hows the commericals coming. how often are they showing commericals.
And we also have tallboynca from Raging bull who has also subscribed to QTN in San Diego.
Plus with the new houston carriage, we have at least 1, maybe 2 or 3 more shareholders who will be subscribing in the next couple days on IHUB.
Add to that, there could be shareholders either on allstocks or Ragingbull who will be subscribing in Houston.
Things are starting to pick up.
LOL, 2 weeks ago all we had was skunksyard postin how good everything was. Now we got a plethera of opinions on the content!
I'm watching the Ultimate Combat Experience right now and the picture and sound are perfect. The commercials are about the same as yesterday. They have some, but not too many. They just did a commercial break with two commercials: 1) Osteon Arthritis medicine, and 2) Mountain High Motor Sports.

Well it's 11:30PM and I need to get to bed. The next show is going to be a half-hour cartoon called “Mirage of Blaze” and the guide says it’s about a high school student who fights with evil spirits. They also just put on a Gay games advertisement.

With everything happening now, who knows..... maybe frank is sitting there wringing his hands with dollar signs in his eyes just waiting to buy back shares so cheaply. (Maybe, just maybe, he is already doing so slowly).......... Uh, oh is that the alarm clock that just went off. Time to wake up and get to school.

Thursday, December 08, 2005 Q TELEVISION NETWORK TO MAKE DECEMBER 13TH LAUNCH ON TIME WARNER CABLE HOUSTON
For Immediate Release:
Q TELEVISION NETWORK TO MAKE DECEMBER 13TH LAUNCH ON TIME WARNER CABLE HOUSTON
Premium 24/7 GLBT Channel Now Available in Five of Nation’s Top 10 Markets
BURBANK, CA & NEW YORK, NY – December 8, 2005 – Underscoring its continued expansion throughout the United States, Q Television Network (See OTCBB Other: QBID) has announced its launch on the Time Warner Cable Houston system. Houston area digital cable subscribers will be able to access QTN’s live, original gay and lesbian programming as a 24/7 premium network on channel 537, effective December 13, 2005. With this move—QTN’s fifth Time Warner carriage deal—the network now has distribution in five of the nation’s top 10 markets.
“Research has shown Houston's significant gay & lesbian population to be among our most valuable audiences in terms of new product penetration and favorable demographics," said Greg Calvert, Time Warner Cable's Director of Marketing in Houston. "However, it's an audience that has long been underserved with relevant television programming. QTN has developed an impressive slate of live and original programming, and we believe the audience will respond to that. We're very enthusiastic about the addition of QTN to the Houston channel line-up.”
Just two weeks ago, Q Television announced its launch throughout Time Warner Cable of New York and New Jersey, with previous launches on Time Warner’s Rochester, Syracuse and Maine divisions all within the last four months. The Houston addition will extend QTN’s reach by roughly half a million digital cable households.
Added Carol Hinnant, QTN’s Vice President, Affiliate Sales & Marketing, “It is our continued goal to reach out and entertain GLBT communities where they have been underserved in the past. Time Warner Cable has done a fabulous job of connecting with all segments of its customer base, and we look forward to working with them to serve the Houston market.”
In addition to movies, documentaries and original series, Q Television currently offers its customers five hours of live programming daily, including such hit shows as “Brunch,” “QueerEdge with Jack E. Jett,” “The Reichen Show,” “On Q Live,” “Q on the Move,” “QTN World News,” “Xcess/Access,” “On Topic” and “Flesh and Threads.” In June, Q Television featured a live broadcast of Houston's wildly popular nighttime pride parade as part of its 24 hour marathon of pride parades from six U.S. cities.
About Q Television:
This 24/7 premium television network is organized to create, develop and feature television programming for the gay and lesbian community, including live & interactive content every weeknight, plus sports, information and entertainment. While the company expects much of its subscriber base to be comprised of members of the gay and lesbian population, management also believes that quality programming about the gay and lesbian experience, designed to entertain, educate and inform, will attract many other segments of the viewing public. The company's programming is available on a subscription basis to those desiring to subscribe. The network is telecast 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Providing distribution via satellite ensures availability of the network across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Q Television Network is the official network of Gay Games® VII. The network is also ad-supported. For further information on programming and subscriptions, please visit www.qtelevision.com.

I asked this question a long time ago and still wondering if it could happen or if it is legal. If frank has the audit in front of him he knows what the company is worth and what the pps should be. So lets say the company is worth 500m with 60 billion so shares outstanding pps should be .0083. What if frank did get this loan for 10m and used it to buy back shares lets say he was able to 31 billion shares before the audit is released. Now release the audit let the pps fix its self and then retire 30 billion shares. The extra 1 billion shares that he bought up sell at current pps to pay back the loan. Just my thinking of a way to make everyone happy. But like I said I don't know, just one of those young college kids learning.

This is actually what I've been suspecting.
Of course, if this is ever proven, he goes to jail for a very long time.

Milliam
I dont think sexually orientation has any barring here. I am not gay and I cant stand the stuff, but a friend of mine that is loves it.
I agree. They do have some shows that don’t focus on GLBT issues/subjects. I actually think that is a good idea because they need some balance; I wouldn’t want to sit and watch “The Straight Network” all day long if all it talked about was the subject of being straight. There is more to my life than my sex life and I expect that GLBT people feel the same way.
