("JUPITER" or the "Company") (Other OTC:JPHC.PK - News) announces that it will be filing today its 10KSB Annual Report for the fiscal year end December 31, 2004. This 10KSB is the key first filing that the Company needs to file to complete the process of re-listing on the OTCBB. ADVERTISEMENT

I guess this is what's to come for the rest of 2005:
- Phase Four (October - December 2005): Launch winter schedule of events; Continue development of VOXBOX and Promo Staffing businesses; Secure next stage of capital; Continue seeking acquisitions as per diversification plan; secure next acquisition of diversification plan; continue implementation of operations and marketing plans of business units; continue additional staff hiring if necessary; open business development office in New York, NY.

Looks like the closing date for Macro is Sept. 22nd. People need to get in very soon! They will have a PR stating this and as it said it will ad an additional 12 mill. in revenue to their bottom line so anyone wanting in better get in this week. This isn't going to the moon...it's going to JUPITER!!

did you see the block of 8,900,000 go thru...thats almost 22 grand! Someone must know something for sure, unless its MM's trading to each other?

Is there anything negative about this stock right now? JPHC looks like it is going to be up up and away. Wish I had gotten in last week.

When it fell from .01 to .0002 I was a little hesitant of a r/s but at this point all of the news is very positive and they finally seem to be doing the right things. I was in this a while ago and re-entered towards the lows. I haven't sold - hoping for .005!!

IMO .005 looks possible for this one. There are some resistance points between here and there but this is definetly in a STRONG STRONG uptrend and IMO it could push it's way into the .005 range.

Continually trading at the HOD tells me there's plenty of fuel for the fire. The charts are outstanding. I would be hard pressed to find a better looking chart than this one.
