That audit certification process must be pretty thorough!
Time will tell.

10/31/2005 - Audit Update
Dear Shareholders:
Q Television Network, being a subsidiary of Triangle Multi Media, completed its audit on Friday, October 28, 2005. The audit is currently going through its certification process and will be available for viewing within the coming weeks.
I would like to take a moment to highlight the important points of this audit:
1. Q Television will show its total asset base 2. Q Television will show its debt *** roughly 30% less than expected 3. Specific asset percentages, breakdowns and splits of Q Television Network and /or its parent, Triangle Multi Media
Based upon the findings of this certified audit, senior management and the Board of Directors will immediately meet in Las Vegas on Tuesday, November 1, 2005 to implement a financial structure to further develop the company.

Well it was great last night to see the product. Only got to see about 3 some hours of programming but thought it was pretty good. Picture was grainy and sound needs some work. This may be due to the new feed through Cox SD. I have heard similar stories from other posters elwhere in the country when it initially rolls out to new providers. We'll see. Was disapointed however on the advertising. It was all "AD council" or non profit stuff - over and over. Would like to see big names - cars, toothpaste or somthing. I enjoyed "What's for dinner", "On Q Live and Queer Edge". Did'nt care too much for "Q the Music". Video selection overall and time of day - better for just late night or Fri & Sat evening...IMO. - - - - - View Replies »

u need to buy more shares at .0002 if u can get it? ...let me tell ya. frank seems like a rip off..the thing is he went way over his head and got greedy with all aspects of money ,and he created a company that was bigger than expected, and now he wants to atleast think about the option of screwing us investors.. the only other option would be to literally go to work,,but the fact is that frank is sick..hes been in and out of the hospital..this could be a reason for the lack of information..its hard to work when ur in the hospital..to make a big tv network like he says..i think it requires a little more thank frank olsen..think about it..how many big network guys are gonna deal with frank ..who barely even understands what he is talkin about... they would rather deal with some old ,competent jewish lawyer or ceo..this is show business....not franks qbid .0003 stock. we need some real management..the only face at qtv that ive seen that posseses to have any kind of brains is carol hinnant. everyone else is a moron..ill tell you guys that straight up...after going to the studios a couple times ,,i thought of the funny movie with eddie murphy "trading places" .... where the old guy says "sell mortimer,,sell" ...its that scary..they have lack of management..but i still believe it has to work because now its more of a expansion issue...how well they can maintain their credibility in the market... so the question is this......... will frank think that hes big enough to be able to sell a company that is worth 1 billion,, or will he step down and take some investors little money and call it a day? well, thats where greed comes in..frank is greedy like us,and i think hes going for the whole kit and kaboodle. i think he should hire some jewish lawyer to handle all his finances and negotiations ,and then i think qtv can expand even faster than anyone could imagine.

ROFLMAO!!!! Actually you missed the point and failed miserably at thinking what I said through, I don’t give answers to arrogant egotistical people such as yourself.

If you even one iota of an understanding of what his link was, you would have noticed that he answered the question for you because you failed so miserably.
And his comment about me stating he couldn't do that without losing control of the company was made within the context of not raising the A/S. As I posted in a followup to Crimson back in September/October, you'll note that I mentioned to him that I hadn't considered he'd actually do that, because of investor backlash, but that he certainly *could*.

Yah, G...at least I admit to being a college student, so people can take what I say with a grain of salt...other people like to dress up in costumes and prance around as entirely different people.

Dj, I don't suppose that Frank takes any kind of advice from all of the broadcasting execs that are supposed to be surrounding him. If he's just calling all the shots the Nov. 2nd meeting in Vegas seems to have been unneccessary. Maybe it was just a good time to party in Vegas Not sure though. Frank should stop trying to expand to fast and let things catch up.

hahahaha. SFF, I'm in college, bro...What do you think Wake Forest is for? The trading is a little side thing I do. Whatever happens, happens. And anyway, I'm in Chatham, NJ for at least the next four years...so in my mind, my dreams have come true.

No, I'm thankful for Chatham...the times I'm unlucky to be in Newark, Paterson, Camden is when I realize that. My parents grew up outside Newark and Irvington, when they used to be somewhat acceptable...but, thank God I'm living in the #9 best place to live in the country right now. It really is quite wonderful...

I am pretty mad about things too, but man, you need to walk away from this for a while! LOL

If you ignore my posts, why are you asking me to leave?
Do you not like hearing what is really going on with QBID? Does the truth hurt just a little?

Sorry, I tend to respond to personal attacks with more personal attacks. When Clyde said it made him happy to see me cry like a child, I responded appropriately. I'm sorry you didn't find it funny, perhaps you are investing with a bit too much.
Or maybe if we're not supposed to find investing funny, we're supposed to enjoy a CEO squandering our money on parties. I'm sure everyone here loves the latest PR about the party considering the PPS.

"3/3/2005 - RE: Reverse Split
THERE WILL BE NO REVERSE SPLIT as long as Triangle Multimedia (ticker:QBID) is owned and operated by the current management team."
Frank has said there would be no Reverse Split as long as he is "associated" with the company. I hope this means he won't be like the other pink sheet CEOs and hang around mooching off the next CEO when they reverse-split and issue more shares to make a killing.
