If we don't want to re-post it until we verify it's legitimacy, why is it dominating the conversation? ,,,

It should be posted.. We are not all little moderators for the stupid people out there...

Subject: RE: Frank Olsen Letter

Unfortunately, the letter that was sent to shareholders was a rough draft and sent out in error by his assistant.

Although the theme will be similar, the facts will not correspond with the draft that was sent.

Frank is in the process of finishing up the letter to concerned shareholders and will be sent upon completion.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

A Letter From Frank Olsen, CEO/President of Q Television Network

Dear Shareholders,

Thank you for your letters. I would not say the drop in stock is entirely due to market manipulation. I think some of the drop is a result of lack of awareness and education as to what Q Television Network is really doing.

One year ago, Q Television was a shell with great plans and approximately 91/2 billion shares outstanding. With restricted shares committed against the Gay Games, films, contracts, stock bonuses, etc, etc. the outstanding shares are now 23 billion, but only 16 billion are actually in the float as the rest are long-term restricted shares. This has allowed us to buy production studios in Burbank, California worth $25 million, a film library worth $2 billion. It has allowed us to do 1,000 hours of original programming which bring in $400,000 per year over the next 10 years and has bought us the rights to the Gay Games. Further, it has put us on RCN, Time Warner and Cox Cable.

We are currently attempting to buy a teleport which will bring in $300,000 to $400,000 per month forever.

So, ultimately, we are going to be a teleport, a production company, a gay television network and voice for the GLBT community – and more. I believe that once we announce what we are doing, the stock will go up. We have a market cap of $150-$200 million and we are trading way below that cap. We have assets of over $1,000,100,000. This is not bad for a company that started with nothing.

It is my intention to put all of this information on a DVD that will be available in the near future. I believe that education and information about Q Television Network’s activities and progress will be key in helping to raise the stock price and increase overall awareness of Q Television Network.

Thank you for your letters.

Sincerely,

Frank Olsen
CEO, Q Television Network

Until it's out in the form of a PR, or posted on QTN's investor relations page, I choose to ignore it.

Hey all -- just got back and can't stay long. This is a crappy day to try to get information.

Just to let everyone know where I stand -- I am only interested in getting correct information, and do not intend to post any opinion about it. The stuff in that letter has potential impact on the short, mid, and long-term of the company, so everyone should be interested in finding out what the real facts are.

I will purposely restrict my "what does it mean" coments to private conversations, because I have taken the role of getting the information on this one and I don't want to sound like I am skewing it in any way. I think we all have the right to be informed, but I think we should all have the right to make our own decisions about that information in peace.

Also, for those accusing me of being a daytrader and only interested in the super short-term price, I have sold Q once since I have been on this thread, and it was a mistake (I even posted about it). I accidentally sold 2 million shares instead of buying 2 million when where were at 20, and had to buy them back at a .0001 loss. I don't swing Q, and my investment has always been based on speculation for audit, combined with long-term growth holding.

Now, back to the issue at hand -- I still haven't heard anything, and will get another salvo out before I have to leave again and post as soon as I can with any update.

G-- I posted the portions of the header that included the ip -- I did a whois on the server but not a traceroute on the sender. After Doc confirmed receipt of the same email, the chance of a relay hijacker seemed pretty slim because the hijaker would have to have the private emails of Doc and juice, too.

More later.

IMHO… for inquiring minds:

Q has come so very far in a relatively short time. Being a pink stock has its advantages, like not having to publish any financials. Conversely, being a pink has its disadvantages, like not being taken seriously in their business world.

Q is at a point in its development that it really needs to be listed on a regulated exchange. To do so requires independent audits, fully reporting, shareholder meetings and the like.
Being an audited, fully reporting member of an exchange would open doors that are now shut or more difficult to open as a pink.

Take some time and reflect on the vast progress Q has made in the past year or two. Q has accomplished far more then the large majority of emerging start-ups. As my brother would say, “they are racing out into an open field”. Q has no “real” competition. Sure there have been some bumps along the way (we shareholders created some!), but what company has not had any? This is life, the real world, and we have to be adult enough to partake. Much goes on behind the scenes that are in our best interest. Let the cheesecake cook! If you keep the oven door open it never will.

I believe in Q’s mission. I believe in Frank, I think he is BRILLIANT! Smart people always surround themselves with top notched people. Frank has done this.

I want to do my part and more. I wish that Q would supply us with information packets including posters that I could go around town and post in Gay friendly establishments. I would love to see a Q sponsored grass roots campaign to get Q out across the country.

Don’t forget, nasty people bash good people.

Sorry this was so long. I just had to say a few things. I may not have it all right but I try.

Guys I spoke to Richard Brown around 2. Now we talked for a while about a bunch of stuff.... I only have time at the moment to reiterate about the letter everyone was talking about. not word for word but best I can recall:

Frank has over 15 assistants, stricly to work on responses from shareholders etc for company emails and whatever. Some are new, what happened is about 15 users from IHUB got together and emailed Frank about their frustrations. Frank saw it himself apparently wrote up something and it was supposed to go out to me (rich) to update on investor page on website. but instead a new assistant sent out the wrong message in reply to the shareholders on ihub. Apparently there was also a quick response to these 15 or so people involved that was supposed to be emailed. so I believe Richard, but after all he only does what Frank says.

We went on to talk about threats Rich has received from shareholders, him being furious, his convos with Renee (who he seems to love), whats the story with the audit, his family, boston, him buying me a beer, etc. I will post more info later this si all i can right now.

Oh shoot, hahah MT - Rich has been responding to my emails so fast lately its sorta nuts. He said hey chris your friends with Matt right? haha thats me I said. well guys .0011, on that note i gtg good day:)

Well, at this point, I believe it is too late too late for anyone to sell... It looks like we are gonna see .001 and lower, at this rate. So you have to ask yourself what the hell is going on? The 23 Billion O/S mentioned in the letter seems to be true. Frank is selling shares to fund Q activities and purchase assets - bottom line and that is why we are where we are tanking... I hope Frank is done selling, becuase at this PPS instead of selling millions to get cash, it will be to be billions - and it seems that was is happing. We went from 19.5 to 23+ Billion! At this rate we will easily issue out the entire A/S. Gottt Dammmmit! [Mad]

I am not selling but, I am freakkkking pissed with B/S communications to shareholders. Dammit,
