anyone tried some old fasion guesstimate projections for the re-development project?
Heres my shot at it, could be wayyyy off like we all know. But she says they are developing it, not building. So i take that termanology litereally, but we wont know for sure till she says so in BOLD letters.lol
250,000/4 = 62,500 sale price per lot
deduct:
24,000 per lot development cost 25,000 land acq. cost
________________________
13,500 profit per lot
92+22=114 total lots, this is obviously redeveloping at the same UPA.
114 X 13,500= 1,539,000
-300,000 for contingencys
profit speculation: 1,239,000 (remember guys, this is based my guesses. with out land cost, ac., UPA, ect its hard to make a rock solid guess. but this is just working backwards with what i have) But she also mentioned high density, if that is the case, expect land acquisition cost would drop dramatically.
anyone have some input??

Boys and Girls, I do beleive we are going up. I would personally like to thank..........oh wait, that is a little too fast I am not selling any time soon. It is just great to see our company boot the crappy CEO Guthrie and put into place a real CEO along with a real company with soon to be real profits.

A long list of thank you is in order soon, at least I think so...

I left Guthrie a message on his phone that just because he left the company doesn't let him off the hook from false representation. I love to see crack heads like him sweat. I am going to drive him all the way back to Australia if possible. I will get my money's worth out of this guy I can promise you that.

hAHAHA. I wonder if any of these CEOs ever get stalkers or muggers out of this.
I mean, good lord, some crazy dude looses his shirt on one of these boards, then tracks down the Guthrie and burns down his house or keys his car, or something.
Hahahaaaaaaahaa.
I would hate to be the CEO of a failed penny stock.

Jif there are other ways of getting a person than physical violence. I don't know where you come from it sounds like a bad part of town. I am talking about OTC and the law. It's one thing for a company to lose money, it's another thing for a person to lie to get people to invest. That is called stealing if you haven't heard. There are laws against what Guthrie has done and he is about to find out. Any person can be tracked down by investigation and law. It may take some time, but when I think about all of the money he has used from good people on this board it helps drive me. You may fight with guns and knives but I prefer the law and court. This is definitely not my retirement, but with all the money that he could be subject to, that in itself could be a good paycheck for me as well as others.
I was looking over some of the post on CWFG and there seems to be several different opinions. The last is that this stock is on its way up. I can see the potential and the cost of getting in with a significant amount of share is very low. It seems to me that the benefit of the stock taking off greatly out weighs the risk of losing money. My plan of attack is to invest a small amount and wait it out. I was wondering if that is the approach that any of you are taking. I am very new to buying stocks and I don't want to get started off on the wrong foot.
Thanks

Look at it this way, invest at 0.0001. NO HIGHER. Every up tick in the price per share means you have earned your money back that many times over.
If the pps is at 0.0003, you've made 300% on your money.
The real question becomes: How long will it take to get there?
That's what we're all in limbo of.
If you're a true newbie, I suggest staying away from this one. Cut your teeth on an OTC stock. As you have read in this board, there are some shenanegans going on in Pinkie world.

I'll sign a class action law suit. Just show me where to put my pen.

Cool, you can thank me in shares. You could either send me $10 or give me 3 million shares of CWFG as that is about the same

I have noticed that we are moving into .0002 territory easier now. That is a good sign as .0001 is getting eaten up.

A bit lighter volume at this point today compared to yesterday. Not by much, though.
