(Pink Sheets:PLNI) today announced that due diligence has been completed, SEMCO's audit is finalized and reviewed, and Plasticon is now in the final product review stage of the privately financed acquisition of SEMCO, Inc.

Green Baron calls Plasticon a “Hurricane Reconstruction Stock”
For those that might have missed our report last Friday, we believe this bears repeating … “Instead of picking a new penny stock pick for our members as we had hoped for the month of September, we are making Plasticon Intl (PLNI) our penny pick at today’s close of .0118 per share.” The Green Baron Report is confident we will see a move of at least 50 to 100% over the next 30 days, and likely much more by year end. I'm not sure I like having a Green Baron run on the stock I'm interested in, but maybe it will turn out ok. On the other hand, it might be time to watch for a peak and jump ship should this "professional" pump-n-dump event take off.

Looks like WDCO sells 1 million shares every morning right after the open, then fades for a while. You can set your watch by it. MDAS is the other major seller, but no where near as persistant as WDCO. This thing can run until WDCO [or MDAS] step in for their next big chunk. They must have sold 30 to 50 million shares over the past few weeks. How much more before we get rid of these guys?

If they are proceeding to hard copies does that mean the analasis came back OK? Wish they would have clarified that if its the case. I'll send an e-mail and ask the question and report if I hear anything.

Ed, It appears to me The Green Baron is just an emerging stock pick service. I guess if you throw enough poop on the wall, something is bound to stick. Reminds me of economists. The guy that hits it right is the New Genius Guru. IMO GB has got lucky with this one though.

Now that is a lot of 'What If's'. Even "IF" Plasticon retires another 800 million shares, there would be(at best) still another 1 billion shares outstanding! With all thy above taking place, your shares are not worth sqwat! At best, I would say .013-.019 with all above taking place! Don't look for any new investors with a PPS near 1 cent.
Final conclusion: Bawhahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!

If all the above took place this stock would trade up to $100 - $200 million capitalization in short order, IMO. That's .055 to .11 PPS without retiring any shares. SEMCO alone could be as big as rebar supports given proper distribution channels. This is a vast untapped market -- an environmentally safe [and decorative] waterproof bonding for concrete without a significant competing product.
Longer term the potential is much much greater. When one looks at all the rotting wood houses and concrete seawall barriers associated with the Katrina catastrophy, the value proposition of concrete waterproofing, plastic lumber and rust free rebar and rebar supports is compelling. But only time will tell how much current management can realize that potential. If they bring in the right management talent, this company can grow to a multi $billion cap in 5 years or so given the size of the market, IMO.
Right now, the chart looks the most impressive it has in months. MDAS was on the bid today, probalby taking profits on shorts they put on last week. WDCO was less aggressive on the sales. If they're smart they'll let it breath. If WDCO steps back tomorrow I think we'll see .015 in a day or two even without news.

It would seem to me that would be an opportunity for you to ask Bill Howe about their PR strategy...Including your concerns about "BS PR's"...
