Do you think it's possible Frank is trying to keep the pps low until he gains enough signed contracts with providers in an attempt to keep those who wouldn't want this company to succeed out of the loop?

It will be far superior to TiVo, which only lets you record the programming that your cable or satellite company offers. It will outshine Apple's new video iPod—who's going to watch an hour-long drama on a 2.5-inch screen, anyway? And it will be far more grandiose than even that Qwest ad from the late 1990s, where a motel clerk tells a traveler that he can watch "every movie ever made, in every language, any time, day or night" from the comfort of his room.

does anyone here know if frank is going to submit the proper filings with the SEC after the audit? also, frank said the audit was going to be "certified." what does that mean and is it related to filing with the SEC in any way?
my feeling is if he completes the audit and does not file it with the SEC, it will not have any validity.
