Yeah - but this is real estate investing. The CEO isn't using his own money to buy city blocks for redevelopment. He's buying those properties with weath capital provided by some huge whales.
At the end of the day, the money men have all the say in everything. Period.
The CEO is totally powerless if the money men put a freeze on the investment capital.
They through his punk ass out. He was probably an a hole that spent too much time on his speed boat and being pretentious.

Hey JIF, do you know what the portfolio looks like? I agree with you, so long as his real estate experience isn't just another lie...

Pretorian, they are a pinksheet company, no reporting requirement. They would have to apply for OTCBB status inorder to report

The one other major thing I disagree with on JIF's post is if Guthrie was "running" CWFG as a shell, and really wasn't in the real estate business at all, which I still think is the case.
I think he posted PR's to keep shareholders interested so he could keep the shares trading while he found a buyer for the shell.
He finds a buyer, and then conveniently fades off into the sunset.
So, I would not be surprised if you see a merger/new name, etc in the near future.
Could be a good thing IMO, because if you buy a shell, it would be because you already have a company, but you want to be able to sell shares and generate money that way, but don't want to have to go through the filing process to get listed on the Pinksheets....

Theres a reason that neither opinion really matters, bc this is the pinks, news and momentum move stock, and thats what we are here for; pps gains, not to "invest" in a company. No need to argue about the "running" of the company

someone should try to take the new CEO out on a hot date and smooooooth talk her into doing some big business. then she'll be like, "ewwww i luv those shareholders and i want to bump the PPS up to .01"
this plan cannot fail,... just remember to bring flowers.

the interesting thing is that Jeff, HDSN and SCHB were the ones that have sold shares at 1 and before the f/s at 2 and 3 when no other mm was selling. Couple that with the 300 sig, i think we'll see that once they get thier fill of .0001 shares this will move much easier (at all in this case)

Big Green--- I am sorry that I offended your intelligence. If you stop bashing stocks maybe they will go up for everyone. Watch out for the SEC. I promise not to post anything more on this board. Good luck everyone on these lousy penny stocks which this board promotes.

Good company, bad company, high volume, low volume -- whatever it is, we're not going to see an upward shift in PPS so long as people can still buy at .0001. The fact that sales are going through at that rate on a high volume day during a week when we've gotten some semi-decent PR shot our way is really bad ... We shoulda seen .0003 or .0004 and settled at .0003 or .0002 today, I think, if all was well. From there some good contract-related PR woulda shot it up like a rocket and no PR for a few weeks woulda dragged it back down... But if people keep buying and selling at .0001 this week, well, all I can say is: We have to have some contracts come through or this one will be dead for a while and hard to revive. I'm just crossing my fingers that this new COO/CEO or whatever doesn't pull a RS on us .... But even if she doesn't, she may want to raise more capital by selling more shares, which means more dilution.... But let's hope that's not the case. Contracts, contracts, contracts...

The move is to Ms. Ryals office, effective immediately. This is probably the reason that nothing was in the office at the previous location (i doubt much would have been there anyway besides a phone and fax). Check out: www. kp rotect. com to see the new office site. Lets see some good bid build up today!
