Hi Katrina, Thanks for the info. What is the level II that I see people talking about and where are people getting the information about who is doing the buying and selling. I understand Nite is a company but (sorry to be asking all this, I just want to learn)where are people seeing this info?

Moving, LII's show which MM (NITE being one) is next in line on the bid and ask, and at what pps. Using Scottrade, you can't see those, unless you get Elite ($25,000 account). You can, however, go to www . otcbb . com. In the box, enter MOTGE, then 'get quote'. You'll see LII/Depth, click that. The data is delayed 20 minutes, but you'll get the picture.

Moving up--You really need level II for trading, especially pennies. Level two shows you the market makers and where their buy and sell orders are. For example, right now on MOTGE there are two buy mm (market makers) in at .076, and one sell mm in at .079. It's really important to know the depth of the bid and ask. So when people talk about "support", they see that there are a lot of people on the bid at the same number . And when people talk about a "wall" or "resistance" that means there is a group of people close to the same number on the ask.
The market makers name shows up on level II and you just have to learn what the initals stand for. In this case, NITE (Knight Capital Group) is the most signifigant player on MOTGE and is also notorious for lots of funny business...naked shorting etc.

IMO we are all in this together looking toward the same goal. Getting nasty doens't serve anyone's best interests. Also, another site- hotstockmartket.com.-there are several threads that are solely focused on level II and how to read it.

OK I have what may be a fairly stupid question, but seriously looking for an answer. I have my sell order in for MOTGE at a pretty high price, just in case it runs while I am not here, if the 10k comes out an the e drops off, will my sell order go through? still at motg even though I have for sale motge, I use ameritrade, anyone know for sure?

also, from what I understand the "e" won't drop off until the next trading day. So just the K coming out doesn't automotically drop the 'e'.

Well, I always check in the morning, so I guess I will leave it motge just in case, then I can change it, one other thing katrina since you have ameritrade, when the 10k is filed will it show up in the pr or news area on the stock info spot or will I have to check somewhere else? Although, I am assuming that you guys will let me know, lol Thanks again

warped--I've never been able to get a pre /post fill--I think those are save for mr. Nite.
blaster--If you subscribe to news or have Apex, make sure you put the news on your streamer and it will come up. It's not as fast as microcaptrader, but it is only a few minutes behind. I think if you are watching this board you will know!

Nite is in controll of this stock that is for sure. Anytime another broker steps in nite gets in front. We were moving up nicely got to .08 nite steps in at .078..This to me is interesting seeing nite able to sell so many shares everyday. the buys outweigh the sells yet we trade in the same range everyday.

wellmy question to you katrina is if the float is 18mil and os is 31mil where are the shares coming from. nite does 85percent if not more of the business on this stock. volume has been around 1.5mil everyday at least. why if nite does have shares is he always boxing in the bid and ask. why have a sale of .08 go off only to got to .078 surely he could have sat there at .079 or .08. why is he always on the bid. it seems to me that they don't want the run up to earnings because it will make it harder to cover. I hope this blasts off and nite gets screwed

The other possibility is that the os is growing but the volume seems to low for a massive dilution and again I would think that they could get more for their shares than Nite is settling for...hummm....

welch has said that the os is still 31mil secondly we have been on the sho list for 14 days now...two weeks straight on the lost. I think the short gets bigger and bigger

Ted--I think you are right. Nite may as well be the only mm here. Someone on RB tallied up his trades last week and it was well over 80%. He clearly wants to keep the price suppressed to cover. That's the only explanation I can think of for his behavior. But he just keeps digging himself deeper with all these sales. I have a feeling those big 500k sales last week were really buys by Nite.
It's also interesting to note that with all the skiddish sellers the past few weeks, did he really need to be so heavy on the ask? That would indicate that there is significantly more buying pressure than we are aware of.
I just know everytime he comes off the ask for more than five minutes this thing goooooes.

Well. If news dosn't come out by end of day, I'm out. I have a HUGE sell order in at end of day. This 10k i'm starting to beleive that it's all Hot air that Motg is saying. 2weeks now that the 10k will be out. LMAO Something is UP, AND IT DOSN'T SMELL GOOD.

Hey Katrina. Yea well i'm not worried about that PIKER, I'm worried about the 10k. It's taking way too long and that is not good. (In my thinking anyway) I own this stock at .04 watched it go from 4 to .27, i never sold. Now it's at .76 and the k is not here yet. I just don't understand WHY it takes sooooo Long for a simple K.
I don't know. I might hold on for another day. But seriously though i am getting a little nervous.
