That information is 100% correct.

I am a techy and that would be the most he could do it norow it down to a service provider.

Good answer by your friend.

I would have attacked the question earlier but i had to get out the door to head to Toronto.

From my favorite "hacker":
quote:

Whenever you go to any website, your IP address is logged, and someone could see it. This is only if your computer is hooked directly to your modem. If you're using a router, traffic that comes in externally first goes through your router, so the router and not your computer is what anybody would see.

But only your ISP can provide the name and physical address attached to your IP address. And that would be an ethical violation and probably a crime too. All these file-sharing lawsuits in the news require the ISP's help to get the person's name, and that takes a court order.

So, my advice is to ignore what this guy is saying. In my opinion, this guy is just boasting. Just make sure you have normal precautions running on your network and ignore him.

I cannot vouch for this "techie" explanation, but it sounds plausible to me.

questions will be numbered and answers from him will be indented....

#1 great day today huh Richard...you watch it at all???
---oh yeah, looking pretty good

#2 Bandwidth issues on RCN....
-------the ball is in RCN's court and Q TV cannot do anymore from their end

#3 Pride Deal in Canada..any words on it
--------i dont know to much about that, other than Frank tried to buy in it the court systems in canada....Frank and Richard had a sit down meeting with him a little while ago and Frank told him he fully expects to own Pridevision TV..."when, i dont know exactly."

#4 Berlin Exchange..manipulation of stock over there..etc...
--------"Q is on the Berlin exchange...Q management would be worried other than the fact that the Stock NEVER trades over there...

#5 any chance the MM are naked shorting the stock or shorting the stock over there??
------again, QTV knows about their listing and would be more concerned if they thought there was a problem...It rarely trades over there. this is public knowledge.

#6 Stock exchange possiblilities...Amex, chicago, otcbb...
------i cannot comment on that until the audit is completed..depends on what the highest exchange management believes we can get to with the audit in hand...

#7 manipulation differences for different stock exchanges..
-----indeed the higher exchange the less chance of MM manipulation because of more of a regulatory body protection

#8 DVD release...
------yes we are working on that..Frank is in control of the production of the video and i would say the completed dvd should be finished within a week or two...i have been getting calls after calls and now my list is up to 800 shareholders who are on my list..

#9 shareholders meeting...
-----yes we are in the works for it and Frank is mostly in control of the locations..be from 1 hotel chain across america...(dont know if canada is included.)...all the video is going to be streamlined from the burbank studio seating 200 and all the hotels will be able to access the video...

#10. personal note, any chance we will get a hotel in the south for the shareholders...
-------(ahahhahahahaahah) dont worry about that, we wont leave you guys out down there!
(alright ill be there!!lets hope its dallas!!!)

#11. Funding...lots of rumors are swirling about the funding of Q and the private investment group...lots and lots of advertising, how is it getting paid....
-------well Frank has said many times that Q IS fully funded through 2008!!!and i dont know what the private investment group is doing day to day, but i had a talk with them and they said that they feel Q is completely undervalued and will be taking positions all the way up to .01...once Q is there they will reevaluate the fundementals and see where to go from there....

hey guys sorry, gotta take a dinner break, hopefully i wont forget it, but i will continue the post in about an hour or two with some more Q and A...and to me, the most interesting question remains!!!i will completely shocked...about the so called gagged transfer agent...hmmmmm

hope you guys enjoy the chat and again, hope its not to confusing...
p.s sorry that there isnt to much "meat" to the Q and A, just a lot of clearing issues up...i realize that richard will not respond to most questions we want because of regulations and stuff like that, so i play it safe...

dont worry about 1 point. the only 2 points that count is where you bought at and where you sell. all points inbetween is only a trail of where we have been and the things we have seen.

point is you didnt see a point low enough to shake you out or high enough to escape either.

set your limits and stick to them and you will not loose.

my lower limits for exit well i have none, as i am quite ok if i loose the entire investment. I would rather not but will not cry if i do, my upper exits are all planned out and have been for some time now. they are set in my account so i could walk away from this today and never look at it again. I will either be stickin rich or have a whole pile of place holders in my account when it is all said and done.

figure out your tollerences, dont get frustrated but stick to them.

I'm sorry, the "off-by-minute" error has been plauging the script for a while and I sent you the wrong minute of data. Also, keep in mind that while I can often confirm dual accounts, it takes a good deal of time for me to do so, and it's still not 100% accurate.

I owe an apology to Doc for my accusation, it was premature and I've since learned who the other dual-account poster was. My apologies, Doc.

The following is your IP:
71.110.85.X

The last number was removed for your privacy. Your ISP is Verizon.

quote:
I am going to ask you not to bring up dilution anymore.
I respect your opinion, but until Frank says specifically that he is not diluting, I hold my position that he is. If he says he's not, then he's got the SEC to deal with, if he keeps skirting around the issue by saying he's having an investigation into naked shorting without coming out and answering the obvious, then he's only got smart investors like myself to worry about.

QBID has revenues, and Frank may be right about being profitable by 2006, but right now the expenses (even after the PR saying they have been reduced by 30%) are still around 770,000. With a subscriber base of 24,000, that means he needs to find about 350 to 500 thousand more dollars per month, or about 200 - 500 million shares of dilution per month at the current PPS.

My guess is the O/S is about 22 billion based on past month's PPS and dilution rates to keep up with the expenses, and his elimination of his %53 of his shares is to allot him wiggle room for about 5 more months of dilution. That will put us at about February of 2006 before he'll either have to get the A/S upped to 100 billion (or higher) or close shop.

You have to wonder if Q Television employees are wondering about their job security at this point. I'm a bit concerned about the technical details for their "5-year guaranteed financing" and would love to see Frank go into the technicals on that.

Once again, you're all free to disagree, but this is my opinion on the matter, and I find that all the data sort of falls into place the more I look at it. Frank sorely needs to step down or fess up and quit playing games, IMHO.

quote:
I cannot vouch for this "techie" explanation, but it sounds plausible to me.
What he says is entirely accurate. The first part of his message is what you should focus on, because when loading the page with the image I specified, as 4Art noticed and subsequently reported, it loads a web graphic on my server. "Gravito" is the "G" part of my name, and I hosted the qbid.gravito.com FAQ site for a short while which many of you remember. It's still there, but I don't update it, and it's questionable about whether I will continue to do so.

Anyway, I load a script. I'd be interested in what your hacker friend has to say about the following PERL code:
code:
$FORM{'ip'}=$ENV{"REMOTE_ADDR"};
&time;
$REMOTE = $ENV{"HTTP_REFERRER"};
open(INP, '>>qbid.txt') or dienice("Couldn't open warning for reading: $!");
print INP "$FORM{'ip'}\t$currdate\t$currtime\t$REMOTE\n";
close(INP);

print "Location: test.gif\n\n";

Let me know what he says!

quote:
Cost me 10.99 for the first 100 shares and 10.99 for the next 99,900. When I complained, my broker "suggested" AON from then on. LOL.
I got bent over on that once too a few years back. It sucks hardcore. Won't make that mistake again though.

quote:
IP tracking? maybe if u get lucky, but i'd say chances are slim.
Actually, you'd be surprised at what I can do, and I don't even get paid to do it. IT security is my hobby, I'm a member of Bugtraq, Full-Disclosure, and keep up to date on the latest exploits and other things. The IP tracking stuff I've been working on is rather revolutionary. My latest code uses a Java applet to get the local IP from BEHIND a NAT router, which means that someone on a forum can't complain "oh my roommate (who has the same IP) made that post, not me".

If you'd like to see it in action, I can send you a link. It requires that someone actually "click" on a link in order to work, though. It's not passive like the hidden image trick. Still, it's pretty nifty, especially if you run your own forum and want to support passwordless logins.

I'd like to thank MillerTIME for the DD from Richard. Another kink in the mix about dilution on the Berlin Exchange is that they don't report many shares have been traded, and this could be a leftover of the dirty shell, Integrated Healthcare Inc. (For those of you who know what I'm talking about, treat yourself to an ice cream cone, you've done plenty of DD.)

quote:
he never sent me mine but states that he can and will leter this evening.
I wasn't able to parse yours out of the whole bunch. Keep in mind, I got 841 loads of that image, some from the same people, but that's a good deal more than I expected. I sent you another PM. If you've viewed it, I'll respond shortly again with your IP. Not on here, in PM.

Out of curiousity, which one of you is from Fullerton? I had an uncle go to school there.

#13 Koreanvet...what exactly do you know about this...ever heard about his so called interview with Frank..
----------......silence.....never heard of him..(hmmmm)

#14 Ludlow Capital Report...what are your thoughts and is it a paid report from QBID???
--------this is stated on the website that ludlow is not compensated in any way by QBID....(he talked with the analyst in charge of QBID yesterday...hmmmmmm..interesting.....)i talked with the analyst in charge and he feels that QBID stock is at a good level and was impressed by their business model...

#15 interesting how Ludlow upgraded us yesterday on a fluff PR and bullish short term trading...your thoughts...any chance they know about something else...
--------many traders like to trade by technicals, MACD, etc. and Qbid stock has change lately that is why i guess they upgraded Q..

#16 the gagged transfer agent........

now beforer i say the gagged transfer agent answer...

let me first say that i was always led to believe that Q's transfer agent was gagged by Q management to not tell their float and o/S amount...the bashers had a field day on this one, and i am pretty sure, many other longs believed this because it seemed to just be common knowledge.....so with that beautiful intro....ahahh

#16 the gagged transfer agent...lots of rumors of why he is gagged, mostly because of high float numbers..
-----THE TRANSFER AGENT IS NOT NOT NOT GAGGED...it is by law that all transfer agents are not allowed to release information about the company...

We talked about this for at least 4 minutes becuase if found this very very interesting...i myself was a little worried that maybe their share count was HIGH because Q gagged him, BUT, truth is and i quote "every stock including microsoft and google has transfer agents and their transfer agents are also not allowed to share this information."

now guys this is me speaking (MT) ahah, Richard did say that anyone that doesnt believe him can call OTR (i think that was it, the transfer agent i believe he said) and ask about the rules of this...

this to me is huge news that just came out of good DD which Richard even talked about..sayin many Q investors would feel much safer if they would acutally do their DD!
and honest to god, anybody who does not believe and i will not be hurt, (hopefully) please call richard and even take my list of questions word for word and ask him yourself...tommorrow i will try and call this OTR and see!!!!
HUGE HUGE HUGE, imo

been there, done that:

and g-invest, are your for real? I'm a real network engineer. Do you really think that perl script can tell you anything more than who hits your server with
"REMOTE_ADDR"
"HTTP_REFERRER"
coming from allstocks? You either just started in IT, or simply don't have a clue....anyway, good luck to all.....good to see things are finally moving up for Q...

OTR is indeed a transfer agent for QBID:

MILLER: I hope you really did talk to Richard about this and aren't pulling a koreanvet on us.

I have done EXTENSIVE DD on QBID. I have went back over four years and even in some cases 5 years to about December 27th, 1999 when they were Integrated Healthcare and the CEO there let Frank take over with GAAY (Triangle Broadcasting Company) and Palm Springs Television Studios. I'm still not entirely certain which one (I'm guessing GAAY) was the dirty shell, but Frank had a handful to deal with.

I've been meaning to do a full write up about why I like Q Television and not necessarily Frank, but it's a mouthful and spans so many years of PRs and such it'd take probably 80+ hours to compile. I even have a high school picture of Frank (I think) who used to spell his name differently when he was in the radio business. I did so much DD, I passed out one night from exhaustion.

A good deal of DD is on this forum too, if you know where to look.

If this really is a true rally and the stock closes past .0025 this week, I'll see if I can't spend part of this weekend compiling it all together.

My point all these last few days is that even with the DD, we still can't be certain that Frank is not diluting, and the fact that he just eliminated his 53% of the OS is really really scary to me, because whereas the effective A/S used to be about 22 billion, it's now the full 50 billion! That's why Frank needs to say "While I am with this company, there will be no dilution under a dollar." Saying there will be no reverse-split with a 50 billion O/S means nothing really.

As a forum poster, it is ironic that you are held to a higher standard than a Pink Sheet CEO.

Yes, if I record times and match with the posting times on this forum. I'm not just starting in IT, and I would suspect you actually *are* as you didn't even catch the fact that the HTTP_REFFERRER variable isn't even a real Apache environment variable. It's actually shorter. You'd think you would have commented on *that* aspect. Well, that and the fact that the code itself is only a snippet and not the full code. See the call to the time function? That's where the recording features shine, especially at night when people post several minutes apart -
