Correcting myself. Green Baron has about 40 million shares, not 50 million [18.5+10.8 + 10]. All my positions are going against me today so my brain is starting to malfunction.

Short... I know your frustrated...Vent all you like...If folks are staying in for the long haul and have been watching...This will happen again. If you recognize the signs on the front end then it's a perfect opportunity to Swing Trade in the future...Try and use this time to plan a swing in the future and make some major bank... Short...
I've been buying back in for the last week at different levels and was all in yesterday...This from a PPS almost double what it is now...PLNI is a perfect stock for Swing Trading and will be for a long time...Until they want to move to the American Exchange...That could be 18 months or more down the road IMO...Good luck

I watch the L2s like a crack addict, but I have a good sum invested in this stock and get a little nervous about missing the pop. I do lack the willingness to pull the trigger.

I think this is MM manipulation due to a big run bound to happen in the near future. They shaking out weak hands, buying shares that will make them money when November 9 & 17 come.

On the plus side, the volume of posts as well as stock volume is spiking here. That's usually a sign of a turn. Add in the usual Friday downside bias for pinks, and this is probably a good entry point.

Ok you guys this is going to test our metal. The glass can be half full or half empty. Its good for the soul when things don't look good to have a few laughs like we did. But now is the time to make profits i have followed Truek for a while now and when the job has to get done he can do it the man knows how to run. I myself am getting ready to get back in heavy like i did the first time. Its probably BAC dumping all thier shares they recieved for the pumping or it could be the 3.1 Billion Authorized shares by the comapnay and they are diluting!!!
Authorized shares are 2.0 Billion, not 3.1B. Unless I'm missing something, they have to go to shareholders for a vote in order to increase that number. Total value of company is $15.8 Billion.
I'm used to trading fully reporting companies, so there may be some special rules for pinks that I'm not aware of. Can a pink create a convertible security, or back a loan with shares, in such a way that it dilutes beyond the authorized share count without a vote of the shareholders or a pre-announcement?
I'd be very surprised if this was legal, but thought I'd ask the board in case someone has relative knowledge or experience. Matt at Big Apple confirmed that they'd need a public vote to increase authorized shares, but I want to make sure there isn't a creative way around this that could be dilutive to shareholders.

I figured if anyone had a bad experience in this area I'd hear about it. As for ProMold date, I'll pass on the bet since I don't smoke cigars. [Okay, I'm a coward]. Actually, I don't think ProMold date is that critical to pps. I think its mostly priced into the market. You don't put your new injection mold into a plant you're not going to close on. Past history would argue on them being late again, but they can't be late forever. They also gave themselves a big cushion, so you may be right about news coming early.
I think Semco is a bigger deal actually. ProMold is adding capacity, which they would do one way or another anyway. Semco adds a significant offering to their product mix. I can see Semco being as big or bigger than rebar supports eventually. The synergies are exciting with their sales channels. If they announce the Semco closing on time it should bring a significant bounce. I just hope Mapple has the sense to put it out on Dow Jones or PR newswire when the time comes.

Well guys....I hate to be the bearer of bad news after such a shi**y week and close but the A/S count is FOR SURE 3 Billion common with an additional 100 Million of preferred stock per the filing in Wyoming.......the bad part is it was dated 4/15/05(management signed it on 4/11/05) and i have a copy in my hand from the state with thier fax stamp on it. Furthermore they have it listed right there on the website but you have to get the actual amendment faxed to you which I have.
The worst part is I asked Matt about the A/S 3 times in three different phone calls so either he is a lying POS or someone is lying to him(which i seriously doubt cause this isnt his first day)he seems like the average smoke blowing salesman is how he comes across to me!!!
And for the people who dont know me, go back and reread some posts cause I have been here for a long time and 100% long term and positive BUT i am getting real real nervous and I hope this was all planned by management to either buy back some shares or slap NITE and the boys or something other than they just got in way to deep!!!!!
IMO thats what the audit hold up is....they have to disclose the total O/S and Authorized and they cant do that cause theres a problem and they know it.
We'll either go above .02 after the 2 deals close or we are done for a long 2-3 quarters and some confidence built back up from shareholders!!

I feel as if we all been raped! I fail to believe it! My gut is telling me that the dirty MM's are doing the typical 'walk-down' before the big run. I wasn't anticipating a capitulation type scenario for PLNI. Errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!
That share retirement is still stuck in my head~"The restructuring will be reflected in a share price that is more truly representative of the actual value of Plasticon's shares". Well, Turek was right! It's closer to the actual value. He didn't indicate whether it would be positive or negatively adjustment to the PPS.
Maybe I should bail so I can save all the investors here! I may have cursed the heck out of this stock by buying back bigtime. Darn it all!!

Does anyone know of a press release that states the A/S count? I don't understand how we could all have been going under the 1.8B share count to find out now its 3.1B. Was the 1.8B ever confirmed in a press release or other formal document?

Clb... A/S...Authorized shares are different the O/S Outstanding Shares... The 1.8 Billion discussed were O/S with a float of 500 million. Nothings changed...
