Relax and enjoy the ride.

I don't know what "report" or "PR" some people are waiting for, and I don't know when they expected it. But this PR is positive and shows Q is making progress. This is not a "get-rich quick" stock. I hope you agree. If not, there are some other stocks you can daytrade if that is what you want to do. QBID is a long-term hold.

If I were running the company, I "might" do things differently. But Frank is in charge and appears to be doing a good job, in my opinion.

I have owned stock in many companies and disagreed with a lot of actions they took . . . also thought some of the management was borderline stupid. But they succeeded in spite of my opinion and made money for me. Disagree with Frank if you want, but let's give him a chance to make money for us . . . and remember, we cannot worry about that which we cannot change. Until Frank asks me for my opinion, I'm gong to let him him run the show.

the 08/10 report you were talking about was the ludlow's report, which was mentioned on the previous pr. there has never been any mention about releasing share count report on any date.

Zman, there aren't many prs that do make this run. At least not since lately. If it was some other crap pink it would go up 2-3-400%.
Maybe we'll get a surprise one of these days. [Big Grin]

Frank finally releases a worthy PR and no one cares but me. Of course, the Maine PR was worthy, but the PPS sure didn't react like it should have. My money is on it reacting differently today, but I'll be honest, it'll be hard to stay in this stock on Monday if we end up down again today.

Friday is historically "dilution day" for most Pinks. [Frown] The Maine PR came out on a Friday and we ended up down for the day that day. Close today could be .0018. Indeed I find it likely it could end at .0017 even. But the volume is low and hasn't picked up at all, so nothing today would surprise me. We could end up a .0001 or two.

 -

Hopefully it'll flatten a little sooner than later.

If the support continues into next week, and I don't want to get anyone's hopes up here, but we may (huge empahsis on that, here) see a pretty nice run up to .0035 based on technicals alone. It *will* fall again though, so be sure to sell as it runs. Also, this run isn't going to happen today or even Monday, but *could* happen on Tuesday with a pretty decent PR.

Additionally, if such a run did happen, it might be an indication of a reversal in the long-term downward trend of this stock (or for those of us naysayers, a stop to Frank's dilution). We sorely need a reversal in that trend, and only a run that goes *higher* than the previous run is going to confirm such, and also would prove (at least to me) that Frank is done diluting.

When a stock doesn't do as high or higher of a run as it previously did on its last run with a better PR, it's almost certain proof that the CEO is diluting.

quote:
We are extremely pleased with this purchase, and the added income that the studio will bring in will reduce our monthly liability by 73 percent
I'm a bit confused about how buying a studio reduces monthly liability, but maybe he's talking about loans for studio rental? Maybe Richard can give doc a better explanation?

As a forum poster, it is ironic that you are held to a higher standard than a Pink Sheet CEO.

Penny - i think you are totally correct.... Everyone knows the audit is coming out soon, (we hope) so nothing big is going to happen till then.

Frank stated last year that he wasn't interested in this stock increasing in value at a fast inflated rate and I assume that has been his game plan since that time. However as of lately he obviously didn't mean for it to be this undervalued either.

If you get the chance, read "The Long Walk" by Richard Bachman (who actually is Stephen King).

It's a short novel about an annual walking contest. Don't read it before you do your "walk of death" or you might decide to drop out of the race. [Big Grin]

DIGDOUGH,

As with everything in CA, Redlands is growing by leaps and bounds. In Redlands and the surrounding areas, it is expected that 25,000 - 50,000 single family homes will be built within the next 5-7 years. We are attracting large corporations seeking new distribution centers. Currently, we have Hershey and Salton. I10 is being expanded to meet the future traffic needs, but that will take years at Yeagers pace of construction. All in all, it's still the nicest city outside of West LA and the high end coastal areas.

i am surprised that a few of us dont see "nothing" from this pr. qbid acquired assets to reduce its production cost, therefore increase its revenue and improve the bottom line. importance of all, qbid enhances its images among the industry peers
we talked about subs and all other revenue sources. why dont we take that $400k and devide by $7.95 and see how many less subs qbid need to work on.

Sorry about this off post guys. Thought I'd get off the IP hacking lessons subject for a bit.

Ya I was in Redlands in the early 70s for visits. Very small and quiet at that time.
I guess its that way all over California now. Everybody squeeze as much as you can into as small a place as possible and cahrge the most amount of money that you can for it. I don't know what the allure is of that. People keep going there and paying the prices and putting up with the traffic. I just sold my house in Stockton in Mar for 4 times my cost and am in Iowa. I think this is smaller than Redlands.

Sad but true. Greedy, careless development has all but destroyed the natural beauty in many parts of California. And it's only getting worse. To me, space is far more important than a magnificent, overpriced house. I'll take a cabin on lots of land with clean air and water over a mansion in LA any day of the week.

Go QBID! [Cool]

Let me add my own DD to help out . . . the PPS will undoubtedly rise, assuming it doesn't fall, and staying the same is a possibility, assuming the other two possibilities don't happen.

Q Television Network Closes Studio Deal in Burbank, CA
Aug 12, 2005 10:00:00 AM
2005 PrimeZone Media Network
PALM SPRINGS, Calif., Aug. 12, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Q Television Network (Pink Sheets:QBID), the first 24/7 premium network for the gay and lesbian community, which will be celebrating its one-year anniversary on September 5th, announced today that it has purchased and closed on a revenue generating studio in Burbank, California. The studio will be renamed "Q Television Media City" and will be the center of all of Q's original programming.

Q Television Media City -- when not in use filming for Q Television -- will be rented out to filmmakers, television creators and entertainment executives seeking a Los Angeles studio for production. Currently the studio generates up to $400,000.00 per month in production fees.

"This turn-key facility, which has been the home of "Jeopardy" and the "Wheel of Fortune," is state of the art and will make our transition out of Dallas quite seamless," said Frank Olsen, President, CEO and Founder of Q Television Network. "Our Partnership with Firestone has never been stronger, but our growth required us to obtain an independent studio of our own. Media City equips us with all the necessary technology and space to create, produce and shoot all of our original programs. Q Television is now extremely visible to the media universe because of our own studio in close proximity to the most famous studios in the world. We are extremely pleased with this purchase, and the added income that the studio will bring in will reduce our monthly liability by 73 percent."

There will be an open house for all viewers and investors mid-September. An announcement on the exact date and time will be made a few weeks in advance.

About Q Television: its a great company and its on the move NOW!! go QBID!!!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- for any one new today a brief re-cap: QTN is a GLBTG broadcasting T.V. network on the air now and currently broadcasting 24/7 in several marekets accross the U.S. and actively seeking additional carriers, we have exclusive rights to broadcast the up comming gay games in 2006, we have advertisers, we have sponsors, we have carriers, we have and continue to receive coverage in main stream media as well as targeted media, we have been and continue to be a major presense at targeted events throughout the U.S. and we now have a fully operational studio of our own wich is generating revenues of 400,000 a month (approx.). the company continues to move forward in all areas of thier buisness, the potential for continued success grows daily. we are on the move. GO QBID!!

Our entire network at work just went down. I blamed g-invest and passed on all his contact information to legal.

Damn him and his IP snooping!

As far as QBID today I bet it will fluctuate throughout the day. Any takers?

By the way, the Burbank deal is a much bigger deal is than is obviously being shown by the pps moves today, but I am betting the low volume is indicative of the fact that we all know its big arent selling a share.
