Thanks for all the positive posts guys!

Here's the results of some research I just did that may help in understanding various terms. Most know or probably guessed the meanings. Please let me know if anyone disagrees or if I've missed a term.

Outstanding = Restricted + Float
Issued = Outstanding + Treasury
Authorized = Issued + Un-issued (my term)

When a company purchases it's own stock it moves from Outstanding to Treasury.
Canceling a stock moves it from Treasury to Un-issued.
Retiring a stock is the act of the company purchasing it and then Canceling it (moving from Outstanding to Un-issued.)

Definitions obtained from http://www.investopedia. com/terms

World's oldest person dies aged 115
Dutch woman swore by a daily helping of herring for a healthy life

Updated: 6:51 a.m. ET Aug. 30, 2005
AMSTERDAM, Netherlands - A Dutchwoman, the world’s oldest person on record who swore by a daily helping of herring for a healthy life, died on Tuesday aged 115, the ANP news agency reported.

Hendrikje van Andel-Schipper, a former needlework teacher born on June 29, 1890, died in her sleep at a nursing home in the northern Dutch town of Hoogeveen.

“Mrs. Van Andel-Schipper passed away peacefully,” ANP quoted the director of the nursing home as saying. “She told me that she thought it was great to have been the world’s oldest person and that she looked back on a very fine life.”

Also known as Hennie, the passionate soccer fan married a tax inspector in the 1930s and was forced to sell her jewelry to buy food during the German occupation in World War II.

The Guinness World Records book had confirmed she was the world’s oldest known person.

The world’s oldest living man on record, Emiliano Mercado Del Toro, lives in Puerto Rico. He was born on Aug. 21, 1891.

The record for the longest life is held by French woman Jeanne-Louise Calment who died aged 122 in 1997, according to Guinness World Records.

Just glad to see everyone in a star-throwing frenzy today! Hopefully we are all going to get along a little better now, and drop the negative vibe. Although everyone is arguing about what Q should be worth -- we need to step back for a moment and realize that everyone is arguing different positive numbers. That, if anything, should at least inject some levity into the debate, should it not?

I think Frank is holding this down. He has talked about how he hates day traders. How do u get rid of day traders? Slow upticks. If this upticks to .0017 or more today then I think that is what is going on. If it doesn't then I have no idea.

Day traders won't sit in a stock a for a month.. Frank knows that. If you drag out a up trend only the longterm investor looks to gain the most.

The ONLY way Frank could hold this down is to add more free market shares. Frank would never dilute the market on purpose to fix price. That is illegal, even though the mm's can do it.

Frank can hold it down by calling the MM's and telling them to hold it. It's a pick sheet.. NO RULES!!!!! lol

[Big Grin]

He hates day traders.... Only way to clean house. Slow gains..

They can shake all they want.. lol

Sooner or later the price will go.

DEFINATELY one that does not charge percentage commissions on the number of shares traded in OTC issues. If you want to play pink that is one thing to watch out for! I use E-trade, and for my account level, it is flat fee in the pinks...

Sorry my post was vague I have been following this board for a few months and have seen much of the discussion with people saying frank is holing it down, or the mm's, or the day traders or santa claus holding it down to, what i meant was does anyone see any particular MM activity today that was holding it down today.

I really thought the PR yesterday would have calmed some of the bickering that we see here it appears it only fueled, I fear what may happen when the official audit is released, will it be full scale assaults of insults? I just hope we all get to make some money here and are able to get the financial boost that we see as possible.
