The other aspect we have to take into account is that if Frank wants something done, and the Q isn't structured in such a way that he gets what he wants, then him saying he wants it done by the end of the October and them not having it done by then is ridiculous.
This will not be an up-to-date audit, and it will not be SEC-verifiable. Because of that, I expect it to be done on Monday. If Frank can't even get an audit that isn't verifiable by the SEC done on time, then WTF is the point of holding the bag on this stock?

i cant wait to see the action monday most likely since so many are thinking selloff or rally it will go flat hehe. patience patience patience.i wish i could jump into 2007 and see where my q shares will be then.oh well i guess we are all in this boat hoping praying that this will work out and not be yet another penny stock scam.i just cannot beleive it wont work there is a real product with a demand targeted towards a mostly well to do crowd this aught to work i think.my only fear is that frank doesnt follow through with the previously stated buybacks and continues to dilute.i dont think this will happen.maybe frank intends on buying back huge after so many weak hands dump this stock for lack of patience.all i know is that my shares are on lockdown and if we sell off i am going in for the kill hehehe.best of luck to you all.i hate to sound repetitive and i know that many seasoned traders consider dead money (tied up money) the same as losing money but for me i cannot and i will not sell my shares for a loss.too many times i have bought high only to sell low.this time i am holding out for as long as it takes and hopefully this will take as i assume it will.ok i know im a rambler sorry just needed to convince myself that i still beleive in qtv.

I was wondering the same Highside. When I looked at sec 10(b) I found this, "To use or employ, in connection with the purchase or sale of any security registered on a national securities exchange or any security not so registered, or any securities-based swap agreement..."
I assume that means pinks are included, but don't hold me to it. I just wish I knew if that post from another board is real or not. It looks in no way valid to me, but I would expect that to be the action taken if someone were going to file anything against QBID. That was a very questionable PR as it read exactly word for word the same as a PLNI PR that came out w/i the same week or two (same day I believe actually). Who knows.

well here comes Sunday 9 hours of football, then Mondays Audit review
well Sundays written in stone and thats how my agenda reads for monday as well 6:30 am get up 6:32 turn on computer 6:33 look for audit news not out yet 7:58am no audit news yet go to work 3:00 get home find and read Audit news 3:35 pm go through 20 pages of allstock posting 6:15 pm monday night football. i usually dont let the world no my schedule but once wont hurt 44 Billion o/s 1 Billion $ assets 10 Million $ debt sure will be nice if hes remotely close.

Question about tomorrow, or whenever the audit comes out. If it comes out and it states that there is 1 billion in assets and 10 million in debt and around 44 billions shares. What will that actually do to the pps. Will it jump drastically or would the mm still be able to keep it down.

I am too Highside, that why I posted it. Only one person has responded to the post, saying the events took place 6 years ago. I am lost, so I put it on here in hopes of getting some answers, but it appears no one knows anyting about this. The PR the post refers to (about a private investor group) is recent. Since I cannot dig anything up about this, and no one here knows, I am going to assume this information is trash until someone can prove it to be true.

Anyone else remember this PR? It was issued when QBID was trading at .0014. Therefore, it implies that QBID is worth ten times that, or .014.

Revenue -- Q Television's current revenue is three hundred thirty thousand dollars per month and it expects twenty-four million dollars in revenue for fiscal year 2006. This number is based on existing contracts with advertisers, conservative subscriber increases based upon the regions available, and finally, commitments from partnerships (i.e. Gay Games, etc.).
Sponsors / Advertising -- Q Television has projected revenue of seven million dollars in confirmed sponsorship and/or advertising in the next twelve months.
