you don't have to be a rocket scientist to do that.

I see it all the time. Believe me not one of you can hide behind a computer screen and hide.

the fact of the matter is it is not that big a deal to get that info at all. They dont need to have a court order or a warrant. infact most ips will sell thier lists of subscribers. it happens everyday.
if the isp does not want to cooperate with the official then they may need the warrant.
I have a good buddy of mine that is a lawyer and 80% of what he does anymore is internet crimes defence. it is absolutely amazing what people do on line thinking that they can not be traced.
dont kid yourself, this happens everyday

They could petetion the ISP saying like this ip is spamming or breaking your rules for use of your services. It would reall y be a big pain and not cost effecient for Q to go after.

There are potentially spurned spuds on every corner now...who just want to be accepted...that NOW will never have that opportunity...due to your frivolous banter about sexually permissive spuds...if you can't see the damage you've caused...you must be living in your own private Idaho....Suz....Suz....

Jeff, hope you and your family are doing as well as can be expected after your loss...and does Sam know you're originally from Atlanta...lol. Must be very caucasian in Idaho...lol.
Live on Q TV 4 p.m. Friday. The weather is freakin' gorgeous, Palm Canyon has sprung back to life and Q Television is getting ready to broadcast "On Q Live!" from the corner of Tahquitz and Indian Canyon (where the now defunct Taqueria del Sol used to be) until 7 p.m. with random cash giveaways to entice folks to come in. Intuition tells me they should be serving alcohol if they really want to get people to pack the patio on this particular Friday night but here's wishing them luck.
They're making a big push to be added to cable lineups in Los Angeles and Palm Springs in the next 30 days which would be hella cool -- well maybe. I haven't actually seen the programming yet. We can always record the show they're taping here tonight at 9:30 on Time Warner Ch. 18 (or on Ch. 20 Saturday and Sunday) to check it out.
What about Palm Springs' own PrideNation Network? They broadcast free gay TV 24 hours a day via the Internet (but you watch it on your TV -- tricky I know) so they don't even view Q TV, a traditional cable broadcasting network, as a competitor. PNN has no aspirations to switch to cable broadcasting (they say they'd actually lose viewers if they did since they currently reach a worldwide audience) so no need to feel guilty for becoming a Q TV subscriber.
I suppose I should call Time Warner and ask them to add it -- Q is offering three months free if we do -- because that's what needs to happen to bring it to SoCal. Everone better whip out their mobiles. Can you imagine, two whole gay TV networks plus Bravo and Showtime?!
But for now, I'm off to change for the White Party...
One night, the Potato family sat down to dinner - Mother Potato and her three daughters. Midway through the meal, the eldest daughter spoke up. "Mother Potato?" she said. "I have an announcement to make." "And what might that be?" asked Mother, seeing the obvious excitement in her eldest daughter's eyes.
"Well," replied the daughter, with a proud but sheepish grin, "I'm getting married!" The other daughters squealed with surprise as Mother Potato exclaimed, "Married! That's wonderful! And who are you marrying, Eldest daughter?"
"I'm marrying a Russet!" "A Russet!" replied Mother Potato with pride. "Oh, a Russet is a fine tater, a fine tater indeed!"
As the family shared in the eldest daughter's joy, the middle daughter spoke up. "Mother? I, too, have an announcement." "And what might that be?" encouraged Mother Potato.
Not knowing quite how to begin, the middle daughter paused, then said with conviction, "I, too, am getting married!" "You, too!" Mother Potato said with joy. "That's wonderful! Twice the good news in one evening! And who are you marrying, Middle Daughter?"
"I'm marrying an Idaho!" beamed the middle daughter. "An Idaho!" said Mother Potato with joy. "Oh, an Idaho is a fine tater, a fine tater indeed!"
Once again, the room came alive with laughter and excited plan for the future, when the youngest Potato daughter interrupted. "Mother? Mother Potato? Um, I, too, have an announcement to make."
"Yes?" said Mother Potato with great anticipation. "Well," began the youngest Potato daughter with the same sheepish grin as her eldest sister before her, "I hope this doesn't come as a shock to you, but I am getting married, as well!" "Really?" said Mother Potato with sincere excitement. "All of my lovely daughters married! What wonderful news! And who, pray tell, are you marrying, youngest Daughter?"
"I'm marrying Dan Rather!" "DAN RATHER?" Mother Potato scowled suddenly. "But he's just a common tater!"

The Mistake Test See if you can do this. Read each line aloud without making any mistakes. If you make a mistake you MUST start over or it won't work.
This is this cat This is is cat This is how cat This is to cat This is keep cat This is a cat This is moron cat This is busy cat This is for cat This is forty cat This is seconds cat
Now go back and read the THIRD word in each line from the top...
JK is this better??? LOL

Rninalvng...Your post to me on how my spelling was fine, however my misspelling sucks,is a good observation...For example, thee Iderhoe spudds gruw up and ahte thee peepal.. When words at least have the rythum of a message or story and the misspelled words have the fist and last letter in them, they are relatively eazy to read.
Art and Wallace posted how this works...It is also the basis of speed reading.
So yes, sometimes it can be more difficult to misspell correctly, than vise versa..

i gotta tell you dustoff...i don't usually do this. i'm not into correcting people. but when you yourself are trying to say people can't spell you should thoroughly proofread your message before sending it. because i see you wrote "becouse" instead of "because" now i guess i just opened myself up for some bashing. but oh well. lol.
It's probably a good thing that you don't try correcting others grammar. IMHO. LOL

PALM SPRINGS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 29, 2005-- Q Television Network (Pink Sheets: QBID) announced today that its first live road show, in Palm Springs, was a tremendous success with 32,000 plus potential subscribers demanding to get the station covered by their carriers. Q Television also had six full days of a 1.5 hour live broadcast on the Time Warner Cable system (channels 18 & 20) in Cochella Valley. All potential subscriber information was entered into a database, and Q Television is aggressively reaching out to all the cable stations mentioned by the interested parties. The network is actively focused on bringing Q Television to the homes of these 32,000 plus viewers. The live broadcast on Time Warner simultaneously featured celebrity guests and coverage of events surrounding the Dinah Shore Golf Tournament which was held at the Rivera and Doral Resorts and The White Party, which was held at the Windham Resort as well as other venues around the valley. The White Party is one of the largest gay male events and Dinah Shore is one of the largest lesbian events in the country. "This first road show was an incredible success -- we have always known we have a great station that is entirely unique; but, we had no idea what the reception would be to our live road show. To have 32,000 plus people sign up to support Q Television is just incredible," said Frank Olsen, President and CEO of Q Television Network. "We are the network of choice for the GLBT community and are well on our way to receiving carriage coverage -- the viewers are demanding Q Television." Q Television will continue its road show over the next two months to include the following list of cities: Seattle, San Francisco, Miami, Chicago, Boston, New York, Washington, D.C. and Providence. The road show is designed to help increase carrier interest and customer base, and to build awareness in RCN viewing areas.
