That being said...I also do not see them making a jump from Pink to AMEX. I agree with you...they will more likely move to OTC..then possibly somewhere down the road..AMEX.

Well with the buy back of 10 mil shares and the retirement of 450 mil shares w/o a reverse split the share price will go up a good amount. If HISC in fact does get the contract for the 360 ports over the summer this thing is going to skyrocket! within the dollar (if not dollars) range. From what i have read things seem to be running smooth and the contract looks very possible. Im definetly going to hold this baby for a while

Bill... I do not dispute the AMEX standards. I just disagreed that you had to be trading @ $3 for "for a few months" prior to going to AMEX. That is the part that I disagreed with. For example...GTEL is @.25...they are doin a 1/15 RS to achieve the $3 minimum requirement and will be trading on AMEX Monday.
And, as I said...I do agree that they will NOT be jumping straight from Pink to AMEX. If anything...they will go to the OTC as you said...then maybe AMEX in a year or 2.

I know going stong! ppl were selling at .02 and brought the price down to .0193. But then got right back up on its feet and went to .021! Running strong and its still early!
