PLNI regulars here on AS... There are a dozen or so self proclaimed stock guru's in Pennyland. The worm...identified here as "ReiscoDiQui" is one of those sick ego driven POS...He showed up here today for a reason...It may be he's looking for an entry in the mid to low .003's for him and some of his cherubs...he has his own website used to target penny stocks...who knows why he's here today???
Grynder is just one of his flunkies...no power there...just tags along...Worm's here today and he's here for a reason...Whatever the reason is it's self-serving...it certainly isn't to give any regular members DD to enhance your investment...purely selfish and self serving...

For this information to be useful, we need to know the total short position of various entities. How is this information collected? If they are merely adding all the trades marked with a short tag, we really don't have any useful information.
A good MM who does not want to accumulate a net position in a volatile pink stock will buy 'naked long' and sell 'naked short' until the flow of orders reverses. Most days there are heavy buys in the first half hour for PLNI. A MM who is flat coming in MUST sell naked short in order to fill any buy orders that hit his offer if there are no public offers in his(or orther MMs) book. He will then raise his bid/ask. If the buys continue, he will sell more naked shares and raise his ask again. Eventually he hopes someone sells and he can cover the naked shorts on his bid before the end of the day.
Look at the average daily volume and first hour buys. The numbers above indicate naked shorting of about 2.5 million shares a day. Many days the stock trades up early on all buy orders for that much stock or more. Many of these shares cannot be filled against existing public offers. That's not a lot of daily naked shorting and could easily be explained by normal MM two sided market activity.
Buyins .net has a naked short list it publishes daily. I admit I haven't read all their documentation to determine their criteria for a stock making the list. However, there are over 300 stocks on the list today, and PLNI is not one of them.
If someone is accumulating a naked short position it means they believe it is a good risk/reward proposition. With so many garbage pinks and shells out there to chose from, why would someone believe there is no risk that PLNI could rise and blow them out? Why would someone feel this company could not come out with some news(restructure,takeover,audit,otcbb,etc) that would gap the stock up overnight without notice? If the VFIN sales where from this source, I'd be more concerned with why their DD leads them to such a negative conclusion than the activity itself. The hundreds of millions of shares VFIN and WDCO sold are not naked shorts, IMO. Too risky, and it ignores the obvious activities of the company management regarding issuing and distributing shares.

He was on the bid side yesterday with the same share size Buck...He stayed on for a while and then disappeared...watching the ask side now...I don't think it's another VFIN...Maybe a distant cousin looking for a free meal...

Talked to Rodney at Big Apple today. Nothing great. PLNI folks will recall he said last week he was still hopeful that PRs on financials, share restructure and/or Semco would come out this week. Today he said a PR may come out tomorrow--"at least something minor...something is being reviewed." But no guarantee. He said he hasn't been given a timeline on future PRs. "Hopefully in the first couple of weeks" after New Year's, more would come out, he said, but he certainly wasn't making any promises.
He confirmed what I've seen on other boards: PLNI renewed its contract with Big Apple for another six months. I asked if they'd been paid with shares, and he said he didn't know.

Moving the dates out for future PRs doesn't surprise me, that's been going on forever. The really bad news is they renewed the BAC contract. This confirms to me (not that I had doubts) that company execs were not only aware of the misinformation BAC gave out regarding share structure, but was directing the scheme or paying for its development.
I think their hands are somewhat tied regarding PRs. They must be aware the SEC has received complaints so they should rise to a higher standard of accountability in public statements. It amazes me there is still enough buying without PRs and in a holiday week for VFIN to get off more shares. As long as this works they don't have to issue PRs.
Pinks selling shares is kind of like selling ice cream at a tourist trap. You can sell crappy ice cream without retribution. There is a steady stream of new tourists every day who get pulled in by the attractive sign out front. They never heard of you before and don't know your rep and you don't need their repeat business to make a buck.

IMO, this company has managed to sell more shares to us (through VFIN) by keeping the hope for a PR alive. They probably do have to come out with some fluff tomorrow to maintain some form of credibility, but not much more.
Its helpful to look at how a street hustler sells junk jewelry. He knows if he says 'here's some jewelry, are you interested?' the buyer will look it over closely to see if its genuine gold or junk. He's not going to get many takers.
However, if he implies he's got 'hot' merchandise for sale, the buyers greed sets in and he buys figuring he's got the inside deal on some quality goods. The buyer doesn't inspect for quality since he figures no one would steal junk jewelry.
This company leaks or drops hints at big news PRs all the time. People buy hoping this will be the one they've been waiting for to launch the stock. Before they ever inspect the goods(the details in the PR) they buy the merchandise (the stock).
