yeah, take action against a company that you bought shares from when they were well below a penny. The judge is going to laugh at you and say "Don't you know that any penny stock is a huge risk?" I'm not saying QBID is a scam but you are aware that 95% of the symbols on this board are somewhat shady to some degree. You do know that right?

I listened to the conference call yesterday, and I have a couple questions.
First, Frank disclosed the Outstanding share count to be around 44 Billion. Frank own 53% of that or 23 Bill which leaves 21 Billion in the float. Can you please verify what number of that 21 Billion is also restricted shares? We all know that Frank used these shares to make acquisitions and issued
them as restricted shares, so in order to reduce the shock of the large O/S count, if you would please respond via website or other means, it would be greatly appreciated. Here is an example of what I would like to see:
(All numbers are approximate) Outstanding share count: 44 Billion Personnally owned by F.O.: 23 Billion Other: 21 Billion
Included in the "Other" share count are the following restricted shares issued for acquisitions and operations:
4 Billion shares Restricted until Oct 2006 used for purchase of movie library 5 Billion shares Restricted until Oct 2009 used for purchase of the Teleport 2 Billion Shares Restricted until Oct 2010 used to secure rights to the Gay Games
10 Billion Shares Unrestricted Float
Second, is it possible that Frank or Rene can contact the restricted share holder to determine the amount of shares remaining to be liquidated? This information would be very helpful in understanding how many more shares must be absorbed into the float before any substantial increase in pps can occur.
Thank you in advance for your assistance in clarifying this information and attempting to instill a little investor confidence back into QBID.

What's with the entitlement attitude here? You're a shareholder with no sizeable share of the company, you don't count for chit. It's his company and if you don't like how he's doing business, then sell at a loss, you have no other recourse (legal or otherwise) at your disposal.
If you have $100K invested in the market, then you should know to either avoid these stocks or deal with the way they operate.
You go ahead and take action whatever way you want. Just try not to turn into one of those LA slimeballs you mentioned before.

how about when my lawyer knows all the judges in my county and they talk in his chambers and figures out some kind of action to take ...this is my town.. frankie boy doesnt want to get me started..if he plans on rippin someone off he should of stayed in palm springs where hes alone in the desert..out here we do things differently.

Yes, because county judges have jurisdiction over the disclosure of information regarding a tradable security. I say go for it though, I could use a good laugh.

One thing that I don't understand is how can a company that doesn't have enough assets to produce the amount of profit to support 44 billion shares?
So, going to court is only going to prove that Frank and Triangle Multi Media LTD, Inc. was foolish to release that many shares at once without a solid background information - SEC, Financial Reports, Two or three professional audits. This tells me that TMM has only one purpose and that is to sell out and provide Frank with a tax break.

What an insane day. By the way davidjanas, people on here discussed a r/s b/c someone was posting/promoting a r/s from another board. Don't get all pissy about people responding to other people, that's what this board is all about. You need to chill the f*ck out as it appears the uncertainty is causing you to lose your mind. Take a deep breath, think clearly and go down to the studio and demand some answers. There is no need for any of this other insanity until you have first done that.

I agree, but I really don't care that much about the share price right now. If the company accomplishes what it is setting out to do, then the pps will correct itself.
Would you rather have the CEO working on getting new programming and new markets or holding crisis meetings to talk about the share price? Personally, I want the former. In my opinion (even as a shareholder) the business is more important than the stock. Any CEO who sees it differently should scare you. At least in this market.

I am not sure what r/s or o/s has to do with the pps - as far as I know it is a proper business practice to have that sort of stock categories. Having r/s and o/s the company can regulate how many shares are on the market at one time. To many shares (44 billion with 23 billion to the owner leaving 21 billion to the public) is not a good business on the market when the asset(s) of the company can't provide enough profits to support those shares.
What I am seeing here is that the management of TMM over-released the amount of shares to the public. What they should have done was kept 15 Billion shares restricted until 2007. That would have left 6 billion shares to the public and with the amount of investors investing in the risky penny stock market that would rose the pps.
However the amount of shares right now with many just holding and selling there is no one buying. That is due to the lack information that this management has released. The financial audit that is suppose to be release is a start in providing other investors enough information about the company. TMM is one of the highest risk company to invest in because of the lack of public access information. The only information that a new buyer has right now is these message boards and with so many people ranting about Frank and his work ethics who is going to buy shares? I did for the major reason that most do - QTN has a market and if the TMM management can hold true with financing and good broadcasting, then soon the public will start wanting to buy. However, Frank is going to have to start filing both professional audits with everything about the company before we will see the pps go up.
What I am saying is if everyone starts court investigations, federal audits and more negative publicity; then, that is what the record is going to show. However, if the company publishes the truth about itself - and that is what we should be worrying about - then will profit.

Numa Totally agree. I'd love seeing a higher PPS, but I want the PPS justified by the company's true value . . . no smoke and mirrors like many pinks.
And I believe (right or wrong) that Q is worth much more than the current PPS indicates.
