I just have to say wowww for MMIC......noticed it pre-market but didn't have funds free until it was .006....thought it was going to stay below....oh well....hopefully this one can do half of the high of mmic .013

IMO .0023 wasn't a bad entry. I got in today at .0022. This stock seems to be immune to gravity. It goes up and just keeps going up. I don't want to attempt to predict what the PPS is going to be tomorrow let alone any time beyond that. It's a good bet that we are going to keep seeing substantial gains though. I don't see anything right now that would cause it to make a drastic reversal. It is very exciting to be in on this and watch it as it goes up and goes up and goes up and....... GLTA

I usually don't buy into stocks that gain so fast, but this one is a Locomotive! I don't see anything that will stop this thing anytime soon. If my speculation is correct, which it has been in the past, we will see this on in penny land in less than three weeks.

can anyone tell me , if a/c to JPHC's earlier press release where they informed the JPHC stock holders wud get some stake in VXBX aswell, does it include ppl who got in last week till today or shud it have been much earlier ?
Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement. On December 28, 2004, the Company executed a joint venture agreement (the Agreement) to develop a Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) business called VOXBOX. The joint venture agreement resulted in the formation of VOXBOX Telecom, Inc. (the Joint Venture) where the Company acquired 50% of VOXBOX Telecom, Inc.
On June 16, 2005, the Company entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Company and Global Bancorp, Inc. concerning the restructuring of their Joint Venture.
Speaking generally, as per the terms of the MOU, the Company restructured its holding in VOXBOX Telecom, Inc. with its Joint Venture partner Global Bancorp, Inc. whereas the Company sold its holding in VOXBOX Telecom, Inc. to Global Bancorp, Inc. for a minority to stake in Global Bancorp, Inc. a (Global Bancorp, Inc. is now called VOXBOX World Telecom, Inc. and trades its common stock on the Pink Sheets under the ticker symbol VXBX)
On June 16, 2005, the Company entered into a Stock Purchase Agreement, as per the terms of the MOU, dated June 16, 2005 between the Company and Global Bancorp, Inc., the Company sold to Global Bancorp, Inc. its entire holding of 9200 shares of VOXBOX Telecom, Inc. and a Promissory Note of a face value of $420,000 owing to VOXBOX Telecom Inc. for 5,000,000 common shares of Global Bancorp, Inc. which were valued at $50,000, and rights to purchase up to 50% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Global Bancorp, Inc. up to June 16, 2008.

If you're lucky you might see a dip on some profit taking in the AM. However I'm expecting a gap up tomorrow, especially after the late day news today. If this starts tearing through the mid-thirties, you might wish you bought in at .0026

Sure, there you go pal. Stars are WAY over rated. I'd rather have a fat wallet than any amount of stars. I know how it feels when you're the new guy without any stars though. A lot of the vets around here have their stars disabled.

I got in today at .0021 and it's amazing how the PPS momentum/volume are accelerating. Assuming pattern continues tomorrow (9-20-05) we could see following ranges:(how many concur a new 260-Day high will be attained tomorrow?

Phoenix has all the regular attractions. I can't think of anything in particular that you "have to see" in Phoenix. You need to get out of town for the must see type things (Grand Canyon, Sedona, etc).
The weather should be real nice in January. It is really up to you. Whether you enjoy sushi bars, strip bars, rock & roll bars, steak houses, the symphony, sporting events, hiking, etc. We have it all. For the best Mexican food you want to go to Los Dos Molinos. There is one on the east side and one on central. If you are a gringo and have a bland pallate it will probably be inedible it is so spicy (but I love it).

As long as the buying pressure stays at this level it should overcome sporadic sells pretty easily. IMO this is headed upward so strongly that it will be difficult for it to reverse course very quickly.
