BigJohn any stock can have L2 on pinksheets.com, and it only costs about $300 per month. Stocks I know of that have it are PLNI, and HISC. Instructions for getting it are on every quote of stocks that don't have it: just click the link "Want real-time level two quotes in this security?"

I bought this when it was down in the dumps it shot like a rocket and now it came back down but higher. I would like to see it do the same again. I can't wait until we get another good PR.
