I don't know what to think right now. These last second trades look like mirror trades below the bid. I think it will at least go back into normal range in the morning (I'm hoping).

Rumor has it that we should expect more news tomorrow and BIG news next week. I don't know what it's all about.
I hope to see Q3 soon. I'm a little confused by JPHC spending all that money, time and energy to get current with their filings and we still haven't seen the Q3.
I've heard JPHC was involved in weekend meetings in NY a week ago. Maybe we'll see something about relisting soon.

mp: It is quite apparent in the recent filings that part of those Shares have been sold to the investor group. I have been told that the investor group should be coming in hot and heavy within the next week and the potential takeover of the Company should be in the works to get rid of current management. The investor group dictates the deal.
Those of you who know of Dogcatcher, know that it is uncanny how accurate his info has been in the past.
I'm not suggesting that anyone buy or sell JPHC. I would highly recommend keeping your eye on it for the next week or two though.

ATLANTA, GA--(MARKET WIRE)--Dec 8, 2005 -- Macro Communications, Inc., a subsidiary of Jupiter Global Holdings, Corp. ("JUPITER" or the "Company") (Other OTC:JPHC.PK - News) announced today their agreement with a large nationwide point of sale activation company for the distribution of a new long distance card product. The distribution will be done throughout seven (7) major national store chains with a total of approximately 3000 stores. ADVERTISEMENT
This new card product takes advantage of the Macro long distance platform and all testing by Macro for the program has been met to complete this order.
The rollout of the new card product commenced this past Sunday, with the first chain of 100 stores in the southeast region. FYI... there is a new string that started with some chart info: "jphc nice chart" . I'm still in for about 5 mil and I think we are about to see some upward movement IMO. Good luck guys!!!!
JPHC: I have just confirmed that there will be very good news out tomorrow. Use today as a strong buying opportunity. I am looking for the stock to go to $0.005.
