IF NEW SHARES ARE BEING SOLD INTO THE MARKET?????

MDAS was there again today as well [the Korean MM]. They've been gone for a while, but sold a bunch a couple months ago.
The charts won't mean much if new shares are being sold into the market.

This is how rumors get started. StockHunter is doing nothing but speculating right now. He has some valid points, but nothing is proven as of yet.

OK, EVERYONE BACK ON YOUR MEDS AND COLD GET BACK TO HEAVY BASHING NEXT WEDNESDAY. LIGHT BASHING till then. All is calm the sky IS NOT FALLING!!!
Do you folks not remember the Share Buyback, Retirement and Restructure plan PR'd by Plasticon just 2 months ago? So why the heck would they dilute 200 Million shares when they they just retired them? This is the exact opposite of what was PR'd by them. You folks have way to much time on your hands to be posting all this DOOM and Gloom crap! Pull yourselves together, your starting to sound like a bunch of babbling IDIOTS. Go call the company and report back some real DD. Or better yet send an email to the Green Baron and demand that they ask some real questions for their Cheerleader Webcast rather than the same old regurgitation Blah Blah Jim and Bill have been pumping for weeks!
John Wayne said it best in a poem he wrote: "The sky is blue the grass is green so get off your butt and join the Marines" Or in todays terms "Get er Done".
Here is the PR for you people with bad memories. Have a nice evening and Thank you for your support!

Plasticon International Inc. to Retire 200 Million Shares Wednesday August 24, 8:30 am ET
LEXINGTON, Ky., Aug. 24, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Plasticon International Inc. (Other OTC:PLNI.PK - News) is pleased to announce that their Board has approved the retirement of 200 million shares, the first step in a process designed to decrease the total outstanding shares and increase shareholder value.
``We believe that the retirement of shares will add tremendous value for our shareholders,'' said Jim Turek, President and CEO of Plasticon International. ``This is the first step in a share restructuring process. The restructuring will be reflected in a share price that is more truly representative of the actual value of Plasticon's shares. We firmly believe that this is in the best interests of both our shareholders and the company.''
Mr. Turek added that Plasticon International is committed to a program designed to enhance shareholder value through a comprehensive strategy, starting with this initial retirement. As a part of this restructuring strategy, the Company plans to undertake a buy back program for still additional outstanding shares.
The retirement of 200 million shares is in addition to positive earnings. Plasticon recently announced that it is profitable as of the second quarter in 2005. ``We believe that the retirement of shares will be significant as the first step in a process that should result in a better reflection of the value of Plasticon's shares,'' Mr. Turek concluded.

Hey Chop...how are things? OK...I'll give you the benefit of the doubt...if the company isn't diluting, then where in the hell are all of these shares coming from that have been being dumped on the market for the last two months? Asking Turek isn't an option for me right now, as I don't believe a word that comes out of his mouth (been lied to one too many times)...any ideas???
P.S. My previous post was sarcastic...I also believe that the company is dumping shares...just my opinion though.

Buck, Nice to hear from you again, all is fine here. Send DEER JERKY my way buddy! LOL The average daily volume is in between 7 and 21 million. If we used 14 million as the average per day for 2 months or 46 trading days that's only 644 million shares or only 144 million over the entire float. I watch this pup everyday and I don't see how in the world they could dilute based on the daily volume. It's hard to even flip 100-200k at that volume. I know a bunch of people that flipped a million shares several times in that time as I did on high volume days.... Soooooo I'm a little confused as to how we could be dumped on. As for the 600 million that appeared in the O/S, that came to be in the summer of 2004. Nothing has been done since that time except for the 200 million retirement. With a 500 million float I really believe there are brokerage houses that are sitting on 20-50 million each at much lower levels than these and playing the flip game by running this thing 6-10 clicks up and down all day long. Nite,Schb,Tdcm,Jeff,Agis,Wdco,Mdas,Tasl and Etrd seem to be our main players that are taking money out of the weak hands and scaring the rest. But who knows, LOL.

Hey Chop, Well...like I said, I don't know for sure, but I have also been watching it very closely and what I am seeing everyday is a lot more buying than selling yet the pps keeps going down...that is usually a sure sign that shares are being dumped into the market...but by whom, I don't know. Time will tell I guess, but WDCO and now VFIN sure seem to have a lot of shares to sell...
Now back to the important things in life...I shot an 8 point and a doe so far this season. I am going down to Pike County Illinois on a bowhunt next week, then a week of bowhunting in northern Michigan, and then a week of shotgun hunting in the thumb the week after that....soooo I won't be getting any jerky made until the end of November, but I'll let you know, and send you some as soon as it's out of the smoker...do you like barbecue or hickory? LOL

Plasticon to Complete Acquisition of SEMCO Manufacturing on November 17th Thursday October 27, 8:30 am ET
CEO Jim Turek: SEMCO, a Pioneer of Resurfacing Technology, Will Be a Major Profit Center for Plasticon
LEXINGTON, KY--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 27, 2005 -- Plasticon International Inc. (Other OTC:PLNI.PK - News) announced today that the company will meet with SEMCO Manufacturing, Inc. on November 17th, 2005, to complete the privately financed acquisition.
"The final product review stage of SEMCO's surfacing technology is finished and we look forward to completing this acquisition on November 17th," said Jim Turek, President and CEO of Plasticon International, Inc. "This acquisition has generated a lot of excitement because the industry realizes that Plasticon's rebar support products and SEMCO's surfacing products, offered together, will represent the most advanced waterproofing solution in the marketplace today for the construction industry. SEMCO's products are recognized as the best of breed surfacing products and technology in the United States. SEMCO's reputation as a cutting-edge surfacing technology company has also extended oversees. As a result they have opened offices in Japan, China, Singapore, and Australia to meet demand."
Because SEMCO's advanced surfacing technology is both unique and essential, Mr. Turek believes that SEMCO Manufacturing will add tremendous value to Plasticon's bottom line. "SEMCO's water-based resurfacing products, which cross-link chemically to any material they are being bonded to, reinforces the density of virtually any surface, including concrete, tile and wood to name a few. There are almost endless applications for their cutting-edge products. That's why we are confident that SEMCO will be a major profit center for Plasticon."
According to Mr. Turek, Plasticon has already received serious inquiries from ten major licensees who are interested in distributing SEMCO's products. "Since our announcement about the letter of intent to acquire SEMCO, we have been inundated with phone calls and inquiries about SEMCO's product line. In fact, we already have ten potential regional licensees lined up to distribute SEMCO's products. The reason for this is simple: SEMCO's products are both essential and unique. They have the only product on the market which truly prevents water damage. This problem has always plagued the construction industry and costs the U.S. billions of dollars annually."
Mr. Turek noted that the product synergies with Plasticon's existing recycled plastic rebar support product line and SEMCO's surfacing products will allow Plasticon to immediately begin offering SEMCO's products to existing customers. "SEMCO's surfacing products add years to the life of the structure by eliminating the absorption of water into concrete. Until now, water damage has corroded the metal rebar support which has been used in bridge construction in the past. The combination of Plasticon's rebar supports, which are impervious to water because they are made from recycled plastic, and SEMCO's surfacing products, which completely waterproof the structure they are bonded to, is unprecedented in our sector," Mr. Turek said. "These two products, offered together, give Plasticon an enormous competitive advantage. We will be the only company in our sector that can offer a truly comprehensive waterproofing solution to the construction industry."
SEMCO Manufacturing, based in Las Vegas, Nevada, since 1981, has provided their surfacing products to many of the city's most impressive showcase projects, including the world-famous fountains at the Bellagio, Las Vegas's premier hotel-casino, the MGM Grand and The Venetian Hotel-Casino. Their eclectic customer base also includes high-profile commercial, public and private clientele. Projects have ranged from critical government facilities (the flooring of the Pentagon) to elementary schools, community centers and many prominent parks and public works projects to the Bioshpere project, where the SEMCO team provided the materials for the creation of a lush, fully functioning indoor rainforest. SEMCO's product line is noted for its incredible durability which is why it is used on heavily trafficked walkways, in extreme outdoor weather conditions, in chlorinated pool water and on rugged exteriors.

NOW is the time to get into PLNI. These levels are the lowest they will be. If one waits for the run, it might be too late. You'll be chasing it all the way to .02 and above.

That's a very big PR. I think we are in the early stages of turning the corner. The only alternative is that Turek is completely insane, and I don't think he is. What strikes me is that we now have two major deadlines announced--they simply cannot be pledging to complete transactions unless they're extremely confident.
Or, you know, insane.

If both acquisitions close on the promised days, it could easily drive the pps well above $.02.
If the audit goes though after that, we could be seeing $.06+ by december.
Anyone disagree?

I think we'll see .05 by the end of November, and when audited financials come, it could go to 10-12 cents.

In my opion a 50/50 gamble with this man. Something tells me this time he really knows what is riding on this one,and he knows the games are over now.

To me, if he wasn't certain about the Nov. 9th closing on ProMold, he wouldn't be pushing it like he has been in the past few PR's.
I don't blame people for not buying yet, but once Nov. 9th comes and they drop the PR saying they closed the deal. IMHO large buys will be pouring in through November. I say by the end of the year we will be very happy, even by the end of November.

If they close the deal on the 9th, it will show people that the 27th will happen too. Assuming the deal closes on the 9th, this thing is going up continuously from the 9th till around the 1st. After that, (assuming there's no audit news by then) it could drop quite a bit until Audit results. Would be a very risky swing trade, but well worth it if it pans out.

I sort of disagree....I think it will take longer. Say 2Q 2006. It takes time for the dust to settle after any merger/buyout. IMO, the results wont show up until a couple of quarterly reports are made. But then, I'm not looking to sell and make a few pennies. I'll wait, because I think this stock has long-term possibilities.

It is peculiar. Today's announcement plus the earlier one about Promold are the two best pieces of news in quite awhile--and the Semco pr normally would have put to rest speculation that the deal had been scotched (since there hadn't been any news on it in so long).
Very strange. Also very "wet"--I'm deeply underwater now.

Technically, several chart indicators are extremely low, with RSI under 30. Hoping for a bounce soon. Remember, buy into fear, sell into euphoria.
Nov. 9 will tell the tale for Turek and his company.
