We all need to just relax, and take a deep breath - If this lady is legit, and truly is in charge, it will take some time to get things in order....
We're all in this together, so nobody panic, and start selling at 1...
I say, let's give her a chance, maybe till the end of the year (after all, it's almost the middle of November), and see what happens...
Hopefully Jmoove is right, and a breakout is on the way...
Just my opinion....

kinda quiet on this stock today. I'm hoping everyone is out researching the new COO or CEO whatever she is and whoever she is. I am half tempted to purchase a ticket to St. Petersburg and camp out at the non-existant Suite 911. I think all stockholders should demand more information on who we are to contact and how we are to contact this person. The problem is just that - we can't demand anything - we have no idea how to get in contact with the COO and have been very unsuccessful in receiving any information from Guthrie. Ugggghhhh, frustrated and still holding. Why me? Why me??

Ahhh Big - Im in with ya! I know we get a little impatient sometimes. But, so much has happened with this stock over the past month or so - I feel like I have been on a rollercoaster ride, and I am begining to get motion sickness. LOL Really, I feel that the information we are receiving from the CEO (be it Guthrie or the new, Kristen) is not complete. We are given only bits of information. How did CWFG aquire a new CEO. Was it not Guthrie who fathered this company? Why is he out now? Should we not have some background on the new CEO, or at minimum where she has experience in leading this company? Finally, how does the contact (cell) number stay the same under new leadership - unless Guthrie is in some way involved.

Press Release for Commonwealth Amern Finl Gp I Commonwealth American Financial Announces the Formation of a Wholly Owned Emergency Services Subsidiary 11/9/2005 8:30:02 AM
ST.PETERSBURG, Fla., Nov 09, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Commonwealth American Financial Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets: CWFG) today announced that the Board of Directors has approved the formation of a wholly owned Emergency Services Division/Subsidiary.
The company will expand within the area of Emergency Services. The Division/Subsidiary will engage in the negotiations of prearranged service contracts with municipal, city and state governments. These contracts will be fully executed and in force for a period of time with fees to be paid included in advance. For disaster clean up services, theses pre-negotiated contracts will benefit both the government agencies charged with clean up of natural disasters as well as the company as contracts will be in place ready to go without having to bid at the time of the required disaster clean up.
The company currently is also considering several additional opportunities either by acquisition or mergers to increase its existing operations such as acquiring a general contracting firm with approved contracts already in place, division or acquiring/merging with sub contracting firms with contracts for services to companies that already have won bids and are ready to go.
"We believe, per the increased yearly damage due to hurricanes and other natural disasters in the communities served by the company that this is a natural fit for the company's operations and will generate another stream of revenue. The company over the next several weeks and months will undergo several other divisional changes and form certain other new subsidiaries to accelerate the company's objectives and success while maintaining no change in the company's capital structure while striving to enhance shareholder value," said Ms. Ryals President & Chief Executive Officer.

I find it interesting that this company has 2 known employees, no way to reach them by phone or in person, yet is planning on forming all these different divisons. Am I the only one?

HDSN has closed out his quote on the ask, and kept his bid at .0001, a little buying pressure and we might just see a few more mm's climb onto .0001

What the hell is wrong with being Bald? Hair is way over rated. If I wasn't already bald, this stock would sure help speed things up. If it get's to your expected price of 0.005, I can get a great toupee, LOL (if there is such a thing). For now I'll stick with my Mr. Clean look. Has anyone found any dirt on our new President yet?
