ABC's Nightline covers LOGO, and the coverage is full of angry right wingers. I told you they would be pissed.
From what others have said, LOGO looks pretty bland. I will check out LOGO for myself after I am done with this.
LOGO and HERE have nationwide coverage. Wow what a massive vicotory it must be for Viacom and Dish Network to get national coverage. Get real, it's called power.
This is merely the lighting of the fuse before the cannons are fired. What we are waiting for is the right wings battle plan, the FCC's respose to the complaints, and most importantly, the opinion of the gay community.
There is plenty of room on the airwaves for three gay television stations. LOGO will be bland and appeal to a certain audience. HERE is nothing more than a pay per view movie channel with gay related movies. Q will be the subscription channel where the real gay community goes for sincere coverage of the lifestyle. This concept is not difficult. After all, each major network has nightly news. We have ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN Classic, Fox Sports, and a handfull of target group sports channels. We have 1/2 a dozen networks that relate to history in one way or another. I could go on, but I thing you get the point. As long as you have enough people willing to watch, there is a place for you on television.
Lets say that Q only gets 1/3 of the gay community. Thats roughly 5 million subscribers. Lets be safe and say that all 5 million of these potential subscribers live with a partner. That takes us down to 2.5 million subscribers. If the gross subscribtion fee is $7.00, lets assume the carriers get $2 of it. Thats leave uss with 12.5 million a month, or 150 million a year in gross revenue. Add to that the advertising revenue from companies who would just love the revenue generated form 2.5 million gay couples, and you are talking about some serious cash. A conservative estimate would be about 225 million a year in gross revenue. Multiplay that by 9 billion shares, and you have a per share price of about .025 (We have seen it go higher on nothing but hype). Multiply that by a P/E ratio of 20, and you have a share price of .50. That would make a whole bunch of people very very happy. Of course it's not to happen when we want it to. Hell it may never happen. But as you can see, the potential is there, and thats why most of us bought this stock.

Hey guys. I wanted to say it is important that we support LOGO. I know they are the competitor, but seriously, even though they provide an inferior product, we have to support their efforts, because without them, Q would get no coverage and no acceptance. I've actually heard a lot of gay friends of mine say that LOGO is horrilbe and they hope that Q expands, but I keep telling them that Q is a subscription chjanenel and I'm a littel drunk now but I keep telling them to wait cause I kmnow they have been disappointed with LOGO but I tell them to wait cause Q is still good.

We need logo to succeed as validation of this product! More decerning veiwers will find Q when they get tired of the MTV programing.

Think about this. What is the first thing you do when you here about a new company? You usually look to invest in their stock. Guess what "Here" is private and "Viacom" is already expensive. So that leaves little Qbid for the investors to buy large claims in. This is good.
Also we should get a PR today.

Rumor has it that Q is being advertised on A&E and MTV. Can anyone with RCN confirm this? I hope it's true, but since I've heard nothing about this before, I cannot be sure of it's validity.

another idea on how to get it out....if any of you use myspace.com, send it out as a blog to all your online friends... http://www.qtelevision.com/main/iwantqnetwork.asp you can even go into the gay community on myspace and post it out there, i didn't try that just thought of it....there are millions of people on there. just a thought.

If someone was a skeptic, it would be him. I think he has more respect for you than we all think. He just won’t admit it. Comcast and MTV Networks Announce Affiliation Agreement for Logo PR Newswire - July 01, 2005 11:54
