JUPITER Global Holdings, Corp. Announces Filing of 8K/A Report With Financials of Macro Communications, Inc., Confirming Audited
Revenues of $11.8 Million

("Macro"). In the month of September, JUPITER closed its acquisition of Macro, a US-based telecom services company. Today's news is just one more promise from JPHC that they followed through with.
They promised Macro financial numbers and boom here they are.
I think the next thing they have promised is a move to the OTCBB.
They have followed through on everything so far. It gives me a strong impression that they are on the ball and not blowing hot air.

It looks like only one trade went through at the bid of .0012 and then jumped right back to the ask at .0014. ETRD is all that is left at 14.

I've been buying at 12 and selling at 14 or 15 for weeks now. I'm worried that I might not be able to buy at 12 anymore.

I wouldn't call it crashing. IMO it is giving me a good opportunity to buy more. If it hits .0008 or lower then maybe I will agree to "crashing"

16 is at the high end of the trading range for the past few weeks. I wouldn't be surprised to see a new trading range develop. OTCBB listing shouldn't be far off either. Either way, you'll get back on top Kywee.

problem is they are pretty diluted.. They need a r/s I think to get the O/S under control.. Other then that I think this is a great company that's worth a couple pennies

I don't know how the rumors got started that they are so diluted. I'm sure some dilution has happened in the past but IMO I believe it has already been revealed in filings. The Q3 is due out in the next few days. It MAY show some more dilution but I don't expect it. They have had financing and revenues available to them since the last filings.
AND they just filied an S8 for an employee stock incentive program. If they pull a R/S they lose a lot of those shares. I don't think a R/S will happen.
