Good Morning Longs and shorts alike.

This trading pattern we are still in is synonymous with the pink market. No new PR or industry related news, the flippers, swingers or day traders have long left, the weak get tired, sell and leave as their threshold of pain is reached. The short interest mm’s play the game with just the right mix of Vapor shares to drive the stock price down looking for new weak hands to accumulate more shares on the way down. Should Jim ad more shares into the float for more equipment this could drive the price down as well along with the shorters taking advantage of that prime opportunity untill significant material events are announced.

As much as I would love to hear that someone has the inside scoop with great predictions of PR's forth coming, the fact is no one knows when they will be released or what will be in them. Jim will not let that cat out of the bag for any stock holder and violate SEC rules. PERIOD! IMO as stated before material events should flow in this next 30 day time period using today as a reference point.

So what exactly is the point to this bash fest being conducted in the last several weeks? Most is seasoned with half truths or down right lack of any DD on the company. Any little negative is multiplied exponentially into the doom and gloom scenerio with the CEO running off with diluted cash coffers stuffed with stockholders money to Cancun. I should only guess that some feel that they may be the New breed of brilliant thinkers or seasoned stock gurus. Maybe they have the god syndrome thinking they should save all the unsuspecting from imminent DOOOM. Or maybe a group of opportunists thinking they will buy up the weak shares on technical lows… But more likely a group of minimum wage folks that are employed by certain MM’s to shake the market Tree as hard as they can so they can scoop up any shares prior to an impending run , whether it be a technical or a true PR run on the horizon. This is observed as fact in the Exact Same multiple postings using multiple aliases on EVERY board on the internet!

I really try not to pump or bash any stock. I happen to like this company but only after exhaustive DD on my part. I have called Every principle party related to this company going back years. IMO the SILENT period is due to the total SOX audit package and has been a stopping point for some very important reasons.
The sudden and opportune timing of 2 acquisitions made by Plasticon in the early stages of their audit. These 2 companies had to have due diligence performed prior to purchase and once that had been done and all claims verified by independant Labs, technical sources, vendors, lean holders, ect.. and Plasticon then an SEC SOX Audit was ordered to seal the deal on EACH company. My instincts and DD tell me that they are complete and the purchases are complete. I further believe that the Overall SOX Auidt for Plasticon has been submitted to the SEC and the tweeking period is underway between the SEC and Plasticon. Upon Audit approval by the SEC the following uplisting forms will be in play and left for the SEC to give the Official OKIE DOKIE for Uplisting.

On the brighter side as well.... IMO we will also see more contracts gearing up for the spring construction season. These orders always come months in advance for scheduling and availability.
Do your own due but in my opinion we are in a great opportunity. Just stinks that the market forces have been in play to the downside.

Peace on the boards Good Luck to All.

I stop reading anything these days with the phrase "bash fest."

And Bear--I don't *think* I've posted at SI, though I read it. I've posted a few times at Ihub under state 7800.

GLTA, on another PR-free day, and especially to Stock. I don't think I've ever seen as much honest, non-hysterical DD on a pink board.

Come on state...
You just gave homage to Stocks honest posts...why not be honest yourself? You disagree with Choppers post and fear when he said "bash fest" he was including folks like you and stock. I don't think that's true.

I do think there are a number of folks who disagree with the two of you. Anyone not agreeing with your assesment of Turek being a liar and a crook are labeled hysterical in their posts? Come on...
I thought you guys wanted civil discussion. Choppers post was well thought out and he made several good points...it just didn't agree with yours.

And nearly 90% of the comments on the boards are meerly conjecture with the lack of pr's or solid evidence from reliable sources..
If your not reading the posts with the words "bash fest"... Stop replying to them.

The reason I stop reading posts with the word "basher" in them is that they're generally content-free and I don't have the time. Elaborate inferences about alleged bashing tactics are unnecessary given the company's performance. That is the reason for our collapse. If a poster finds new positive DD then I'll be overjoyed to read it.

Oh come on State...Collapse?
This company is producing and selling product.

You guys are so negative that any positive DD would drown under the weight of the gloom and doom. PLNI bashing is the new sport on the blogs recently. Chopper is just acknowledging that fact.

By "collapse" I'm thinking of the 71% decline in pps since I bought in back in May. I was thinking before, this must influence our respective tones--IIRC you're averaged in around .0068? That's good, and I sincerely hope you make a lot of money. You can see where I'm coming from when a 300% increase from the current position would still leave me underwater.

Yes I do see that. I happen to think that this stock has the potential to blow past your entry.
I believe when the smoke clears that your entry point will be a PPS that folks would wish they had.
If we are in the Accumulation phase with PLNI then the next phase is the Breakout and then the Uptrend. This company has the potential to run through these phases hard and fast.

The trading method for this period is what I'm focusing on. I see these phases kicking in as PLNI starts to release the PR's giving us the concrete information we have been expecting and waiting for.

I was trading this stock in the .014-.019 range. I just got lucky on my swings and was able to accumulate effectively. There are traders who's position is similar to yours and traders that got in this past week. The nature of trading in pennies. I hope you make bank also.

Well it's kind of a sad day to me. I bought this in June of 04 at .0033 and looks like we are going to be there again now. I need to learn to trade better but my crystal ball is fogged. I should have sold in the .019 area and made about 20 grand instead of riding it all the way back down but I'm a patient man. I'll try to pick up some more now and get ready for next springs big (we're completing our audit) campaign.
This is a good company and it will make us all some bank.
I thought by this year end we would be at .20 by now but I'll take that by this time next year when Turek has all his ducks in a row. Till then pick up what you can and fasten your seat belts.
Merry Xmas all!!

From TBLUE 10QSB dated 12/20/05:

III.
RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS

As of September 30, 2005, telcoBlue, Inc.’s liabilities exceeded its assets by approximately $1,900,000. On September 20, 2005, Plasticon International, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, (formally Wicklund Holding Company (“WHC”)), forgave a debt of $140,507 owed to WHC by telco Blue, Inc. James N. Turek, the President and CFO of telcoBlue, Inc. is also the President of Plasticon International, Inc. and WHC. During the period ended September 30, 2005, the Company has used cash in the amount of $219,247 in its operating activities. These monies were lent to the Company by LexReal, LLC, a Kentucky formed LLC, of which James N. Turek is the Operating Manager.

Question: Are there any limitations to JTs ability to lend money to TBLUE or any other entity he controls from PLNI? In other words, can he lend TBLUE money from Plasticon to cover part of the $1.9 million debt of Telco Blue? Since he forgave the previous loan to TBLUE from Plasticon(Wicklund) there could be a risk this will happen again. His other ventures(that I'm aware of) are either defunct or not fully reporting so we're not likely to find out about any such transactions unless(until) we get the Plasticon audit or the next one from TBLUE.

More from the TBLUE 10QSB:

"Subsequent to September 30, 2005, the Company has been in on-going discussions regarding the acquisition of ATG Sports Industries, Inc. No formal letter of intent has been executed to date, and the discussions are on-going."

Wicklund planned on taking over the same company over 2002.

http://www.bizjournals.com/wichita/stories/2002/08/19/story6.html

Wichita sports surfacing company to be acquired by Kentucky holding firm

Jerry Siebenmark

A Wichita company that develops and installs artificial surfaces for a variety of sports is being purchased by a Lexington, Ky.-based company.

Wicklund Holding Co. has signed a letter of intent to acquire ATG Sports Industries Inc. of Wichita at 4033 N. Woodlawn. No price is being disclosed on the transaction, which is expected to close in September.

Wicklund officials say ATG's prospects for growth and its top executive led them to the acquisition.

"We were as interested in the company as we were in the owner, Paul Driver," says Jim Bonn, Wicklund's legal counsel. "He's a very bright young man."

cont'd...

I don't have time now to look this up, but I think Paul Driver may have been listed as a shareholder in one of PLNIs documents. Anyway, he's one more person to follow for clues into what's going on. Clearly JT has a long running relationship with this fellow and his company.

I just can't imagine that PLNI is going to hit bottom here. There def heading in that direction...Im like some of you guys who have bought in at .01. I can't sell and can only hope that this thing does a major turn around. Also, you guys should quit it with all this bashing back and forth to each other. The only reason why we are all being so aggressive to each other is the lack of communication from the company. At this point we can only keep our fingers crossed and hold, or get fed up and sell. Either way lets keep this board clean and informative. I have learned so much from this board and would like to keep it that way. Happy Holidays to all and hope we all get a nice new years present from PLNI....

IMHO, it's time to quit with the acquisitions and get down to business....all this means is that they will continue to dilute to raise cash for ANOTHER acquisition. And probably end up going broke.

From the Green Baron.

Wednesday, December 21, 2005

Happy Holidays

Bah Humbug?

Low priced stocks have not fared well over the past few months, and we are anxiously anticipating what we expect will be one of the greatest “January Effects” we will ever experience. We have spoken at length about The January Effect in previous updates. In short, it is a phenomenon that occurs when low priced stocks are sold for tax reasons at the end of the year only to bounce up significantly in January.

Our favorite stocks for The January Effect include China Media 1 (BB: CMDA), Astris Energi (BB: ASRNF), ImageXpres (BB: IMJX) and Plasticon (PK: PLNI). All these stocks have languished over the past several months, but all appear to have very bright futures with recent positive news announcements and developments. We also believe there could be blockbuster news from each of these issues in January. We will review the results of these stocks at the end of January to determine how big The January Effect had on their prices.

It will run when you least expect it. :)

I spoke with Rodney at Big Apple. Nothing much new--mainly it's what you seen on other boards. Rodney confirmed that he still expects PR/PRs before the end of December on Semco, on share buyback/retirement, on the filing of the financials, and on the possible uplisting to OTCBB. I'm not saying that he said Plasticon would announce all those things are completed or will definitely happen, or that any of them won't--that IMO anyway would amount to a pre-announcement announcement. But he said he expects the PR/s on those items.

On Promold, I'd say he characterized the pending-SEC-approval business as more of a routine thing because, as other boards have noted, Promold was traded at one time on OTCBB.

He has no information that suggests Turek is selling shares. I'm afraid my notes aren't as precise here as they should be; I recall his answers here being pretty straightforward--I'm not doing this part of the conversation justice. Just bear in mind that he's only relaying what the company is telling him. When I mentioned people wondering where the heck VFIN & others are getting all these shares, he said "well, the float is 690 million [as of whenever that info was updated], that's a lot of shares."

I asked specifically whether the lack of any PRs (other than the cagey Promold announcement) over the last month was related to an SEC "quiet period," as has been claimed by some posters, and he said it was not. He said other than an IPO, he's unaware of a situation that requires a virtually total blackout, and said he was aware of another company that was in the midst of an OTCBB uplist filing that was still putting out PRs. There are some things you can't talk about, but lots of things you can. In any case he said the lack of PRs recently is not the result of an SEC quiet period.

He confirmed meeting with Turek last week, and said he was upbeat. Of course I wouldn't expect Rodney to say Turek was staggering around the office weeping Oh the humanity... .

Plasticon's record unfortunately speaks for itself , but Rodney struck me as very professional, a big improvement over Maguire.
