It was Logo and QTN actually. Doesn't matter though, the more demand that can be created, the better QTNs chances of getting on one or both carrier's lineups.
Also, as I suggested during the last surge of emails to these companies, you might want to emphasize QTN on the subject line and the body of the text, as I don't like that standard "Logo and QTN" response and would like to see someone get a more specific response.

so is this confirmed that frank said after the bell on friday we will see the audit? i suppose that will be a good time to release it so everyone can review it over the weekend...maybe the MM will let er rip next week

I have tried to go a few days without looking at the PPS.....it did not work. LOL. I try not to dwell on the current pps, as we all know it is total BS. Instead I think about the future, here is a little food for thought. I have to calculate these numbers from time to time to keep myself in check.
We know, according to Frank, the share count is around 44 billion which includes Frank's shares. For the calculations below I have used 50 billion.
Value - PPS 500 mil - .01 1 bil - .02 2 bil - .04 3 bil - .06 4 bil - .08 5 bil - .10
These numbers make me smile everytime. We are all here for one reason....to make money! There is no doubt in my mind this company will make us all money. I don't know if I necessarly agree with Frank's valuation of Q, it is only worth what someone else is willing to pay not what Frank claims it is worth. In my opinion the company is currently worth around 500 million (.01), regardless of current assets. 500 mil is definatly a steal as Q has a lot going for it in the months to come. I feel that Q SHOULD be worth around the 3 billion mark or .06 per share; This is very possible and I do see it coming. Frank has been doing a great job rolling out new carriers, hopefully he has been buying back shares as well.
When is the vegas party???? My guess (just a guess) is July, 2006!

but ...this audit...is not an edgar audit right? i was reading earlier about someone from Q saying we cant pass an edgar audit...or wont be able to at least for a long time

If the above were true, why are poeple dumping their shares? I mean, if I had shares, and the above info was a fact... I would definately not be dumping...
But poeple are, so whats up with these numbers? Are they reliable?

Hopefully we find out Friday Aleks. I will say this, regardless of all ups and downs on this board, it feels like this is it.
If Frank does not release the audit on Friday (or Monday, giving him the benefit of the doubt) I fear this stock is finished. I don't believe they have financing through 2008, and I don't believe they will reach 150 markets by the Gay Games if they do not get this audit out. Too many large investors count on real information when investing, and QBID won't get any without some financial info.
Sorry to sound so negative, espescially after all QTN has done, but poor management can destroy and company, and this might just be another without the audit.
Ofcourse, if there is no audit we will be told why and it may sound reasonable, but how many people will believe Frank one more time?

The poll turned out to be pretty intesting. Vote if you haven't. Out of 20 people, 13 are against purchasing Mary Hartman and 7 are for it.
It's interesting b/c 9 don't want it at all, saying nothing should increase the O/S at this point.
I actually wasn't one of those 9, and I thought the people against would lean more in my direction, feeling this show doesn't benefit us, but leaving the door open for other opportunities if they came about. Ones which we felt 100% sure would increase the value and/or assets of Q significantly.
Anyway, polls are fun and we should have more.

Oh no, not a problem at all David, I am just curious, I mean, those numbers make me drool to be honest, but I just need to know whether or not they are in any way realistic and worthy to look at from an investors point of view at this price...
I have about 1,000 to invest, i am looking at QBID, but I just don't want to get burned like in CNES...
I intend to do that, the only think that I am worried about is that if the audit does come out, the price will just go too high if its good before I even get a chance to see if the audit is good and jump in on the stock....

Would Frank be able to pay div for shareholders going back to shareholders on record before sept or August 2005 ? TIA Could that be the case so daytraders who buy now be left with worthless shares ?

Can someone please show me where the 44B O/S includes Franks shares? My contention is that it does not but if someone can show me where it does I'll be very happy. My understanding is that Frank exchanged his shares for preferred shares.

Just thinking, isn't it possible that the extra 10b shares is to raise money to get the market deals, if I remember correctly in a response from an email said that it was very expensive to take over a channel spot?

imak You are correct. We don't know when the audit will be released, or even if it will be released. And if it is released, we don't know what it will say, and what others will think about what it says, and whether the PPS will rise or fall based on what it says.
Not fighting with you. Just pointing out that nothing is certain until it happens. And trying to decide what might happen is wasted effort and bad for your health unless you plan to take some action prior to the audit, like selling your shares. I don't intend to do that based on the information I have today.
I expect the audit on Monday, based on Q's original statement. If it comes earlier, based on DJ's comments, I won't be unhappy.
Forgive me for staying positive, but I don't see any reason to worry at this time. I may think differently on Monday evening if we haven't seen the audit by then. But like I've said, I'll wait till then to worry.
Good luck to us all. Tomorrow should be another interesting day.

So where is the "Officical PR" that states Frank is going to release the audit on Friday November 17th 2005. His previous PR's would lead us to believe that it maybe released on or around Nov 22.
All I see is alot of hype brought on with the visit of DJ to the Burbank studio. Unless I see the audit release in a PR, it's nothing more than a rumor that it will be released.
I truly hope that Frank does release it this coming Friday, but did we personally hear that from him or read a PR from Frank?

Gator, I was all over that one. We will have to see the audit instead of taking Frank's word, but he was asked, point blank, if the 44 bil included his shares. He said yes, including his shares, the was about 44 bil. Now, we know how far Frank's word goes now-a-days, but that is for sure, 100%, what he said during the conference call.

Frank said many times in during the conference call WE would SEE the audit. The Sept 21 PR states clearly we should allow 60 days for the audit to be certified or whatever (the 60th day is either this sat or sun depending on how you count). While I know where you are coming from, Frank really needs to release the audit by Monday.
