The bottom was hit and it is turning back upward... Now I am not saying that we will run tomorrow, but it looks like an uptrend has been started!
The MACD is flat and looking to stay flat one more day and then start diverging positive.
The slow stochs are bottomed and starting to come back up.
The Williams%R just crossed and came out of oversold today.
The Wilders DMI shows the green Line (Buyers) crossing above the red line (Sellers)
The CCI is diverging positive and crossed the -100 line today!
The Accum/Dist line is most decisively diverging positive.
The RSI is starting its divergence positive.
A nice white candle formed today and closed at HOD.
Amer Bulls changed their rating to a buy confirmed .
Bar chart is showing that the opinion rating is increasing:

We are now trading above the MA(200), MA(50), MA(32) and MA(5) and we should soon be trading above the MA(10). This is very good, as it indicates an uptrend.

ADX still indicates we are trading sideways or are in a weak trend. BUT +DI came into positive convergence with -DI today. That is another very good indicator that things are turning postive.
Volume came back to the levels we were seeing prior to yesterday. The indicators will all turn around and make ICMH look like a very good buy if we can maintain just a little buying pressure. If we start to see a lot of selling taking place the indicators that are just starting to look positive will quickly turn negative again. The best case scenario (without a PR) would have all the indicators positive within a week.
As always, take it for what you think it's worth. That's what I see in the charts.

I spoke with Doug today.... I asked 3 questions.... when are we going get our PR, is he still going to be able to pay for the restricted shares before the end of hte year, and what abou the website?
First, he said the delay for the PR again was not his fault.... he is getting really tired of sitting there and looking at it on his desk, and I could definitely hear the frustration in his voice. The PR was co written by himself and the other company, so the approval of the release is not in regard to content. Doug said that the release is delayed because the other company wants to co-release a PR of their own with additional details/programs that they are working on. Apparantly, those additional programs are not ready, so they are not ready to release their PR.... Doug then stated that he is tired of waiting on them and is going to release it anyway maybe tomorrow, but ABSOLUTELY no later than Monday.
Second, he said that he had NO doubt that they will be repurchasing their restricted share placement before the end of the year. For those that do not know, Doug placed restricted shares with an investment group. In the agreement, there was an clause that if Doug repurchased the stock before the end of the year (2005) that there is ZERO interest on the loan!
Third, he mentioned that after he was getting off the phone with me, he was going to contact the webmaster to review and go over the FINAL updates for the website.
I did not push him for any more information, but I thanked him for his time and I let him know that I was fully confident in what they are doing and he replied that "MANY good things are about to come"..
BTW, doug was VERY kind and respectful. The ALL CAPS words in teh replys are to indicate the emphasis that he placed on words in our converstaion. He also mentioned that he just got back from travel FWIW.
