I have my theories. I feel that Frank is in a buyback situation and he has his mm on the inside bid and is staying there till he has bought everything that he wants.

the 100 billion A/S is being applied for as a smoke screen.

with all the people that have orders in to buy at these levels, we should be hearing of at least one person being able to buy at these levels.

I thought it would be ok to start a new thread, but I guess I'm not on the "special" list. I also thought the title was more that appropriate considering the audit was promised many moons ago. I suppose that my being down $9000 does not entitle me to an opinion.

hey chris we are all entitled to our opinions and if you choose to start a new thread that is up to you. i wont be offended.

i have been a follower of qbid and appreciate all the great dd that alot of folks do on qbid so i just keep on following and let them decide when they want a new thread. thats just me though. you should do as you feel as you have put alot into this and have every right to do as you wish.

dont feel bad my freind i have put almost a whole years wage into this stock and i dont make that much money. if it makes you feel any better i am down on paper over 26,000 $$$ if i were to sell right now.

The thing that keeps me optimistic is i know frank is sneaky and can one day surprise us .the company is moving forward and making good strides but the pps is just downright horrible right now. i am also happy cuz i know that until this reverse splits and heads back to were we are, or we go bankrupt i havent lost one cent on qbid yet and i dont intend on it ever.

best of luck to all qbidians i just pray that franky does us right one day and we see this stock trading on the amex with a a/s of 1 billion and a share price of 1$ that will be the day i can truly sing and run naked in public hehehe.

22 million long and strong.

No offene there Zip but we usually discuss the name of the next thread, and we let the older posters here have the honours of starting it.

I've been around for a while an i have not even started a thread yet.

If QBID gets to be a $1 a share without any kind of reverse split... I will join you and run in the street naked.... I am down about 11K. I bought a million more today at .0003. Just call me crazy. I am straight, but I will even give Frank a big kiss if this goes to a buck. [Big Grin]

Possible, yes. Probable, no.

However, he now has 40B more shares to dump once he releases relevant information. Unless some poor companies accepted them as a form of payment. Then they'll have to dump them.

Needless to say it would be nice if he'd do something to change the scenario toward some shareholder value.
This getting gang banged by the Q mgmt thing is getting really old.

PT- I'm sorry I have to say that is close to what Franks MO seems to be.
As far as I know the appointment is still on.
Its not beyond this guyrl to say he will release the info before that just to avoid it in my thinking. We all wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. I'll believe in sacrifice a lot more when he doesn't own 53% of whatever he throws out there.

maybe hire a lawyer, take him to court, then delay a couple of court dates, stretch it out for 6 months and then settle out of court by agreeing to show you a 1 year old out dated audit that means dick to us then.

I hope I'm wrong but that is and has been my gut feeling on this since the letters where sent.

Good luck Imakemoney and Doc. keep the presure on them to let you see those documents.

Dig: I think that you are right in saying that Frank will probably release something before the planned meeting. I for one do not feel that Frank wants shareholders going through any documentation that he has not released.

In any case if he decides to release information, the plan is to still go to "Q" and to verify that information for ourselves. Imakmony has been very dilligent in his plans to make this meeting with Frank and his books happen.

I am sure that Frank et al are feeling the pressure right now, IMHO they want more time but as far as I am concerned their time has run out. Stalling for time can be good as well as bad, it really depends on what info you want to release or not to release.

More of the same type of letters were sent to "Q" today in an effort to make our concerns and requests known to more of Frank's inner circle (Egan Elleridge, Scott Withers, Randy Vaughan)

Thanks to Imakmony for keeping the pressure on them, keep the pot boiling [Big Grin]

Doc, thats great how imakmony is keeping the pressure up. The extra letters to other high up individuals is a good idea. Frank will no doubt hide the things that he doesn't want seen, like things he did since the last audit perhaps. Maybe they can convince Frank to grow the company a little slower.
Now back to my other TV network.

I am sure you have all the questions lines up, and I do not want to say much here about all the questions to be asked.
But how about in his call he said they won't let the price drop, well look at that crap now Frank.
I know someone mentioned it a little bit back.
It just gets me that he said that and it can't go much lower.
Very frustrating and I am done for now because I can go on and on.
Thanks

Read about this...ahhh, I hate Cliff Kincaid...hahaha, listen to the radio broadcast...he does conservatives a disservice.

-------------------------------------------------

Gay Times on TV
By Cliff Kincaid | December 29, 2005
The problem is too much, not too little, gay TV.

What passes for a media watchdog show on Fox News has failed again. Discussing the new pro-homosexual propaganda film, Brokeback Mountain, Fox News Watch panelist Jane Hall declared that 10 percent of the U.S. population was gay. Host Eric Burns countered that it may be as low as 5 percent. They were both wrong, as another panelist, James Pinkerton, pointed out. He noted the real figure is 1 percent. It comes from census data. The higher 10 percent figure comes from the discredited work of Alfred Kinsey, who greatly overstated the amount of sexual perversion in the population because he used criminals and pedophiles as his subject matter.

Jane Hall is no ordinary pundit. She teaches journalism at American University and claims a master's degree in journalism from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism in New York. And yet she was uninformed about the available scientific data on the number of homosexuals in the population. With people like Jane Hall teaching student journalists, it's no wonder we face a seemingly never-ending problem of liberal bias in the major media.

Burns went on to wonder why 5 or 10 percent of the films and TV programs weren't geared toward a homosexual audience. Did it occur to him that doing programs geared to a small percentage of the population might drive away viewers? The question misses the point, however. The media fall all over themselves catering to the whims and desires of the homosexual lobby. The problem is too much, not too little, gay TV.

LOGO, the new homosexual TV network launched by MTV, is already in 13 million homes. It claims to have "more than 200 lesbian- and gay-themed feature films, an ongoing documentary series, newscasts tailored for the gay and lesbian community and quality original shows and specials."

LOGO has a partnership with CBS News. They are both part of the Viacom media conglomerate. Someone named Jason Bellini of CBS News appears on the channel to bring "exclusive news" of interest to gays and lesbians.

One such news report concerned the first "gay divorce," involving the first civil union couple, Carolyn Conrad and Kathleen Peterson. Conrad had gotten a "relief from abuse" order against Peterson and said she feared physical harm. On the Fox News Watch program, Cal Thomas wondered why the split wasn't getting as much attention as their original loving commitment, which was featured on front pages five years ago.

In response to my recent commentary suggesting the media adopt a "Stop Gay Sex" campaign to save lives, I was contacted for an interview by someone with Q Television World News on the Q Television Network. I declined after discovering that this is yet another homosexual channel.

One show, Queer Edge, hosted by one Jack E. Jett, "takes viewers to the farthest reaches of 'Queerdom'…" Jett delves into all definitions of the word 'queer' with his special guests, video features and celebrity guest co-hosts. Guests have included Buck Angel, a female to male transsexual porn star, and Mark Christian, the former lover of Rock Hudson, who died of AIDS in 1985.

This is worse than Rita Cosby's MSNBC show. This programming poisons our culture. But most commentators are reluctant to say this. Either they are gay themselves, too liberal to care, or fearful of getting hate-filled email messages generated by stories from homosexual David Brock's Media Matters.

My count shows that the homosexuals now have two networks devoted exclusively to their cause. And what about conservatives? We used to have Fox News Channel. Now it runs global warming specials featuring Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and its news coverage is being manipulated by a Saudi Prince and investor in the Fox parent company to benefit global Islam.

Will the Saudi Prince please call Rupert Murdoch and pull the plug on Fox News Watch?

That "shoe" fits in relation to WRITTEN statements from Frank concerning our financials being as structured as our programing and our proposed value in 2006.

Oh, to be the proverbial fly on the wall.........

But we have the next best....imak and Doc.

Well, the only good thing about the football game tonight is that thankfully Tech's season is over at least!!

I wonder which has more chance of happening, Q actually going way up in price, or Chan Gailey actually coaching Tech to a good season?

I hope everyone had a good Christmas, now hopefully Frank will help us out with a good New Year!!

I am second generation GT, and walked on for a season under Bobby Ross. Hard for me to ever pull for the dawgs. [Big Grin] I try though!

Now if we could just get Cremins back to recruit and let Hewitt coach we would be unstoppable!
