The only thing that he stated was that it should be soon. If someone could call and ask about the dividend shares. How do we get the share? Also when I talked to Michael he made me feal very good about being an investor in SSTY. One more thing that I asked him which I think I did not put on my last report was that I asked him if they have any big contracts in the works he couldn't tell me about any contracts but he did say that he wouldn't be with the company if he wasn't making money. So DWE do you remember anything that he said to you when you talked to him?

Found this on another stock site, for what it's worth. This is one person opinion one what the share of SSTY are worth
heres how i break it down:
1825000000 is 5million a day for brand 315, then......
912500000 divide in half, and
775625000 multiply by eighty five percent then
0.19390625 is revenue per share if you divide by 4 billion float
(0.155125 if you divide by the full 5 billion)

Brand315 has informed Sure Trace that it chose the Company's solutions, collectively known as True Product ID, because it recognized that the components of this one solution fit the varied and specific needs of all Brand315's members. According to the feedback from Brand315, what set the Company apart from other technologies is that we have demonstrated the present ability to deliver the technologies developed for China and deploy them across many different applications - from controlling and tracking counterfeit products, containers, authenticating precious artifacts, identity authentication, transportation systems, munitions and document management.
This initial pilot program contract calls for the joint venture to mark 2 billion labels of the top brands in China. If this initial pilot program is completed as planned, Company officials estimate that the total receipts under this contract will approximate $5,000,000 over the next 3 months. The amount may vary due to fluctuations in the currency exchange rate.
This number of items to be marked in this initial agreement, 2 billion units, is just the average daily amount of units commonly processed by the Brand315 network.

So, TPIDUS then would record $776M less 7.5% to SSTY. Here is my calculated share price based on your numbers:
TPIDUS $776M - 7.5% = $718M/250M shares = $2.87/share x multiple of 10 x revenues (as as starting point) = ~$29/share SSTY $776M x 7.5% = $58M/4B shares = $0.0145/share x same multiple of 10 x revenvues = $0.145/share.
I don't know. No one hold me to these numbers but just thought I would do some rough calculations.

If I can sell off a couple of my existing holdings today, I will definetely pick up at least 2 additional million shares of SSTY whether if these additional shares are eligible for the dividend payout or not.
I'm going to attempt to buy at $0.001 to $0.0015 if that's still possible. It may take time, much time, but I don't "believe" SSTY shares are worth waiting for anymore..... But rather, "I KNOW" SSTY SHARES ARE WORTH WAITING FOR, if you will.....

The longer you wait the worse off you will be with this stock. Because the thing that I have noticed with all of the pr's is that every seven days they release a new one and I think that Friday they will be releasing one or it will be soon after.

this is so good! all this news lately has this stock play looking better and better by the week. They really are going to deliver China! soon to come, financials (uplist anyone?). hopefully this time next year we'll all be saying things like "1 month left of restriction on our shares!" lol. and of course, driving around our new Audi RS6's/Mercedes E55's/BMW's etc. etc.

I completely agree with you once they hit one dollar then that will give me enough money to be able to start my company. Which I will keep you informed on once I start selling shares. I know that the industry that they are in it is a 100 billion dollar industry and there is only 4 competitors in this industry which mean that this company in the next few years it could be valued anywhere from 1 billion to a 10 billion dollar industry as long as management doesn't mess thing's up but I beleive that Mr. MacKay is managing the company right. Hopefully they start buying or merging with more corporations like they are doing.

Here's something Cimino mentioned about Jim MacKay when I asked about him on the phone.....
Cimino said Jim MacKay is the "BIGGEST SECRET" behind the whole SSTY operation, meaning MacKay is the MAIN ingredient for the company's present and future success.
When we talk about 1 to 10 to whatever billions of dollars, SSTY will be in the same leagues or even higher with other multi-billion dollar corporations like Yahoo, eBay and so on... I had that feeling early on when I started buying SSTY shares last year in September.

Here's another thing... Remember, past executives have attempted to corrupt the company and Jim MacKay. So what does Jim MacKay do? Gave those morons the boot plus file litigation against them. We still have yet to hear about that. Jim MacKay IS THE MAN!!!

Just came back to find out I picked myself up another million shares of SSTY for a total of 9 mil now. Friday's the last day of the trading week, going to make it to 10 million shares by tomorrow? I hope so!!! Then next week..... My goal is to own a total of 15 million shares by the end of next week!

What price are you getting your shares at, it so hard to tell with this stock? I still do not see any thing new on the dividend.

I bought today's million at 0.0015. It executed at 12:50 Pacific Time. I notice all the 0.001 orders are extremely low in volume only by the thousands so I won't even bother with tryin' to buy at 0.001. Going for another million tomorrow again for 0.0015. I'm so hyped up about SSTY that hopefully, I'll have 15 million by next Friday.
