Sorry, these PR's must be high in fiber. I get gassy every time I try to chew on them.

Those interviewers are WAY too friendly. If it was me, I'd tie them to a chair and not let them loose until they came up with a firm date for the audit. This is BS. If they are waiting until after the deal closings, then why not SAY that. If they really dont know a date, then IMO these guys dont know how to run a company. And if it's the fault of the audit company, then I'd be kickin azz and takin names.

Green Baron and the radio shows are just infomercials.
What is the purpose of an infomercial? To sell a product.
Are these infomercials targeted to selling plastic rebar supports? No. So what are they pushing? Stock?
Here is the most important paragraph in all their PRs. I suggest reading this carefully and thinking about its implications regarding what they tell us and your investment decisions.
"Disclaimer: The Company relies upon the Safe Harbor Laws of 1933, 1934, and 1995 for all public news releases. Statements, which are not historical facts, are forward-looking statements. The Company, through its management, makes forward-looking public statements concerning its expected future operations, performance and other developments. Such forward-looking statements are necessarily estimates reflecting the Company's best judgment based upon current information and involve a number of risks and uncertainties, and there can be no assurance that other factors will not affect the accuracy of such forward-looking statements. It is impossible to identify all such factors. Factors whish could cause actual results to differ materially from those estimated by the Company include, but are not limited to, government regulation, management and maintaining growth, the effect of adverse publicity; litigation, compensation, and other factors which may be identified from time to time in the Company's public announcements. "
I copyied this from their most recent PR so you'll notice the same typo "whish" v. "which" that appears in all thier recent PRs. [Okay, so I'm nitpicking, but it makes them look unprofessional]

The Green Baron and all the other pr's at this point are just over done i wish they would work but they don't anymore. All they have to do is results on something it just that simple. Get Pro Mold, Get Semco, and explain to your share holder the real reason and how it is going to benifit them ti wait for an audit then give some sales figures. Folks this is not rocket science it more human relations 101 and credibility and being somewhat transparent

It seems Apple's thinking is to keep PLNI's name out there until the deals your talking about...I have no opinion on if this approach will help next month or not...I guess we'll know if a bunch of new buyers jump in when the deals are announced...

One thing about the Green Baron weather you like them or not because there is a lot to dislike about them, but they do have growing numbers of members beyound beliefe. I think it stands now of over 650,000 to date it is hard to get that type of exposer anywhere else

All I can say is he is financing Pro Mold and Semco I hope he wasn't using his stock as an asset to qualify for a loan.

Yeah Dagger, I commented on that lame HISC PR when it came out. In fact, I dumped my remaining HISC shares that morning. Its not that HISC is a bad company, but if they don't fire Big Apple Consulting [their PR/promotion firm] that says they're not totally on the ball.
I talked to Matt at BAC about the quality of PRs, suggesting he not issue any fluff on PLNI since it could hurt their credibility. As an example, I brought up a ridiculious PR he put out on HISC that kept me from buying at the time. Some automated technical analysis site that gives percent buy ratings based on moving averages had reached 100% on HISC. So Matt puts out a PR touting this achievement as if Goldman Sach put out a strong buy. What a joke! Matt took offense, saying I shouldn't judge all his work based on just one PR. Of course, it wasn't just the one as we all see every week around here.

First sign was when Mapple came on board.....should have dumped then cause all the crimanals seem to come out of Florida!!
Its probably BAC dumping all thier shares they recieved for the pumping or it could be the 3.1 Billion Authorized shares by the comapnay and they are diluting!!! Either way its not looking real good. Hopefully this is just the BIG WALKDOWN before the run up in the past!!

The irony of this whole road show/informercial strategy of creating demand for the stock is it has resulted in a huge number of shares these promoters now have to dump on the market.
From the Green Baron disclaimer:
"We have received 18,500,000 shares of free trading common stock from a consultant of Plasticon International, Inc. (PLNI); Evergreen Marketing acquired an additional 10,849,829 shares of PLNI through private market purchase and finders fees. Evergreen Marketing partners acquired a total of 9,993,106 through private market purchases."
"We may sell our shares at any time, without notice, be that before, during or immediately after the release of this material." "These positions may be liquidated, without prior notification, even after we have made positive comments regarding these companies."
How many shares did they give out for the NY and Spain road shows? How many to American Scene radio & Money Channel? Wouldn't if be ironic if the company isn't actually selling shares to finance their business, but giving away the shop to promoters who are depressing the stock by dumping the shares.
If they each get what GB got, about 50 million, there may be over 200 million shares being distributed from these sources alone. Yuck.
