Let's take a sample vote for Mary Hartman:

I am beginning with an emphatic NO.

ZACTLY!! It's actually outstanding what has happened with this company in the past year!
And I'm one that expects the pps to eventually catch up, IF, given enough time.

I AM LONG.

3. the talks of class action---they scare the crap out of me. this obviously would be the worst thing we could do, no doubt about it, and if there was a suit filed you could just look at your paper loss and turn that into a real loss because we would loose everything...in fact, say what you may, but i would be very pissed off personally at anyone who did join in, in making sure i lost my money...
---the class action may actually do well for Q as they could file for Chapter 11, re organize and come out fresh and clean after about a year or two...

You do not want a chapter 11 reorg. I owned over a 1000 shares of chiquita and they filed chapter 11. My 1000 shares turned into about 14 with 178 warrants. No fun. Some of the shares were purchased at $50.00 per share.

I would say no at this time. He needs to stick to the core programing and buy when they are turning a profit and can pay dividends.

The Burbank Studio…

Having the Studio saves 73% of the production costs
Having the Studio rentals creates a revenue stream… More income!
Having the Studio gives Q more creditability then other “upstart” networks.

The same can be said of the Teleport, except it saves 30% on our uplink costs when it comes on line.

Both are hard assets, reduce our costs and generate revenue.

I'd like to have some cap gains this tax year to offset some of my "badder" investments. [Embarrassed]

But I'll take profits anytime. Next year is fine, but the earlier the better so I can quit avoiding Big Al (the local loan shark). [Eek!]

Cheesecake: I love it all, but anything that goes well with Scotch will be perfect. [Big Grin]

Jonas, it's a good question, but why do you continually ask it here? You will have to call Frank for that. We know he paid for some things with our money. We know he paid for some things with common shares. We also have heard of supposed private investors.

No one here knows where the money came from. Call Frank and ask him, then get back with us.

I like the possibility of Q owning the Mary Hartman series and think it "probably" would be a good investment. But I agree with your concerns.

The audit will tell all.
Taking the worst case, how long would it take to buy the studio with the savings and revenue it generates? How much longer would it take to field the new programming that the studio allows? With the studio and its new programming, how many new cities have we aquired because of that?

Not sure why you are expecting the audit on Friday. Several others have said the same thing, but if I remember correctly, Frank said within 60 days of September something, and we calculated 60 days to be Monday, Nov 21.

Please, everone, let me know if I am wrong. I am not trying to "extend" the audit deadline. This is just what I remember. I didn't plan to be online Friday . . . now I may change my plans.

That was a joke Sam, but I have to add that I feel we have more than enough information. 44 bil O/S and 60 A/S, leaving 10-16 bil to use on the series.

That increases the O/S to 60 bil (if it isn't raised again) and my piece of the pie continues to crumble away before I even get a bite.

I consider that plenty of information already.

If they are doing well, they don't need to fund this through restricted shares, they should just get a loan.
