Dew-it, I was just going to post about what you just posted. Supposedly, Richard says the 14 bil o/s was correct the day they released the PR (8/29). I was not aware of that, and was just told today. You mean to tell me Frank has increased the float by 2 bil share in 2 weeks and he has increase the restricted shares from 5.5 to 7 bil in 2 weeks? All after the Q had already closed on the studio (8/12)? I agree dew-it, at that rate we will issue out the entire A/S in 15 -16 weeks. I am just as frustrated as you.

Frank has over 15 assistants, stricly to work on responses from shareholders etc for company emails and whatever. A Letter From Frank Olsen, CEO/President of Q Television Network
Dear Shareholders,
Thank you for your letters. I would not say the drop in stock is entirely due to market manipulation. I think some of the drop is a result of lack of awareness and education as to what Q Television Network is really doing.
One year ago, Q Television was a shell with great plans and approximately 91/2 billion shares outstanding. With restricted shares committed against the Gay Games, films, contracts, stock bonuses, etc, etc. the outstanding shares are now 23 billion, but only 16 billion are actually in the float as the rest are long-term restricted shares. This has allowed us to buy production studios in Burbank, California worth $25 million, a film library worth $2 billion. It has allowed us to do 1,000 hours of original programming which bring in $400,000 per year over the next 10 years and has bought us the rights to the Gay Games. Further, it has put us on RCN, Time Warner and Cox Cable.
We are currently attempting to buy a teleport which will bring in $300,000 to $400,000 per month forever.
So, ultimately, we are going to be a teleport, a production company, a gay television network and voice for the GLBT community – and more. I believe that once we announce what we are doing, the stock will go up. We have a market cap of $150-$200 million and we are trading way below that cap. We have assets of over $1,000,100,000. This is not bad for a company that started with nothing.
It is my intention to put all of this information on a DVD that will be available in the near future. I believe that education and information about Q Television Network’s activities and progress will be key in helping to raise the stock price and increase overall awareness of Q Television Network.

So if O/S is 23 Bill, and Frank owns the rest of remaining - 50 Bill O/S, there are only two things IMO that will happen: 1) He is done selling or dammn close otherwise he will not be able to maintain the supposed 53% ownership 2) he will increase the O/S to who knows what, so that he can continue to sell shares for cash. I hope it is not the second scenario.

I hope it's senario 3, that the numbers in this letter are incorrect, making them the "facts that will not correspond with the draft that was sent." Otherwise, I will be really pissed off.

How long has it been since the PR about the initial findings of our audit? How long does it take to finalize such things and get the information out? Why post a PR with high expectations only to have them dwindle day after day waiting for the official word?

If you guys truly believe the OS on this stock is less then 15 billion then you deserve to lose your money.
QBID has bills to pay, properties to acquire, and people to pay. None of these things are free. QBID has expenses right now that far exceed revenue. Someday that may change but right now it is the truth. If your gonna go long term just keep adding I guess.

i try to stay focused like we all should, stay respectful, truthful and forward...i'm even curtious and positive and helpful when i can be to others on this thread ..but there is one thing for certain that i'm not and that is having the ability to put up with all your BS so keep on, just keep this in mind though...when the party in vegas comes around and i see you there, well after just a couple of cold ones i'm gonna knock the doggy sh*t out of you boy!
