zandent offers by far the most logical reasoning...this could very well be it...add in the daytraders who make up the 70% worth of the stock and they trade in the range buying low, and selling high...there is nothing that would lead me to believe that this is not the case....all signs point to zandents theory, and the funny thing is that it isnt out of reach...it is the most logical of all theories and i believe this probably is the main reason about the pps....
One thing to keep in mind everybody, and this keeps on coming back to me, is that everyone who wants in to this stock is basically already in..we are not getting any new investors/traders, or at least no where near what we should/could be getting...all of us on the boards have gotten in and basically are not buying in anymore so we are at the will of the daytraders and MM...think about it, i know i didnt buy in when the cox deal came out..i would say its safe to say many many others did not...what i am trying to say is that the reason their isnt enough buying pressure during big PR's is 1. MM and traders alike already know the pps will probably be held down and 2. not many others buying into this stock....yes the ones who have bought in are holding, but we are not getting any new buys (on the whole) from traders....this stock is being traded by the MM and daytraders...
and i am with zandent in saying that the audit completion will give us investors the guts to short squeeze the MM and run it up....

QBID is getting way to big for it to be involved in a scam or any major manipulation plot...i could see it if it was another one of these small non reporting pinks that dont have a solid revenue stream and never get any information or PR's for weeks, months, years at a time...but we are talking about a full out, #1 gay channel (my opinion of course and ahahahh i havent seen any of the 3!!!ahahah), that is getting nationwide attention by most assurdely institions and brokerage firms alike (whether they have bought in or not yet)....
Frank can make a lot more money by holding out for 20 cents or so....i mean, the only thing that scares me is that you cannot even imagine how much money Frank will stand to make if he sells the company for say ummmm 30 cents...somebody give me a figure, and just let me see if im not loosing my mind...i thought last time i checked it was 1Billion +....

It is interesting to see this speculation in an official analysis. I'm really hoping there will be a response to this report from QTV; preferably in the form of a news release.

Thank you for posting this info, however something does not add up. In order to clarify this info as well as your second post, I have emailed both Richard and Frank with copies of the post to verify the info. Reason I am questioning this info, is we already have a deal in place for 6 billion restricted shares to add 143 movies to Q movie collection.
I am trying to comprehend why only 50 million is paid in restricted shares this time and for 147 movies? The other thing that is also questionable is the deal took place with Viacom. Q has a much better library than Viacom unless there is something behind the scenes. That is only speculation on my part. I will post the reply if I get one.

I don't know what your intent was in responding to him on that board, nor do I understand the reposting of all of it here, but it appears derrogatory to me. Catfish has done TONS of DD on Q and feels it should generate profits as we all do. If I am out of line assuming you are attacking other people and posting the attacks on other boards (minus the parts that prove their innocence) then please forgive me. But I am here in defense of someone who isn't here to defend themself, because as I continue to read on, people are calling Catfish a fake and not worth a reply. The post was for discussion, as no one is familiar with that email address, the contect was interesting, and the Catfish is the moderator and a respectable member of the board. Come on man, you must be better than that.

Catfish, As this is not an accusation, it does clearly specify my intensions; currently no harm intended. Since the beginning of my investment in Q, I have been copying all the pages in this thread for my own records/references to my documents. So obviously that includes the "franko@qtelevision.com" email post you posted today. My point: If this Q-train ride, in the end, turns out to be a f'n scam, well then faster than you can blink an eye I will surely forward this particular posting to the proper authorities to add to their investigation into the mountain of other fraudulent bulls''t we've been dealt. I can only imagine the field day they will have with all of it and those involved in any way.

sorry for the capslock but this is simply my opinion if you beleive this company and frank will one day do you right then i would just keep buying and be patient. but at the same time having guys like FOT write letters like he did i am all for. lets see what tommorrow brings maybe another dip .0011 scare out some investors or shall i say WEAK hands.how much is it worth even if it takes two three years to happen.

except that report doesnt say that it is happening. it also doesnt say that Q will never report, unlike you do.
they say it may be diluted not that it is. Im willing to entertain any information good or bad, but your childish way of behaviour does not give you any credibility.
I will admit that it is possible, and if so then i am going to be very upset with Richard and will take legal action if it turns out they where lieing to us.
I was told by Richard that absolutely no that they where not diluting the stock.
This was not told to just myself. I will hold off for a bit longer so see what the price does as we approach 30 RSI.
I still see the market makers covering shorts as a major possibility. And untill we can prove the dilution theory as being true, the manipulation is what is being sold to us by the company. they have released a pr to this effect, i would think that they have placed themselves into a legal liable state with that pr if they are indeed diluting.
