MT please ask 1. What government agency is involved with the audit. 2. When the shareholders will start to receive dividends? Due to profitability. 3.How is the investigation on the stock manipulation coming along? Will Frank be busted or is it somebody else? I guess thats it for me. Thank you MT

i absolutely LOVE rollercoasters. Ever been to Cedar Point Ohio? ahahha yeah guys ill ask the things for richard...dont expect much of an answer to those questions....already tried twice today and no answer....
i got a bet for ya guys...anybody wanna take me up...that the meetings Richard was in all day on monday had something to do with the upper management staff of Q and restoring investor confidence....???maybe one of those things was the PR today???

Don't expect dividends. Those will be poured back into the company.

juice, I went on the cyclone at Cony Island when I was 10. I weighed about 60 lbs, maybe less, but I thought i was going to literally be blown right out of that thing. Scared the hell out of me.

Right on Gator....i would rather want the excess cash going into the buybacks....and that is what i would expect...dividends will come once the float has been bought back in a couple years...many stocks dont even have dividends

MT, please ask about the signed contracts. Are they signed by both parties meaning Q AND the 'Brand xx Carrier(s)'? Or, are they just signed by Q only, and waiting for 'Brand xx carrier(s)' acceptance & completion?
It is just not clear to me. A firm contract is a firm contract. They made it sound like there are still hinges on it more like a proposal.

You're actually not buying QTV, you're buying the whole package. QBID is Triangle MultiMedia. Look at the name of the company you are investing in. Triangle Multimedia is like Proctor and Gamble, they both own several different units/products.

I don't have much to say, really. Frank pinpointed a date for the audit to be completed. I certainly would not sell my shares till either that day comes or this stock crosses the penny mark. I only invested what I could spare, but it'd be nice to make out with my investment and then some on this. That's difficult to imagine when we are stuck at the .0010 levels.
19.5 billion in O/S is quite a bit. It will be hard for this stock to move. We may even see the last 2 billion or so in dilution happen up to the completion of the audit. In fact, it might be a determining factor over whether or not Frank really intends to release the audit by that date.
Remember folks, we still cannot trust Frank to actually release the audit. I know I would like to, but I don't know what Frank's intentions really are. I know that with most Pinks, the PRs run contrary to intentions, and that the intention is always to dilute, reverse-split, dilute, reverse-split, dilute, etc. Frank has indicated that he doesn't want to reverse-split, but nothing he's said would seem to indicate he's done diluting.
I think our best indicator of the valuation of QBID at this point is the staff. If QBID sees a mass exodus of talent and hosts, then we'll know that Frank cannot break even by January and is lying about the audit (because he wouldn't publish an audit if he didn't think he could really break even by January).
I think that at this point, Frank has exhausted all available resources for new funding and is actually starting to think serious about Q Television. I don't know if he'll be the one to make it big, though. I imagine seeing him stepping down, letting someone come in, and then reverse-splitting the stock and trying to add value from there on a new exchange.
I, unfortunately, do not see any buybacks as being possible in the near future, certainly not before January, and if any are announced, it's almost a guarantee they are blatant lies. After all, where could the money come from?

I want to see a reverse split of the entire a/s at the same time the audit comes out, or when we move to the OTCBB.
Example with a a 1 for 5 r/s: A/s before 50bil, a/s after 10 bil o/s before 19.5 bil, o/s after 3.9 bil
MOST otc scam companies dont r/s the a/s, they just do the o/s so they can sell more, but IMO, if frank does the entire A/s then it can't be bad for the company, only good.
