Hi to all. We've all come a long way in the last year, especially the last quarter. I for one am very excited at the growth I expect for Q and our investment in 2006.

We are very fortunate to have Doc going the extra mile for us. He is taking his personal time to represent us. Doc has always done great DD and I expect he has heard things that he cannot verify and will not pass on until he has confirmed them. This makes him a creditable ally to us (the investors) and Frank.

Would you rather have fact or fiction? Just like a good Harry Potter read, I can wait for the
next book to come out. Perhaps Frank is wrapping up negotiations on another deal and needs an extra week to let the ink dry. I hope that is the case. I am going to give Frank the benefit of a doubt, one more time. But he better belly up to the table next week! LOL

Ooooooh, Sam, we just ordered a new type of space heater (2)--den and bathroom. They are a little pricey, but supposedly, can be turned off and still retain the heat.

So, they are suppose to save electricity.
Hope it isn't the kind of savings I make on sales!

Our main interest was that it doesn't dry out the air like ours does. Anyway, we can return them if we don't like them.

If it works as promised, I'll let you know.

I see the Joisey girls were on the loose again [Wink] LOL....anyway, just an observation, Doc and monkey are being smart....they were probably told that any info given to them would be considered insider info, and they could be subject to SEC penalties (possibly prosecution) if they disclosed any of this, because it hasn't been made public yet....hence, the reason for the delay...so Q can publicly publish the info, before Doc and friends see it, so when they DO comment on it, it's already publicly published.....good for all parties involved....smart guy that Doc [Wink] .....JMHO....

Marty.....I don't really think Doc and Imakmoney put any pressure on Frank, to release the audit.
I think Frank has had to deal with some issues, and convinced Doc and Imak, that waiting
a week would be best..... Go Frank, and Q!....
I do, however, applaud Doc and Imac for their efforts.....extreme!

Goodmornin Rod

Yeah I'm not scared of work either. I actually enjoy splitting and gathering the wood. I LOVE to heat with it and look forward to the smell every year. And besides, it always makes for a good indoor winter BBQ. [Big Grin]

Why would he tell you anything? All you do is twist anything that Doc would say. That is your common practice. A real person would respect his decision or an idiot as you are who wants an answer is to get off your trouble causing duff and find out for yourself, but I can't see that happening because you are LAZY!

I just want to call attention to the fact that every kid in the late 80’s played with a toy called Ball-Zak. Do you think marketing did it on purpose, so kids everywhere would play with their Ball-Zaks. Or do you think it honestly didn’t occur to them that their products name basically meant scrotum? Doc/Imak,

For what its worth, I applaud your efforts... But it chaps my hide that it has come down to this - that a couple of investors have to take time out of their day/schedule to try and get answers from Frankie boy. There is no doubt that QTN will succeed. What concerns me is the way Frankie boy goes about buidling "his dream" using our money without any concern for the shareholders - its the whole "wham-bam, thank-you maam" mentality that pizzzes me off! And I personaly DO NOT trust anything he says.

What kind of pressure have you put on Frank too release the audit?

Im sorry but i disagree with you. they are putting immense pressure on Frank.

he now has a deadline that they have set out, and he knows he has to produce it.

As Doc touched on last night there where some details that where not specified enough in the first letter that would not have produced the documents that they wanted to see, so basically had they stuck to that date we would still be upset as the audit still would not have been seen. and you would still not be happy.

I believe they made the best decision in waiting till next week, when they have the legal right to see all the documentation that Doc specified in his second letter.

Doc and Imakemoeny have my full support in thier efforsts. and for thier work they deserve a lot of respect from this board.

Ha, ha! I remember in the 60's when my teacher became so frustrated with a kid that she told him to set his butt back down in the lunchroom.

Suddenly there was oooooohhhhh and then silence among the 350-400 fifth/sixth graders!!

Point being--I still remember that!
