Hello Guys, I'v been trying to fugure out what's up with this and why the pps has been dropping. I just looked at the s-8 section concerning employee awards and options. It would appear that Jupiter can award up to 700,000,000 Common Stock to it's "employees". Unless I missed it, I did not see any time restriction on when the shares could be sold. If that's true, the employees may have started selling as soon as they had them in their hot little hands, causing our present condition.
Another 100,000,000 of Common Shares to be given to "employees of, consultants to, and directors". The following statement was included in the s-8 : 5.4. Notwithstanding anything in this Plan or any Common Stock Agreement to the contrary, no Common Stockholders may sell or otherwise transfer, whether or not for value, any of the Common Stock prior to the date on which the Common Stockholder is vested therein. Anybody know what "date on which the Common Stockholder is vested therein" means??
Has anybody seen where JPHC is planning any dilution? If they were, would it be in a SEC filing?? Where can I find information about dilution??
I'm not a lawyer, and am having trouble understanding these filings, so any insight would be greatly appreciated.
You seem to be on top of this jdog, maybe you have some wisdom to share?

No wisdom here. I read the S8 quickly when it was first released and I was under the impression that they couldn't be sold immediately.
In my experience with employee stock, the shares aren't easily sold unless you quit or die or something. I doubt they have awarded much stock to the employees yet anyway. The S8 was just filed.
It does look like dilution to me. JPHC has made no secret that dilution may be necessary. I'll withhold judgement until we know more.

I'm still holding my shares. Wish I had free funds to buy at this level. I'll sell em as soon as I am green. I've played this one like a fiddle. It might be time to find a new stock.

Yes it's going to go to .0001 and that will be followed by a reverse split. It's happened 3 times in the last 4 years with this company. The same people are running it so why should it be any different this time around? Massive dilution, price plummets, reverse split, start all over again.

I got in on this stock * $.0016, so I got a looooong ways to go before I can even break even. Next week, the company is releasing their Q3 news. Why not wait until then to see what happens? You might regret selling and you might not...That's the beauty of these penny stocks. Every stock is a gamble..I'm rooting for JPHC to pull out of this mess and start showing me some green but I'm not going anywhere until I see their Q3 news! IMO

IMO JPHC dumped a few shares over the past week. I've been watching this stock pretty closely and in my rough estimation they probably dumped around 200 million.
I was a little distressed at first. There is good news out today and I am hearing rumor that there will be several more pieces of news in the next few days.
I am expecting Q3, possibly news about OTCBB listing and maybe a surprise or two.
At any rate, I am not distressed any longer. I am not even considering taking a loss on this. I expect to be in the green by next week.

Rumor is out that there will be more news tomorrow. I don't know what it might be. Filing of the 211 for the OTCBB? Early Q3? That would explain the late day buying frenzy.
I show a close of .0007 but I've heard that a 10 million share order went through for .0008 after the bell.
Lets see what tomorrow brings. I have a feeling we'll be back up to semi-respectable levels.

I got back in today at .0008 level--JPHC seems primed for further correction upward and the news on company operations and ventures seems to be improving--
I sold my .0012 shares a couple days ago at .0010 and bought back in at .0008. I was hoping for .0007 but that started to look impossible. I had two choices. I could either hold my .0012 shares and wait or I could sell them and start playing this stock at this level. I think you're right though. Soon it should head back up to where it was.

What is resistance .0017 right now; anyone think we can break it with some great news or with 3 good pr's in 3 days...I sure hope so , I am in at .0014; was just looking for a quick 15% AND THEN THIS single digit thing came along........ guess I'll be a bagholder if no news comes this coming week to bring us back into the teens.

This was VERY good news....reduced debt, increased revenues. This is what investors LIKE.
Where do you get "the market handing them money" or "dilution" from today's PR?
I think "working for their money" is EXACTLY what this was all about (reduced debt and increased revenues).
If you have something substantial to add, then please do. But you can leave the negative inuendo somewhere else.
On another note, I hear there will be more news tomorrow AND Wednesday. I also hear that each release should be better than the last.
