Let's face it. This PR could have been released in a much better way than it was. If Doug had not announced this PR and it just popped up this morning, the PPS would AT LEAST be up for the day. Instead, FOT, who wasn't doing anything wrong was told by Doug that a PR was coming 2 days before. In the past 2 days people have been wayyy to optimistic in predicitng what this PR could be and thus, with the PR we recieved, we have a lot of dissapointment. If doug could have kept this PR secret for two more days, it would have done us investors a great deal. I don't blame FOT-after all, he was the only one of us looking to the right source of information. I blame Doug's strategy when it comes to releasing PR's.

I think in the long run this will be a great stock, but for now it seems a little strange to me that they have potential of making millions off this new contract and nothing about potential earnings is stated in the PR. I am not some genius but if the CEO really thought this would generate millions in revenue a year don't you think he would have stated this?

We have had 2 pr's and it has not even came close to changing the PPS in a positive direction also with this supposedly good news you would think many new investors would become interested in this stock resulting in a spike in volume.

I hope this time next month this is all an after thought as I am counting how much money I have made. In order for this to succeed we need the CEO to step up and use this good news to our advantage.

You make some good points, but I think this pr was released by the NTELX folks, so I don't think Dougie had any right to put revenue or pump about his company in there. It would have been bad form, I think.

And for all we know, he's drafting his own pr right now.

Well said Neptune. The reality is that we oversold ourselves on the PR. We thought it would be amazing, and when it was just great, then we felt like (by contrast) it was a bad thing. People sold based on that.

Too bad for them. I have a bid in at 14.

IMO this is the same thing that happened a couple weeks ago. People were all geared up for the big earth shattering announcement that turned out to be less than what they expected. Both PR's have been very good developments. They just haven't been anything that would send this into a 500% run. We have known for quite some time that we were going to see PR's released over a period of time. The up/down movement over the past few weeks has made this very playable over the short term.

Some people are going to sell off and move elsewhere. Others are going to buy more on the downside. IMO neither move is correct and neither move is wrong. It is up to each individual investor to decide what is the right thing for them to do. Personally, I wish I would have loaded up when it was hovering around .0012 a week ago. This is just going to give me some extra time to clear some other positions and hopefully get into ICMH at a real good price.

I've got a bid in for 2million shares at 14.

If you were going to buy this stock yesterday at 18, and today there was a positive pr, then why the heck wouldn't you buy it right now for 14?

Guys! It's not like they put out a bad pr or disclosed a correction to their earnings or something!

I have a bid for 12 for tomorrow. Yes, it going to be great by October 1st. But when you put 5K into a penny stock 12 compare to 18 is a big difference !!!

I got some today at 13 since I had my bid since before market opened.

All the PO'd weak hands sold off this morning. Consider yourselves lucky if you got your orders filled at today's lows. I don't see this going back lower than .0012 anytime soon unless the mm's try their shake routine within the next couple of weeks but even then, you still may not get your orders filled. .0015 is still a pretty damn good price.

You should be able to set a minimum quantity on your partials if not doing all or none. Also, do a GTC (good till cancelled) so if you get some partials filled in today then some tomorrow, you'll pay the 1 rate and not multiple trade costs....

It sometimes does a partial fill and then keeps going. The commission only hits me once though - unless it's the end of the day. If the rest fills the next day, I think I get hit with another commiss charge

A broker gets a clearing restriction when they do not settle their trades. This means that Scottrade may have sold shares that are not in their possession or that they have not made sure the shares are available to them. This is a regulation that is designed brokerage houses from selling stocks they do not have, thus effectively increasing the number of outstanding shares by selling ones that don't exist.

I sent an email to the Nutmeg group through their website. Here is what I sent:

Hello,

This note is for Mr Robert Goulding in regard to ICMH as a portfolio company.

Mr. Goulding,

I am a investor in ICM Telecommunications and I noticed in the most recent PR from ICMH that Nutmeg is listed as the financial backer for the acquisition of a carrier class switch.

I am interested in learning if the Nutmeg Group has Investor Relations people on staff to assist ICM in developing and releasing strategic PR's? This last PR dated 9/15, was fundamentally lacking on many levels.

First, the PR failed to mention how this new switch would benefit ICM, whereas, it gives plenty of revenue and other information on the company from whom the switch was acquired.

Second, the PR failed to provide any strategy on how this new hardware would be used and how it is beneficial to the overall corporate plan of ICM.

Lastly, the PR failed to excite investors in any way because it failed to deliever the promise for future worth for ICM. It is almost like, "OK, we have a new piece of hardware!"

I am a long term holder of ICMH and see great potential in the VoIP market, especially in the international call center market, hence my investment in this company, however, like every other investor, I am very frustrated in seeing my investment shrink by 30% on what could have been the potential of a fabulous PR that just was not delivered very well.

The investor sentiment for ICM right now is severely bruised as expectations for something better was not delivered. Might I please recommend that another PR be released shortly, with professional Public Relations assistance when the new switch becomes operational. Info in this release could include: potential revenues, beginning of an outline for some corporate vision, plans for other use of the switch, leverging the switch for new debit card programs, etc.

As a fellow investor in this company, I am certain you want your investment to provide a return and the only way to do that is to develop the interest in ICM as a company with the wherewithal to generate a revenue and grow in the future!

Thank you for you time in reading this letter,

Regards,

Jeff xxxxx
