For what its worth, I applaud your efforts... But it chaps my hide that it has come down to this - that a couple of investors have to take time out of their day/schedule to try and get answers from Frankie boy. There is no doubt that QTN will succeed. What concerns me is the way Frankie boy goes about buidling "his dream" using our money without any concern for the shareholders - its the whole "wham-bam, thank-you maam" mentality that pizzzes me off! And I personaly DO NOT trust anything he says.
It shouldn't chap your azz Dew because TMM is still a non-reporting company, therefore it technically makes this leg-work part of their due dilligence, at their choice I might add.
And we are all greatful for that.
I'm not bashing you, I'm just saying that there is no sense in painting these pages with redundancy. Give the complaining a rest. Let's all just wait this out and see what happens.
Hopefully this upcoming meeting will provide Doc and Imak with "some" long awaited information that they can share with us if they so desire.

Has the second letter been posted? What exactly are they asking Frank to provide?
quote:Originally posted by Penny-Trader: What kind of pressure have you put on Frank too release the audit?
Im sorry but i disagree with you. they are putting immense pressure on Frank.
he now has a deadline that they have set out, and he knows he has to produce it.
As Doc touched on last night there where some details that where not specified enough in the first letter that would not have produced the documents that they wanted to see, so basically had they stuck to that date we would still be upset as the audit still would not have been seen. and you would still not be happy.
I believe they made the best decision in waiting till next week, when they have the legal right to see all the documentation that Doc specified in his second letter.
Doc and Imakemoeny have my full support in thier efforsts. and for thier work they deserve a lot of respect from this board.

I do, however, applaud Doc and Imac for their efforts.....extreme!
no they have not been posted, but they are asking for averything, if you can think of it, its in there. Doc put a lot of thought into it from what i can tell.
if they get everything they ask for they will be all afternoon going through it all, in my opiionion.

I believe everyone is entitled to their options, but I am not as optomistic as you are Qbid'n... based on Frankie boy's record, we ARE NOT going to recieve any worthwile information. We are going to get more smoke and mirrors (mark my words)that will lead to more questions and confustions. That is Frankie boy's MO. This will continue until QBID becomes a fully reporting company. Anything Frankie boy says CANNOT be trusted IMO.

Those observing might get you confused...
Good luck next week and thanks for your efforts.
You could have just sat and complained, but you have taken action. We're all aware that Frank knows his way around.

Yeah, I'm trying to get my parents to move to North Carolina... but I really like Chatham... I'm torn... The housing is just sooo cheap in NC...compared to Chatham, I mean

This is why I lurk! Its hard for me to put up with the bashers and morons, people who are clueless! It seems to me most people just dont have a clue as to HOW TO RUN A BUISNESS. Q is possibly one of the toughest buisness to ever START UP in this industry. MY HAT IS OFF TO FRANK, and all his people to take on such a monumental task. At this point IMO Q has so much mometum that I belive it is going to be one of the Biggest NETWORKS in years to come.

Oh, and just a negative thought today... Let's just blame Frank here for a second and consider something. These recent PR's don't seem to be doing anything to the price... Even ones that would probably increase the price (carriers, etc.) haven't done anything but drive this down...
Maybe the PRs are a signal to the MMs or other investors that shares are being released into the float...that more are available...IDK...

If Frankie the fraud really gave a sh!t about the PPS and shareholders he would do a massive buy back at these prices. Wishful thinking...
