Yeah, I hear you. I have been debating whether I should change my order for 2M shares at .0003 to 1.5M at .0004 in order to make sure I get my buy in, but at this point I have already invested enough to make out very well if this thing runs, and considering how many times DJ has got info and posted it only to find that things take much longer than what he predicts to actually happen…

Let me also state somethinig to clear things up...
1. certification is a new thing put in place to keep upper mangament from lieing on financials...all they have to do is sign it, saying the numbers are real...so YES i want Frank to release it NOW, but im saying that this leaves it up to frank to release it whenever he wants to...
2. Again i stress, the fact that I do not expect the audit out this weekend...This is exactly why everyone gets all worked up when he misses deadlines...The deadline was to complete the audit by this weekend...well its completed..but he never said it was going to be published...Then your going on davidjanas's prediciton..No offense to you david, but lets get serious guys...this guy reminds me of Deritivedallas, and other QBID pumpers... --David has been completely wrong on many cases, he is probably guesssing the audit will be out this weekend, because that is the best probablilty..do you remember in the past quotes like "i guarentee youll be happy this week, or i guarentee a PR will be out today"...DO NOT think the audit will be out this friday or monday because of davidjanas...

Sorry, I reversed the Bid and Ask. Where did all the MM'S go? Are they out of shares? Are they out of this Stock? If all the MM'S leave the bid, Who will buy?

Here is a question and I know am probably jumping the gun. IF and WHEN Frankie publishes the audit, does anybody think this will be a one-time thing? Or will update us every QTR as most companies do? I know that for companies on an exchange including OTCBB. I know it is a requirement for companies to file quarterly with SEC, but since we are not any exchange does this mean does not have to update us for another year or till whenever.... I know during the last CC he mentioned that his wish was to be on AMEX exchange (i think that is what I recall) within 6-12 months, blah, blah. I am not holding my breath on that one. I would be happy with OTCBB.

I agree MT, but we (not yourself and myself, but everyone on the board) have been over this a few times now. Frank said in the CC that WE (the stockholders) would SEE the audit soon. He said we would see it without giving a date, but I would hope the time we "see it" would coincide with the time it is supposedly going to be completed. Maybe Frank shouldn't do conference calls, b/c he sticks his foot in his mouth too much.
He also said with his shares included, there are 44 bil shares out there. He will get pounded on here if that is a lie, and I will be the first to come after him about it.

oh i agree completely polo...all im trying to say is that i am seeing all over the board that the audit will be out friday afterhours...If i were to guess when they would release it, it would be between this friday and monday...so yes i agree..
i just wanted to state that people will be getting their hopes up, from a poster who has on many occasions proven to be wrong...thats all.

Sam, I hate to post this guy because I think he is a basher/daytrader w/an ulterior motive to try to drive the price down to his liking, but what he says is true from my recent experience. I had an order in * .0003 for several days, no deal, raised it to .0004, still no action, bought some yesterday * .0005, filled almost immediately, now have another order all day today * .0004, still not filled. As much as I respect FO2's posts, I think he is wrong about this going to .0003 PREAUDIT RELEASE. Now, after audit, it may well go lower.

sorry to sound so pessimistic guys, but depending on frank to publish an audit (based off his past) is like asking CMKX for its valuation of its properties

hey everyone, lurking the boards, nothign has changed with qbid, still same mm's holding this at where its at for 2 wks now. very strange to me indeed...everyone kept saying from .001's found a bottom found a new bottom, nope. seems to me like this bottom is a real bottom, probably because everyone is waiting for this audit and something is about to cut it loose, down or up.0 judgement night is fri, judgement day is monday. and if we have DISH wow, things could get interesting! or not haaha... well ive played gzfx over the last 3 days, just sold today, gonna watch the Q very close now. 5.4 million ready for something, anything.... have a goodnight everyone.

No reply from Microcap. They are not answering their phones. Microcap is great. I seem to never have problems with them. What's interesting is that the Level II for Qbid is acting just like some stocks that have almost no activity. My Level II seemed to be working for all the stocks on the MCT top 400. Except Q. This morning Q had the normal amount of MM's. Then this afternoon they were down to 7 with all at .0004 on the bid. I think the MM's are running out of shares. I was seeing 100,200 and 300 buys today. It may be a possible signal to take the stock down to .0003 or .0002. I hope what I was seeing was incorrect, otherwise this could be a hard stock to sell if it does not go up.

Below is a direct quote from Frankie's 9/15/05 shareholder communication on Q investor page that should answer your question. So I am assuming it will be published there. But if you think about it, it would make more sense (at least to me) to PR the audit results and put it out on the wires, wouldn't you think? If the audit is a good as Frankie makes it seem (my assumption) then I would want to the world to know. That is how most legit companies do it. I guess we'll have to wait and see. C 'Mon Frankie boy surprise us (good surprise-preferably).

karzoid/fistula started a rumor that was completely false and attacked Frank personnally. there is nothing illegal about filing a civil suit against a person or a company. personnally i have simmered down a little bit. i will wait until i see whether or not the audit is filed on monday before i continue with my class action info gathering. i hope frank does realize though that many shareholders are genuinely pissed off, not because of lack of realized profit, but from enormous 90-95% unrealized losses and massive dilution, while he silently awards himself mountains of stock to make himself immune to his own dilution. Frank's apologists (skunks, etc) need not respond to this post, because I already have you on ignore. this post is my personal opinion.
