I find it interesting that Guthrie up and off loads his company to someone else, and completely removes himself from the company. All this BEFORE we are supposed to get contracts and make lots of money? Doesn't seem to smart to me!
Could be that CWFG was a shell all along, not a real company. Guthrie finds a buyer for his shell (CWFG), who already has a company, but wants to be listed on the pink sheets. She already has an office, phone number, etc...
Don't know if many of you remember this, but http://www.pinksheetshells.com/ used to have Guthrie's phone number and email address at the bottom of it.
Now it has a Yahoo! address....
Looks like we may have been on to him and he got scared.... ?

Guthrie was scared and he never had any contracts, it was all garbage from him. He didn't even have a clue that his information was incorrect on the CCR website, and he didn't know that his bids would not be accepted becauase his info was incomplete. He did feel the heat, because I let him know personally what we were doing. He got out or is silenced. Wait until the next PR you won't see anything about him ever again. I will be seriously surprised. I think he sold the company to this MS. Ryals and it is for the good. I am holding my shares because she is the only one that has produced positive number PR. I would forget about Guthrie. I'm glad he's not mentioned it makes me feel like there is a legitimate shot at making the money back.

I removed my sell orders. I like the new owner / CEO. The PR's are money and overall I can see true leadership here. I am much happier about the company and I am sure we will gradually start gaining in stock price as the company continues to grow and develop revenue.

What a great oportunity for Knowledge Protection Company, LLC to buy a pink sheet shell, and then merge with CWFG, then change the name. All so they could get traded on the pink sheets....

Stop posting garbage. Everything on Yahoo, is already known by all of us.
Nothing to indicate a run to 4 anywhere, volume is finally coming back, but IMO nowhere near enough to get us there...
Many of us on this thread have been holdign this for months, waiting patiently for good news, and now it may finally be coming our way.

we need a good 400-500mil vol day in order to see a real surge. At this point bid strength means alot, traders will buy when we get a good solid bid (3 mms out of 10 or so isnt a strong bid, esp at .0001). It will just take time to build the bid strength to support a move above .0002

I called her number from the PR, there was at least a receptionist taking calls under Commonwealth, but the receptionist said no one Ms Ryals was not in and was unable to ring thru to her voicemail; however, the receptionist offered to try another extension and it went to her voicemail under "Knowledge Protect". I left a message, we'll see if she responds

Slip I agree with Jmoove - hang in there. If you think we have waited a long time, go look at some of the other boards of people that have been waiting on some of these. It's taken 6 mo. for some of them to make it out to the light. I hope it doesn't for us, but it will be worth it when it does. The number one thing to remember is that this lady Ryals posted real figures, which we never ever saw from Guthrie anywhere on any company he owned. As for jellybean I understand you may want to post things to feel like you are helping investors, but put your time to better use and a more fulfilling role - go save the whales. Stand out on the beach and tell them why they shouldn't come to close to the shores maybe they will listen to you. Hey you can even go post on QBID conversation and tell them to save themselves from a lost cause. Just please do us a favor and save your time and thoughts and not post.

Look - this company is in a rich part of Florida. And they have huge money which they invest in real estate.

And, I'm sure if they were unimpressed with the last CEO's performance, why would they let him continue to run the company going into a real hot time like this one.

I agree, JIF, but you have to remember that a "Board of Directors" does not necessarily mean much.
You can form a company right now, and you, yourself, can be the President, VP, CEO, and COO, and you can ALSO sit on the Board of Directors, with no one else by your side.
So when I read: "The board of directors has decided..." it makes me smile, because I know that Guthrie was sitting there smiling too...

Guys, Don't want to break the growing optimism but until we have contracts and some SEC documents(i.e: 10Q/8K or even an SB-2)......all this could very well be dust in the wind......yet again!!
'cause if you on Edgard and look for CWFG, there is practically nothing. Which is ultimately why Guthrie managed to get away unscathed, since he never posted anything with the SEC; therefore can't be accused of fraudulent behavior...he just published-clearly-uncerfiable PR to us but not with the SEC.
All that to say, this "new" CEO until she starts publishing on EDGAR,it will be hard to believe anything. That's my opinion.
