Thank you for the network symbols. Can we find anymore that are owned by "parent companies" And...what do we specualte would happen if Viacom were to purchase Q? We mentioned earlier that BET was for ~3.5 billion. With an unknown O/S (which can all say there is over 3 billion) and the who knows how many shares that we own now...I think what I am saying is their is ~15 Billion A/S right? So a purchase price of 3.5 billion divided by 15 billion shares would be .23/share. Correct? I know I am just starting a nonsense conversation but it seems that is all that is on this board.
But anyways, does anyone have anymore symbols of other companies similar to Q...thanks,

IanDavis, I don't believe that is how you would calculate the amount per share. Unless ofcourse you are assuming 15 Billion O/S instead of A/S. I could be wrong though. Also, you should check back to MillerTime's repost of Penny Traders original post (page 107). It is long, but if you scan to the end, it shows that if Q is valued as $1 billion the estimated pps would be .30. If it went for 3.5 and PTs numbers are correct you would be looking at almost $1.05 per share.

Not sure how to "speculate" what would happen if Viacom bought Q. If they chose to do so, I could only guess the logical, that Viacom would offer a price, Frank would agree on it (as he is the majority owner), and Viacom would own Q.

Yea...it sure was for QBID. I am looking at some other pennies out there. Man I could have made a killing. But oh well. I like the hope of Q. It is totally against my normal process of investing and as any est. investor would say. "Investing is like free throws, consistency." and " NEVER EVER Buy on a downtrend!" But hey, who cares. Its junk money on the side of my other money. Its worth it.
Does anyone use Peter Leeds?
Jonas, dont let them get you down. Your Engrish is great. But after reading a trillion of your posts it has jumbled me up a bit.

Anything that mentions Rossie O'Donnell and Q Television in the same breath/sentence has be good, even though it's jokingly. There is a small entertainment commentary by some dude named J. Bullock on TV Guide.com for 08/23/05 at the following link: http://www.tvguide.com/News/Entertainment/default.htm?rmDate=08232005

That is Jm J. Bullock and he was on the old TV show "Too Close for Comfort". Also, an openly gay actor.

Well something is shifting today because the price is stuck lower than it has been in a while and the volume is light. I would think people would already be buying in at this level.

Hopefully this is the calm before the storm. [Smile]

There didn't seem to be so many of those 9 mil blocks going back and forth.

BTW, what is the signifigance of 9 mil?? It just seems such a random number. Why not 10 or 5? Why is 9 mil so common? I know it is stupid, but that has been bugging me!

it is because this is the most shares that can be traded...when you see the 9M share blocks on the time/sales slip, this is MM transfering shares between account to account, nothing more nothing less..whether it is on the bid or ask, this is all it is

Hoss... IMHO, the 9 mill share trades are used because the MM's are not the brightest people on the earth.

The can count them on their fingers....

i.e. 9 x 7..... take your 10 fingers and hold them straight out (palms down).... then counting from the left, count over 7 fingers and bend it under....

Now count the number of fingers on each side of your "down" finger (ans 6) and then count the number of fingers on the right of your "down" finger (ans 3) and put them together to get 63.....

Easiest trick to remember your #9 multiplication table!

Of course.. this is all in fun.. .I have actually no idea... but it seemed like an easy way to give a math lesson!

You can thank Sr. Louise (2nd grade Math) for that trick! Good thing I never shot her the bird..... I would have received that chalk board pointer right across the knuckles! [Big Grin] Oh those were the days when teacher violence (I mean discipline) was encouraged! [Big Grin]

i've been asking them this for months now, never gotten a return email. guess i'm not one of the chosen, or maybe this is just too irrelevent to warrant a reply?? anyway, here's this week's version....

i tried to narrow the focus down to 1 point that cannot be answered by the ongoing audit, ongoing "investigation" into share price "manipulation", or production "trade secrets"--and be practical, straightforward, important, and easy to answer.

somebody explain to me why this is not important. back in oct '04, the wa sos told me that there's no reason why qtn could not be sold or spun-off from parent company triangle multimedia limited. well, i own shares of qbid (triangle multimedia limited)--NOT q television network, inc. if it has merged with triangle mm ltd, why all the secrecy and silence?? if it has incorporated in a different state, again, why all the secrecy and silence?? if it is not merged into tmm, or moved, is it just not going to be a corporation any longer??

to me, triangle multimedia limited (qbid)'s most valuable possession is q television network, inc.--and it could be sold. that's why i watch.

emails to richard brown Equity Relations Inc. [staff@equityrelations.com]

Aug 22, 2005

richard--

quick query about q television network, inc

why was qtn corp license not renewed when tmm was??
in what state is qtn corp license?? and when filed??

triangle multimedia limited--corp license renewed 7/25/05 (washington)
q television network--if no action taken by sept 1st, corp will be "administratively dissolved" by the state (washington)

again i thank you in advance for your help with this matter.

Aug 23, 2005

richard--

i am a long time shareowner of triangle multimedia limited with a long term outlook. i have asked this before and will keep asking til the answer is known through my research or your response. this is a reasonable question. the company that i have invested in has a "wholly owned subsidiary" (q television network) that is being broadcast and making agreements, arrangements, purchases, and contracts(?), and you are the investor relations person. you should be the one to ask, i'm an investor.

and again, thank you in advance for all your efforts on behalf of one the investors in the company to which you are the official source.

in what state is q television network, inc licensed as a corporation??
--date of filing?? washington state expired 5/31/05, and will be "administratively dissolved" by that state on 9/01/05 if no action is taken.

that's it. i have many other questions, but let's try one thing at a time. this is not (or at least should not be) difficult to answer.

please respond, if only to tell me where to find the information.

once more, thank you for all your efforts in this regard, it is greatly

appreciated.

sincerely,

Aug 24, 2005

richard--

q television network, inc is the crown jewel of triangle multimedia limited. i have asked you politely for what i believe to be pertinent information. you ARE the official "investor relations" person. i AM an investor. the company has already gotten my money to use. this is basic stuff here. can i PLEASE get a response?? tell me that frank doesn't want you to say, we're working on it, it's a secret, or even it's none of my business, we can argue those points--but say SOMETHING. i have seen email responses, so you do answer some questions.

...why can't you tell where q television network is licensed?? should be public information, let alone that i am an owner who has invested money into the company (for that company to use) and who does have every right to know this information.

it is my belief that as an investor, the worst thing about a company is UNCERTAINTY. for instance, it is certain that if no action is taken by 9/1/05, the state of washington will "administratively dissolve" qtn. i know this because that is what the washington secretary of state said.

good news and bad news can be allowed for. so, to compensate for that uncertainty, we can use a 'worst case' scenario. tell me there's nothing to worry about.

if not licensed, has the entity (q television network, inc)
...ceased business operations??
...been sold?? to who and when??
...been merged?? to who and when??
...been acquired, 'spun-off', or anything like that?? to who and when??
...been dissolved?? when??

if none of the above, then why is it not licensed?? it is a corporation isn't it?? unless it has been dissolved, which raises a whole host of other questions--such as why has that occurance been withheld from the owners of qbid (thereby the owners of qtn)?? it is not difficult nor expensive to renew the corporate license.

i just do not understand this company's secrecy--from the loyal long-term shareowners. maybe you can clear this up for us little folks. if frank doesn't want our public investor's money (and all that entails like releasing basic company information), he could take this whole enterprise private and not have to deal with it--since he apparently has operational funding for years. by the way, where did all of this funding come from??

and once again, i thank you for all of your efforts in this regard.

sincerely,
