and teaching but I thought wrong. The school has not found a permanent replacement teacher as of yet. I'm willing to fulfill "my mission" of teaching because honestly, this is my very first time being a teacher of a 4th grade class of 28 students and for me, it feels GREAT to educate young children. If it wasn't for my addiction to stock trading, I would actually go back to school and get my teaching credentials to become a full-time teacher at an elementary school.
I'm just letting you guys know, for the entire month of April (except THIS WEEK because of Spring Break), I won't be on allstocks.com during the trading session, because during those hours, I'm at the school teaching and when I get home, all I do is help my daughter with her homework and on top of that I'm correcting and grading homework assignments from my class all night for the next morning. What a life! LoL!
I'm NOT neglecting my passion, which is stock trading. I shall return to stock trading full-time once the school finds a permanent teacher for my class.
At least I'll be getting a whole week off of school this week for Spring Break, starting NOW!
About SSTY's Michael Cimino.....
I guess Cimino wasn't by his telephone or maybe he just didn't want to take any phone calls but I left a message for him with this lady who picked up the phone in the afternoon this past Friday. If Cimino doesn't return my call by today, Monday, I'll try my best to contact him again.

Kane, there has been two PR's on the True Product ID webs site one today and one friday. The problem is its in Chinese and I can't figure how to get it in English. www.trueproductid.com

On True Product ID's website, they have an "English" option on the top of the page. No matter where you go on True Product's website, you will always need to press the "English" button over and over again to get all the literature in English. Hope that helps.
I think I made it sound even more confusing... For me, it did.
For example... You're on True Product's home webpage. You click on the "English" button on the top..... Most of everything on that particular page will be readable in English. If you click onto another area of the website, let's say to read a press release, and when the site takes you to the press release page, you will need to click on the "English" button again at the very top of the page to have everything read out in English.

DWE, whats strange is when I hit the English verision in the press release, it doesn't give the english version for Friday or Today. There is some good info on what they are working on though, here is an example

Filthy, I have been monitoring Ragingbull and I have never seen people spend so much time bashing as they do. It has to consume most of there day, I can't figure out why someone would spend so much wasteful time if they don't have shares in this stock.

What they are probably doing is bashing so that they can convinence them to sell because they know that pretty soon this stock will be taking off so that they can get a lot of shares for a cheap price.It is okay because we all know the real trueth about this stock and that is that we will be the true winners as long as we stick together.

Probably more to do with taxes than anything. I just wish that the government would just pass the FAIRTAX so that we wouldn't ever half to deal with filling our taxes anymore.
