Wow. Been a while since I was here and good to see not much changed here either! Setting the record straight:
1. FOT, etc, did not get the boot for "preying on others". They got the boot because they became members of another, competing, board of which Bob Frey had a disagreement witht he owner of that board. Some people posted/pm'd folks to go there if they wanted to continue to follow their picks. Bob got pissed and kicked em out.
I see matto is back (with restrictions, but back), so ammends can be made. However, pride is a large thing to swallow for all sides. I niether agree nor disagree with any side, and will go with both sides as I can make money with all of them!
2. ICM Telecom IS a POS! I bought into the hype to watch it go rock bottom, too. However, we have a base here, and an occasional tick or 2 up.
3. I also think Mr Hamby is full of chit. Lots of it. I think he even toned down the PRs becuase the SEC was cracking down on this sort of thing. The web site being up within a few weeks was told to someone else AGAIN recently in an email, phone call, or something. That was over a month ago (go back and read the most recent pages here). Hey, anyone seen it yet?? RIGHT! Full of chit...again!
Nutmeg still shows ICM Network as a portfolio company, so that means they probably still own the shares (or whatever the deal was for the funding).
I'm swinging it for now. Takes a while to buy in at .0004, but it will fill after some time. I see that Volume is up today and that's a good sign for me. Will I hold it? NO! Only until I see a few percent and then I'm out again.
Basically, I'll trade just about anything I can see green on. My average is .00043 currently.
I think it'll pop up to .0006 shortly, directly, and within 2 weeks!!! lol
Bottom line is be aware of what you are pumping up here as there are a LOT of people that were burned by Mr. Hamby's PR-string-along game.

I called Doug Hamby today and he answered immediately. I asked him what the status of any new information and he gave his standard answer of "soon". I thanked him for the answer and then said that in the past he had given a similar answer and I was interested if "soon" might mean prior to the end of May. He said it "looked good". How's that for avoiding a question and giving up no additional info! He mentioned the phone card business was "progressing". All in all I feel I don't know any more than when I made the call, but I was surprised he answered.

Father of Two was kicked off?!!??! Oh man... So he was completely illegit, then? I'd heard murmurings but I hadn't uncovered any illicit dealings -- I figured his ICMH recommendations and some of his other calls were just bad investments/mistakes and not scams... some of his calls worked out now and again (not ICMH, though, for sure) .... urghg.
[Alright -- just read the update on FOT "not being kicked off the board for preying on others." That's good to know. Makes me feel a little better. ]
I've been in ICMH for almost a year now -- I keep thinking that even a shell will eventually release some kind of crummy PR that might get this up a few points. The dead silence is weird.
I've gotten stuck in shady stocks in the past, and usually with some cautious averaging down and a lot of patience I'm able to still come out ahead in the end or at least break even -- bailing out too early, after getting flattened by a downturn, has burned me every time without fail, as this type of stock usually bounces back for a little while at some point or another (as long as your average PPS is low enough).
What gets my goat about ICMH is how the company doesn't bother to do ANYTHING. For six months they haven't bothered to release even the smallest fluff PRs, optimistic forecasts, half-functional website, etc. The MMs don't even bother to manipulate this brick. It's dismal.
And every month I think, "Well, THIS month they'll have to do SOMETHING." And I look at the charts and think "This can't possibly go lower -- we've hit the bottom and news is coming soon because no one can go this long without a peep! Even scams and shells release more news than this!"
So I keep holding, and ICMH keeps slowly sinking. But at this point I've lost enough cash that I figure, what the hell, I'll keep holding on to it in case they ever get their act together.
At the same time, though, I no longer have enough faith to average down any more. And if it ever runs, you bet I'm selling fast... just break me even on this one and I'm happy -- I don't need to get rich off of ICMH, even though the stock could easily go up 10 times in value with decent news. I'll take my profits elsewhere. I just need out from a company that can't handle PR any better than a snake handles a shotgun.
But I'm not leaving without getting some of my money back or losing it all.
Now let's see a double this month. That'd be nice. And I'll scram.

yeah, highest volume in a while, too! I was n at .0004 and just looking for a small gain at .0005! My sell order went through this morning at .0005 and now it's sitting at .0006x.0007.
I'm happy I got out fr the small gain as this has burned me in the past!

I needed to see .0008 to break even, but a couple of days ago I placed a good-till-cancelled order for everything I've got at .0007 in the hope that I'd be able to get out, figuring we wouldn't be spiking above 7 for a good long while but that, if I was lucky, I might see 7 soon (but not this soon, without any news or rumors) ....
Imagine my surprise when I checked in today to find that I'd sold every last share -- guess I shoulda set my good-till-cancelled order to 9 instead of 7, and I would seen a profit instead of a small loss. However, feels good to be out, especially considering this dropped back to .0004 so quick....
Does anybody know why the stock suddenly shot up like that, on no news, only to bottom back out all in one day? If it was MM manipulation, I woulda thought the run would have at least lasted a little longer, or we would have seen a stronger downward push just before the spike... Volume at 41,451,962 for the day, according to Ameritrade... a high of .0009.... something is going on.
If I can get back in at .0004, I might buy some more.... as going back to .0005 or 6 will be easy enough even without news... and if today was a sign of someone (MM or insider) purposely accumulating, buying up shares before big news is released, then we could see a massive spike (upon arrival of news) soon.
On the other hand, this could be a fluke or even a manipulation that is meant to get people to buy in now, before the company goes belly up and sinks to .0001, screwing everyone who didn't get out... so there is that risk.... Dunno. I'm keen to see what happens next, even though I'm no longer holding (for now). Could be bings things brewing (up or down) over the next few weeks (or months) I reckon....

Holy crap! How can they get a RS out so frick'in fast? No announcement just file and bam it is there.
Any real company would have posted the RS in a PR and given people some time to jump ship. This crap of filing and RS'ing the next day really shows what a scam this company is.

cknapp, your shares of ICMH get changed over to shares of the new company but.... for every 700 shares you had of ICMH you get one share of the new company. Plus you get the added benefit of a lower price now since many will sell off this scam stock and move on driving the price lower.
The bright side is the owners will now start diluting the stock and bring more suckers into it soon and it may give us a chance to get out with only a small loss.
