Well as the “New Year” approaches, we just might find out how much we really appreciate Frank.
With only 4 days remaining in 2005 here on the QBID board, I think it's fair to say that we will end this year with 94 press releases. That’s 94 press releases that reflect success. Now I don’t know about you guys, but that many PR’s has proved to be a very busy year. To date, Q’s growth has been nothing less than exciting.
Of course there are some of you that was just as equally unimpressed. In fact, you are the one’s who remain disgruntled. No matter what, you were always the one’s who managed to find reason to criticize Frank. You complained how PR’s were suspiciously vague and/or not telling the whole story. And funny enough, you are also the one’s who still continue to impatiently expect Frank/TMM to perform like a Fortune 500 CEO/company.
I believe most longs here, including myself, prefer to look at the glass half full…so as far as we can tell, 2006 is off to a good start.
Personally, as I look back on Frank’s achievements, I can honestly say that for me, it has come to a satisfying end on a mostly impressive year.

I am staying away from this multi. I am not a lawyer and also am not a tader/broaker. Just a small and smaller investor as of this month. I won't touch this subject with a 10 foot pole. As always only my opinion.

How about a picture of the look on Frank's face

Leave it to you to bring a very, very long time lurker/investor(almost 2 years now, since Dardadog and Diana times) out from behind the Qblinds to post his first reply.
I only registered on allstocks a few moons ago in comparison to how long I've been watching our little Q grow. I have continued to observe the insanity daily, just from behind the Qblinds.
How about a picture of the look on Frank's face [Big Grin]
I don't care who ya are, thats funny!!!
Doc, thanks for the much needed laugh.

May want to contact the state of Washington prior to the trip to determine what you can and can not make copies of during your visit.

Actually Bigg is right,we need to know everything in case some curve balls get thrown.Always have the answer before the question is asked. If copies are allowed and Frank says no, that problem can be dealt with right then and there, rather than having to leave and then come back at a later date. Two of the board members have been extemely nice enough to make this visit to begin with, let alone making the visit worthleass. Everything and anything that the shareholders are allowed to do legally should be known before going to prevent the stoppers.

Well, I guess it is almost end of 2005 and that mean the end of the quarter and that means another conference call is around the corner. Do we think that Frank will have one next month? If he does, I am sure that it will be a blast! But I don't think he will have one. He has a lots of explaining to do.

The last CC cost us 20 grand, and we had to make up for it with 16-20 billion more shares. Got us coming and going. It might have been cheaper if he knew how to talk, or had something straightforward to say. I prefer he keeps his big mouth shut and writes down what he has to say.

I'm curious - if hundreds of millions of stocks have gone back and forth at .0002 the past week and a half, how come none of us have gotten a single order filled?

The way I see it, the MM's make money when the stock trades, selling or buying. The volume is so high on this one they don't want it to stay stagnant. They are forcing it down to get people to sell.(making money) when it does run up, they will have a much larger spread which means more profit for them. They are preparing for a huge run. Not to mention the cheap shares they accumulate from the weak hands. Which they will sell back into the run. Double profit for them. And us that hold strong now. The only losers will be those who are selling.
just an opinion though, who really knows for sure.

no offence zippycal, but a new thread would be beter on Jan 1, 2006.......also, the "find the audit in the haystack" dosent seem like it is such a great eye catcher to bring others to the thread.
good effort though.... just my opinion, I'll follow the flow.

I'm still not certain that it will happen. as i said last week, i believe will agree to let them see the books, then not keep the appointment, then you have to figure out what the next step is.
maybe hire a lawyer, take him to court, then delay a couple of court dates, stretch it out for 6 months and then settle out of court by agreeing to show you a 1 year old out dated audit that means dick to us then.
I hope I'm wrong but that is and has been my gut feeling on this since the letters where sent.
Good luck Imakemoney and Doc. keep the presure on them to let you see those documents.
