For example, we know from Doc that Frank says he has $22 million vested in this with an A/S of 50 billion. That means that the market cap at that time was $22 * 1.47 (he has 53% control) = about $41 million. With the NYC carrier PR, the value has probably jumped another million. If they actually get all the markets they need for the gay games and maintain that contract, then we might see a market cap of $60 million. IMHO, the gay games contract a year ago was worth $2 million, and the contract now is worth about $5 million. Give it another 6 months and it'll easily be worth $10 to $15 million.

IMHO, their Market Cap should not be more than $50Million. Q Television Network, being a subsidiary of Triangle Multi Media, completed its audit on Friday, October 28, 2005. The audit is currently going through its certification process and will be available for viewing "within the coming weeks."
The above is an excerpt from the latest pr posted on Q's investor's page.
I was on Q Forum this morn and noticed they have a countdown on their home page for audit release tommorrow (date derived from a 60 day inference on a previous pr ). IMO, 'In Frank Speak', in Frank's mind, as a CEO of a company listed on the pink sheets who can change his mind on a whim, this recent pr on the investor's page totally and completely nullifies any previously expected timeline of 60 days for the release of an audit. "In the coming weeks" could mean 4,12, or 52 wks as far as he's concerned.
IMO, don't expect an audit until he's ready.

Just some things I've been reviewing from the conference call---since that's really the only thing we have to look at until the audit comes out...

Rene: We are a company in its infancy obviously. We've been putting press releases out and at the end of the press release you always see a safe harbor statement. Stating that we're trying to go and live up to whatever was said and investors need to be careful because we are a company that needs a statement like this. However I must say this; we have never intended to miss a deadline obviously but we're often caught with our pants down because of third parties technical difficulties or what have you. Let me give you an example. We are in Palm Springs, Californica. California where the sun always shines, however, yesterday afternoon it rained in Palm Springs, CA, and when it rainrs the telephones lines go out. If this conferance call was held yesterday you would have gotten dead air because we would have had no phone service. meaning that if you merging mercy of technical people. People that think that they can do something but they always do not happen. For instance, we had the signal up for two months between ourselves, our carrier in New Orleans, and the RCN station in SF. The system came out absolutely wonderful. The sound came in perfectly and we tested it and tested it and tested it. So we're thinking we're doing alright. So we tell RCN, let's go and let's get the signal to our customers. Unfortunately there are not things in walls that don't count upon. Meaning that although the system is accepting our signal, in order to get it to the box of the consumer other things need to happen and those things were not anticipated. So it took a couple of days to go and straighten it out; weeks extra for that matter. We are always striving to go and put some leniency in the date we mention but it doesn't always happen. Alright I'll turn it back to Frank."

that is funny but i dont like when we bring up any talks about r/s. frank knows exactly what he needs to do to do right by the longs that stuck this out.its called massive buybacks after we get some dough rolling in.i know that its possible that he steps down then a r/split then we move to a higher exchange ect........ but that would be devistating beyond the current pps that we are dealing with.i want to have faith and i continue to hold long as i plan to for years to come but this year has been painful.i can only hope that next year franky starts to live up to his words and does indeed buyback some shares and starts to retire them so that in a year or so we are able to move to a better exchange and the pps will reflect better what this company might be worth in a few years.i dont know or have a clue what qtv is worth but anystock that has billions and billions of a/shares doesnt make me happy.well i guess its just more of the same for me patience patience patience until this dream is realized or until i finnally give up or , this is a total scam and ive been taken yet again by a micro pinky.i just cant beleive this is a scam as they have a real product and are moving and growing very fast from what ive seen this year.the main problem for us is not qtv's growth but its share structure. they are indeed moving and growing rapidly and i wouldnt be surprised to see international exposure one day but we need to get this down to a few billion not sixty. ok thanx for hearing me guys i just needed to reassure myself that im not crazy hehe.

great report from the Gay Expo from KillBid...I'm hoping KillBid comes back on this board. He has a ton of great dd on the yahoo private QBID board that would benefit most here...
"Just came back from the Gay Life Expo. Q had the biggest booth in the vicinity of the entrance with a whole camera crew there and with big banners. And there was a big plasma screen TV showing footages of Q's original programming. Q was giving out Q caps (not visor) and wristbands.
Honey, Scott, Frank, Joe Schramm, and Reichen were there. And I believe Richard Barnes was there as well if I rightly recognized him. Anyway, you could say Q had a little production set there. They were interviewing different people on the set and, of course, I had no idea who they were interviewing. Oh yeah, Q drew the biggest crowd in the Expo.
More importantly, Time Warner Cable was with and in the Q booth. Yes, Q and TWC were together...promoting. The best part was seeing Time Warner Cable signing up subscribers. Those that signed up get the first month of QTN for free. And believe me, people were SIGNING up as subscribers.
When you come upon the Q/TWC booth, the first thing they ask you "Are you a Time Warner Cable customer?" If you answer yes, then they ask you if you would like to sign up for QTN now and get the first month for free. Pretty cool.

The way Frank lied in all his PRs there is no way he is releasing an audit. Remember all those PRs about buy back and everything, its all a lie. Frank just keeps diluting and selling the shares for his everyday dinner.

the float then was around 3-4 billion. This company doesn't have lots of cashflow thats why Frank always uses the common stock to pay things. If QBID hadn't shares on the market to trade with, then Q was already bankrupt.

And it is the truth. After the o/s is at this level it is doomed to drop to nothing and stay there. It is perception more then anything. No real investor will invest in a company with this share structure, no way.
Your best bet if you can't see the truth in this statement is to sell then convince Frank to do a r/s and after the r/s plummet buy back. Then and only then might you make something. Dreams only get you so far and the the ones that have been dreaming since last years run have lost a lot by now. People really need to learn why stop lose is used by all professional investors.

as for now its not more worth then 300 mil, these are Franks words, but as he lied about the DVD and the audit it could be much lower then 300 mil.

hmmm, I was just messing around with alexa.com...and was looking at some rankings and charts...
LOGO vs. QTN (Daily Reach- 6 months time frame)
LOGO vs. QTN (Daily page views- 6 months)
The rank for LOGO is about 56,000...it's rank has increased by almost 8,000...MEANING, LOGO used to be ranked approximately 64,000
The rank for QTN is about 149,000...however, it's rank has increased by almost 150,000...MEANING, QTN used to be ranked approximately 300,000...AND that they've pretty much doubled their rank...IN OTHER WORDS, for LOGO to have done the same as QTN, it would have had to be ranked 32,000 currently.
SO...what this means is...in other numbers/percentages for three months:
LOGO Rank- increase by almost 8,000 Reach- 5% increase Page views- 23% increase
QTN Rank- increase by almost 155,000 Reach- 97% increase Page views- 26% increase
NOW, that's what I like to see.

Yet some other interesting info off of Alexa...I'm looking at the charts for the 6months time frame...
PlanetOut's rank is about 10,000... They have about 100M daily reach with anywhere from 5M-15M daily page views. Now this is all well and good for QTN, but I think we;re missing something here. PlanetOut has a relationship with QTN AND...
PlanetOut owns/is in the same network as Gay.com...
Gay.com has a very, very interesting Alexa ranking...it's 880... not 880,000... just 880,,, Now, what does this mean in terms of traffic?? Well, it means between a 500M-800M daily reach and between 90M-150M daily page views...
What I am saying here is that, I wouldn't be surprised if QTN content starts popping up on Gay.com...It IS in the PlanetOUT network...What better way to increase exposure to the site???
