MT and everybody else. I think it would be informative to expound on this particular item. Like are these the guys that are buying the restricted shares from Q as required for funding. Or what are the positions that they are willing to take up to .01?

Funding...lots of rumors are swirling about the funding of Q and the private investment group...lots and lots of advertising, how is it getting paid.... -------well Frank has said many times that Q IS fully funded through 2008!!!and i dont know what the private investment group is doing day to day, but i had a talk with them and they said that they feel Q is completely undervalued and will be taking positions all the way up to .01...once Q is there they will reevaluate the fundementals and see where to go from there....

Did any body fill at .0020 today? I had an order in for 7000@.0020, but canceled after about an hour. I was just trying to use up some petty cash in my account ($21) and add to my shares at the same time. Now is that cool or what?

ahha sorry polo, i didnt have the questions numbered on my list, and as i was typing the message didnt remember what number i left off at...i think i really only had like 8 questions on my list, and it turned into like 13 or whatever because of little questions that arouse pertaining to questions that arouse out of the convo... and yes ginvest, i really did talk to him...nothing major was really covered, and i would appreaciate somebody taking their time and just calling him and asking many of the same questions...i understand if you have a slight doubt about it being true, but this is nothing like korevenvet---you guys can call richard at anytime of the day and ask him the same questions...
if i were to lie i would say something like richard hinted at a carrier deal or audit being compeleted in a week....

Nice day today,it should be a very interesting day tomorrow.Today, I asked Richard about the audit and his e-mail reply stated that he will know a few days before we do, nothing more and nothing less.
In addition I did get an e-mail from Wendy at Pridevision/OUTtv and to date still no "Q" programming.
I should point out that Frank, does not really want Pridevision (Hard Core Sex Programming) but he wants the sister OUTtv which is the channel that is now in the "Q" format and will be a better match for us.
OutTV is a spin from Pridevision that started broadcasting in Canada earlier this year. OutTV also has contracts with Sat Companies to broadcast in the US but have not started as of yet. However, Pridevision is the brainchild of both of them.
I would think that when Frank takes control of Pridevision he will spin off the Hard Core side (Pridevision) as that is not his interest and keep OUTtv. QTN is currently working with OutTV for the airing of it's programming in Canada. Now of course this theory is JMHO.

buckwheat, i know i know...everybody wants to know this...but really, when you call and talk to richard, i have learned that he is great at dancing around questions that he is not allowed to really answer...
somebody probably does have solid proof that the audit is being completed within the month, but the last time i asked richard here is what i got, nearly word for word i beleive...

the only feeling that i got from this is that there is somebody (instition or individual i dont know) who has told them that they will buy up shares at these current levels up until .01...nothing more nothing less....i wouldnt try to think to hard into it because thats how rumors start... but i would say that somebody big is probably accumulating slowly...

I was like many, a couple of weeks ago, and never took the time to call richard...
I would highly highly recommened just making up a quick list of some questions and give him a call...the phone call itself will probably take no more than 20 minutes...
you will thank me after you call, trust me,,
after my first call about 2 weeks ago, i thought to myself, wow, why havent i been doing this before!!
again, you probably will not get anything TOO exciting as Richard is held back by many restrictions, so i would say ask questions that you expect him to clarify for you...it will help you better understand the Q investment...

while i am spilling my guts, let me clear up another thing i have seen a lot of...
MM.......
i dont mean anyharm one2watch (honestly) as this goes for many other traders....
many probably already know this, but to clarify and help out for others... MM as we all know buy the shares for us...we put the orders in...so with that in mind i would say that 80% of trades on the time/sales sheet are from traders/investors! yes the MM are buying on the ask and selling on the bid, but they are ONLY filling are orders...
on the side there are probably like 10-20% MM trades that they do for the good of the company...they do these 10-20% trades to make money for themselves and the company..this is how they stay in business...but they are by no means acutally the traders in the stock...
yes i agree they can control the stock somewhat, but if i were to put a percentage on it, i would say 80% of trades are "us" the traders...
my point is that i just think that the posters, maybe even including myself, are blowing this MM trading out of proportion... i do strongly believe and many others that QBID is being naked shorted heavily which results in a low share price, but with 80% of the trades coming from investors and traders among us, it means that it is us that is holding the pps down...the pschology that we can buy at like .0019 and sell at .0021 and such which never brings us up because lately people are afraid of trading Q because of its perpetual downward trend...
i think that what we are experiencing is a shift in the momentum where many people are flooding the market with buys trying to get in and Q is slowly breaking the resistenacne and with no news may even be keeping a new trading range

sorry for making it so confusing, my last post,,,i have trouble with that...lol
another thing i think maybe some investors on this board may want to have clarified is the naked shorting and how money is made by MM...
the MM will make a percentage of how much they make the company...so say they make the company 500,000 a year and they get a bonus for 3% of that...well,,,i dont know what that number is but you get the point...
so with that in mind, the MM are obviously out to make as much money as possible... the MM can short pink sheets so they probably were fully loaded with shorts on Q and to easily bring the price down they can naked short the stock..
by naked shorting they can bring unexisting stocks into the market and sell them without having to ever have to cover their shorts..so they have huge legal short positions, then they naked short the stock way down because of supply and demand...the more shares you realease into the market, the more supply which equals a lower pps...
so they have shorts they want to cover, they naked short it way down to cover really low, and i have a good feeling that currently the pps increasing steadily is the MM either finsihing covering or have already finished are ready for Q to rise...
this comes out of the past knowledge in the last couple months of how Q could never sustain a run...currently, i think we have been moving up 3-5 days in a row now, compared to at most 2 in the last 3 months...before the MM were naked shorting the stock down..now because of the investigation and all, they would rather not get into deep water, so they have covered now and we may be back to a halfway fair market

Yes, if I record times and match with the posting times on this forum. I'm not just starting in IT, and I would suspect you actually *are* as you didn't even catch the fact that the HTTP_REFFERRER variable isn't even a real Apache environment variable. It's actually shorter. You'd think you would have commented on *that* aspect. Well, that and the fact that the code itself is only a snippet and not the full code. See the call to the time function? These Yahoo! charts are bogus... this chart makes it look like QBID traded at .0019 for the last hour of trading. I distinctly remember seeing many trades at .002 and one at .0021 right before the bell. What info are they using to generate this chart?

Thanks for the response Miller, however I was just trying to make sense if the MM's are short or not and if they are trying to cover, .....but it still seems like business as usual for them and they are not worried about Frank's investigation. Enough of that though, What will happen when the Co. is bought? Could it also be another Co. buying up the shares and keeping the share price down... you often see trades worth 50 grand go thru as the ask comes down. Thats all Thanks Mike JR.
