Firefly I think what some are worried about or questioning, is not TMM's productivity gains and success, but rather the possibilty of a manipulation scheme that involves stealing our money.

Imakmoney, its really great that you did this. It should have been done a long time ago. Thanks. The reaction is going to be interesting. I'd rather hear whats going on, even if its not as good as the CEO has painted it. At least we'll know.

Well today's PR declared the official winner of the Houston/Seattle market bet between MT and BigRod....so now, are there any bets on who's letter will be answered first, Lobo's or Imak's?
All the different designations can only be meant to keep the trail cold. We almost have them cornered though.

Should'nt be anything to hide. Right now that looks like he just trying to cover up something. If we have a right to see stuff, why not see it. The only complication will be one that Frank creates. Thats how I feel about this. I don't see any harm.

Out on a limb here, but that letter to the SEC was more than likely a comical conversation at some dinner party hosted by the same SEC service rep that recieved the letter, knowing nothing was going to come of it. It's just another pinksheet sob story.

Hopefully your right, and there is nothing to hide. And you will see all of it, less two to three months on a few things. Remember he said in the CC that the audit is not current.
But you can always figure close enough, what is lacking by just reviewing the past PR's.

I am betting that should they be in violation of the request that it would take a month or two - minimum - before any formal complaint was responded to and acted upon. It will also likely have to be acted upon by Washington state officials and with this being the holiday season I dont see them headed down to PS until mid January or later. Hell, it takes me 4-6 weeks to get back trademark/tradename paperwork from my Secretary of State office and they just have to fill out a form and mail it back.
If I was Frank and I was working on something behind the scenes that would make this a nonissue in the next few months I would just shrug it off until I was ready.
