U think it might be a good idea to start new thread. We appear to have hit a stable base & waiting for news. This looks like a consolidation phase.

Actually I didn't know if anything is going to go off & still don't. I do know I'm ready! And yes it could 'go' but if it doesn't jump soon I'm not loosing Faith!

I'm here for the long haul and have a block earmarked for trades if it pops above a dime or two!

Other than that,,,

$1.25 a share,,,

I have never been one to jump on the QBID bandwagon and say a run was near, but by looking at the charts and our current standing I very strongly feel that we could see one soon. Categorize me a pumper if it pleases you, I am just calling it how I see it. Good luck people!

It would be sweet if you're right. We need a good run just to set up a base over a penny.

Anyway hope to see you all at .02 sometime next week.

The Conference Call:

Moderator: Ladies and Gentlemen Thank you for standing by and welcome to the Q Television Network investors shareholder conference. My name is Tylo and I will be the coordinator for today’s presentation. At this time all participants are in the listen only mode. We will begin rotating a question and answer session towards the end of this conference. If at any time during this call you require assistance feel free to press star zero and a coordinator will be happy to assist you.
It is now my pleasure to turn this presentation over to your host for today’s call, Mr. Frank Olsen Chairman, please precede sir.

Frank Olsen: Hi Gang. I want you to know that I have Renee Schenk with me, our Chief Financial officer. I’m gonna make a brief opening statement and then we’re going to have the freefall.

I want to thank the shareholders to take the time to join this conference call. First of all I’d like to give you an update on Q Television. Q Television is being broadcasted on RCN on channel 255, NY, Boston, San Francisco. We’re currently financing details with other carriers but we cannot announce those carriers because we have signed confidentiality agreements. I can say that we should be in 25% of the markets by the 1st of the year and an additional 10% by March. Our target goal is 55% of the markets. Because as you know gay television is not accepted in all markets. We would also like to be in 2 or 3 foreign countries as well. Those negotiations are taking place at the present time. As you know we are in final stages of the contract for the gay games. The games will broadcast July 2006. There’s 18 months of shows that we’ll do prior to gay games. Each show will be distributed to 150 markets and ____ foreign countries. Each of our lead show will be carried each week. These are lead shows so we can build up the excitement of gay games. If you remember the Dan & Dave broadcast with NBC years ago.

The build up of excitement helps the sponsors and helps the gay games. Each show will have the inserted commercials. The inserted commercials will advertise Q Television and it will also advertise the gay games & there will be independent sponsors which will bring revenue to the Q Television Network.

Our original live programming will begin November 15th. We have made strategic alliance with firestone for production, services, consulting, & to do original programming. A press release to this effect was put out on Wednesday by Firestone people. You will have a link to that press release available through our website tomorrow.

I’d like to talk about our website. We’ve contracted with a new company to bring the website updated daily. We mostly brought up daily for programming. It will be in contrast with the live shows. It’s very important that it will be something like MSNBC so you can add and find extra information on all the shows. If you noticed there’s changes to the website right now but within 2 weeks it will be a totally different new website. Q Television website and the QBID website will be able to link back & forth to each other.

I want you to know there are many questions you shown with what to ask. But first I want to address some concerns of my own. Some of our shareholders are not acting like shareholders. They are acting like people that want to operate the company. As you know we are all over this but we can have so many people get answers. By calling our vendors, and I know they’re honest calls but asking questions is not helping, in fact some vendors have turned us down because they don’t have the time to handle the shareholders calls. By taking up their time using their phone lines, you’re interfering with their business. It is fine to call your local cable company, but if you call your local cable company please do not ask for the production manager, this manager, anything. Just request for Q Television to put up in your area. I want you to understand, if you call outside your local cable, they have caller ID and they will understand that it is a scam call and that hurts us, and it has hurt us. Also, please do not call people, like major newspapers and put stories on Q Television, because that slams the reporters view and they fell their being pushed and they will write nothing about us. This has happened with 2 major newspapers so far, one the Wallstreet journal and another paper I’d rather not mention because I’m trying to rebuild the relationship with them.

All this publicity we don’t have to buy, they use company money, it is also a big benefit to the shareholders. 9 times it develops good relations with the media but your calls need to be ____ anyplace but the vendors or the potential advertisers, because it doesn’t help, it only hinders us. Please don’t call Rubenstien, and any media people, they don’t have the time. They are running a smooth operation and they don’t need 5000 shareholders calling saying “is it really true you been hired” If we’re gonna say that we hired Rubenstien; we hired them. Let me give you an example, we have a stage film company filming our first episode in Naples which has turned out very good. Several shareholders disrupted to hear saying “was this true, is this real or can we get in for free?” That can’t happen, everything’s on a budget and it really hurt our credibility with the production company, they have spent a lot of time that they really shouldn’t have to spend.

I realize that only a small percentage of shareholders do this, but please, do not do it, it’s hurting the shares.

I’d like to ask you to please behave in a professional matter, because we’re now no longer a story, we’re a network, we’re a real network. The dream has become true. We’ve all waited several years for this to happen, some of you have been with us since Gayy, and now we are becoming a real network.

Now I need to talk to you about the boards, and if someone comes to ask you to borrow money and he says his name is Joe Blow and we check his ID and it comes out to be something else, you’re not going to loan him the money. Anybody that listens to information from the boards, and this is even the good news that comes out of the boards, like “hey we got this contract here, we got this contract there” and he signs it rocket scientist, why would believe that?? If it’s bad news and he signs it, you know like, spaceman? Why would you believe that? We have instructed our vendors that for anybody that calls to get information to not give them information but just to take their name, address and phone number, or as much information as possible and we will answer the calls. And if somebody calls to harass or try to manipulate the stock, we have hired a legal firm. We already have in place a judgment against one shareholder that was trying to manipulate the stock. This for your benefit, you want the stock to go up? Stay away from the boards. They do not help you. If someone cannot not give their real name and real phone number it just doesn’t work

Ok, I’m ready for all your questions. I’m gonna try to be as positive as possible and give you as much information as possible and Renee’s here to. So, there will be only one question allowed per shareholder because at the time right now I hear there’s almost a thousand people on line right now and I want to give as many people the opportunity to speak as possible. Go ahead.

Moderator: Sir our first question is from Debra.

Frank Olsen: Hi Debra How are ya?

Debra: Good. What are our plans to achieve and hold a major market position and are there any plan mergers or buyouts and if so, when?

Frank Olsen: Ok, let’s answer one question first, let’s not talk about the major market position, let’s talk about gay television in itself. I’d rather be in second then spend a lot of money being first. The reason is because, I used to own a hotel, next to the airport in Seattle, and we were second and so we come a lot further being second, we don’t need a major market position to be number one, as long as we’re in the same markets as the first ______ like maybe LOGO or something like that. We will hold our own position and make money. The second question was what?

Debra: If there were any plan mergers or buyouts and if so, when?

Frank Olsen: Well, the doors always open for something but nothing is planned right now, but the doors open because nobody is going to turn down an attractive deal, but we have to prove ourselves a little more before that happens.
I think we’re ready for the next question:

Moderator: Sir next question is from Rich

Rich: How you doing?

Frank Olsen: Fine, where you calling from Rich?

Rich: I’m calling from Boston

Frank Olsen: ok, oh congratulations.

Rich: We’re very excited up here about it. The 64,000 dollar question. The exact outstanding shares, your cut in the company, finally outright shares has that increased over the course of all (static) last couple weeks.

Frank Olsen: Ok, your breaking up terrible I’m gonna try to answer it best I can. Ok, but since your phone is breaking up would you mind hanging up and listen to the answer?

Rich: Frank is this better?

Frank Olsen: Ok

Rich: Anyway the question was …

Frank Olsen: I got the question, if you’ll disconnect your phone, and then I’ll give you the answer. Because it’s breaking up and we can’t hear you. It’s causing static in the line. Thank you. Ok, the question was about the number of shares. There’s 9 and a half billion in the book. There’s 6 billion in institutional hands that is for security against agreements. That was money for gay games, that was money that was needed for borrowed programming and that’s what its there. We don’t expect to ______ the market. Now more of the questions we like to answer everything, if you’d like to add to that you can, but in the float there’s 9 in a half billion.

Moderator: Sir, next question is from Bob

Frank Olsen: Ask questions and we can elaborate on it, if you want because _____ a question because I didn’t hear his:

Bob: Hello?

Frank Olsen: Hello

Bob: Frank, hi Bob here how do you doing, I’m here in Mass.

Frank Olsen: Well welcome

Bob: Thank you and congrats on being on RCN, everything looks like its moving forward nicely. Just to ________ on that last one, I think, I have a question of my own but I think we also wanted to find out what the A/S was. The authorized shares.

Frank Olsen: The authorized shares are 50 billion but that’s just there as a number, that doesn’t mean we’re going to go out and _________. That was there for mergers, planned mergers, or acquisitions so the shares can ______. Nobody’s come running in the doors want to merge in.

Bob: Ok. Understandable. My question is, I’ve been here a long time, there’s been a lot of things like deadlines mentioned, announcement mentioned, some are ______ buyers as far as we can tell, of course I’m in business and I understand things happen, but I was wondering if you could,

Frank Olsen: I’d like Renee to answer that question because he’s the one that has to coordinate everything.

Bob: Hi Renee

Renee: We are a company in its infancy obviously. We’ve been putting press releases out and at the end of the press release you always see a safe harbor statement. Stating that we’re trying to go and live up to whatever was said and investors need to be careful because we are a company that needs a statement like this; However I must say this, We have never intended to miss a deadline obviously but we’re often caught with our pants down because of third party’s technical difficulties or what have you. Let me give you an example. We are in Palm Springs California California where the sun always shines, however yesterday afternoon it rained in Palm Springs Ca. and when it rains the telephone lines go out. If this conference call was held yesterday you would have gotten dead air because we would have had no phone service. Meaning that if you merging mercy of technical people, people that think that they can do something but they always do not happen. For instance, we had the signal up for 2 months between ourselves, our carrier in New Orleans and the RCN station in SF. The system came out absolutely wonderful, the sound came in perfectly and we tested it and tested it and tested it. So we’re thinking we’re doing alright. So we tell RCN, let’s go and let’s get the signal to our customers. Unfortunately there are now things in walls that we don’t count upon, meaning that although the system is accepting our signal in order to get it to the box of the consumer other things need to happen and those things were not anticipated. So it took a couple of days extra to go and straighten it out, weeks extra for that matter. We are always striving to go and put some leniency in the date we mention but it doesn’t always happen. Alright I’ll turn it back to Frank.

Bob: Thanks Renee

Frank Olsen: Thank You. Next Question…Dead air, that’s not good for business. (Laughs)

Moderator: Sir next question is from Benjamin

Frank Olsen: Where are you calling from, just for curious.

Benjamin: Ohio

Frank Olsen: Oh good, you guys had a lot of visits from the presidents

Benjamin: I just wanted to know how many subscribers you guys currently have on the networks that are running.

Frank Olsen: Ok, subscriber senses is running on scrambled, I’ll give it to Renee

Renee: We’re still unscrambled on the stations that their on, however, we will be going scrambled the 1st of December. That’s when our live programming starts coming on board, that’s when our programs that we have anticipated will start taking over. RCN today has 140,000 paying subscribers, ah I’m sorry has 400,000 paying subscribers, we anticipate we can more then likely attract about 10% of those subscribers by the first of December, its going to take oh maybe 2-3 months to all sign up. As they come online we figure that after 3 months of scrambled signal, we’ll have 40,000 paying subscribers on RCN and we are talking to other carriers as we speak.

Benjamin: How did you come up with 40,000?

Renee: It is 10% of the 400,000 paying subscribers today.

Frank Olsen: The phone calls have been coming in, and that’s the average of the phone calls of requesting subscriptions.

Benjamin: Ok Thank you

Frank Olsen: Thank you for calling sir. I’d like to correct one thing, our live program starts November 15th and we’re using that promotional to attract subscribers and that’s why it will be unscrambled until December 1st. Next Question.

Moderator: Sir next question is from Jeff

Frank Olsen: Hello Jeff

Jeff: I’m calling from Austin Texas.

Frank Olsen: Our studio is in Fort Worth Texas

Jeff: Not to far, hope to be able to someday see it. We have about 9 ½ billion shares outstanding in the float, 6 billon that are secured. I’m basically trying to figure the market cap of the company, lets use the approximately 10 billion times today roughly 35 million, a lot of the _____ that I seen that the first successful gay cable company might be worth a billion dollars, essentially we’re at about 3% of that value, I’m needed some help in making those numbers jive.

Frank Olsen: The numbers jive, see you have to understand, we consider we’ll be worth 5 billion in 5 years, because that’s based on sales of other channels. You have to take the black entertainment network, you have to take the Bass channel, lets take the golf channel, you take the QVC home shopping network, and you take sales of Bravo, all the niche channels, Sundance, you take all the niche channels and you see what their average length is, the average length is 3 years and then their bought out and made offers to buyout. The funny thing about the BET, they never made a dime, they never posted a profit and they sold for what, 5 billion.

Jeff: So would it be a true statement that us trading at a 35 million dollar market cap is absolutely ridicules.

Frank Olsen: Absolutely Ridicules!

Jeff: Thank you

Frank Olsen: I have no control over that and that is based on the market, so it’s real funny, I’ll give you an example. Yesterday oil prices dropped 5 cents a barrel the market went up 114 points, today they dropped 96 a barrel and it was down 25 points last I heard. So I don’t what controls it. Next Question.

Moderator: Sir next question is from Danny

Danny: Yes, Hi how you doing.

Frank Olsen: Good I want to thank you for calling.

Danny: Thank you for taking my call. I have a 2 part question. Do you have plans for an investment relations representative?

Frank Olsen: Yes, and I’ll give that to Renee

Renee: Just yesterday the board authorized us to negotiate a contract with a firm that is called The Wallstreets Insiders Reporter Inc. I cannot announce that we have signed a contract because we just authorized the negotiations for that contract but I would imagine that those folks are going to be on board within 10 days.

Danny: I’m glad to hear that. The 2nd part to my question is, what exactly is Rubenstein doing for us.

Frank Olsen: Let me explain what Rubenstein does, and I have some notes on that, that I lost, hahaha. Ok, basically Rubenstein represents, he was picked, in fact he came to us as a favor and it was not from somebody we know. Rubenstein is one of the Top PR relations companies in the country. He mostly deals with Fortune 500 companies. What he is doing is teaching us to be a company. Most of what he’s doing is scriblig but your gonna see more and more stuff, they do not jump and run like a lot of PR companys do. We have an in house PR company which you know of, That’s running but the outside PR company is Rubenstein. They are doing long time promotion for us, and long time interaction with carriers and things like that, and I can’t tell you whats that’s about, its ____. And Advertisers, they’re working for advertisers. And there helping us run the network and their help us look professional. From everything, Letterheads, you notice the branding of the network has changed, I think you saw it on the website. That’s basically what their doing, but it’s a long term thing. You know their even helping me on my language. Hahahah I want to thank you for calling. Next Question.

Moderator: Sir next question is from Stacey

Stacey: I also have a quick 2 part question.

Frank Olsen: I’m afraid these second parts, I keep telling you. hahaha

Stacey: My question on market manipulation, why is this happening and what are the plans to stop it.

Frank Olsen: I would like Renee, that’s one question for shareholders and..

Renee: That’s right but I’ll answer the first question anyway, it is basically a one point question anyway. We do not control the market obviously and there’s nothing we can do about it. The reason Frank was as strong in his opening statement about boards and about people making calls, because we cannot help and there’s people out there that have an alterative agenda other then a gay television station. They the true manipulators of the markets. We cannot do anything about it, we sit there on our computers just like you are and watch the stock go up and down and go 100 million shares one day and 28 million the other day and we do not know who’s doing or what their reasons are. We just sitting there I believe standing by but we’re sitting there not knowing what to do about it. And we are not participating in this manipulation.

Frank Olsen: None of it. And one thing what I don’t understand myself is how one person can buy 5 million shares and the stock wont move and they can sell a thousand shares and the stock will go down, I never understood. But we’ve hired a firm and what we’re doing is looking into it and if somebody is deliberately manipulating the market which we _______. We will prosecute and we will go fully and will go after for _ interference and stock manipulation. Next Question please.

Moderator: Sir next question is from Clayton

Clayton: Oh my lord I can’t believe I got through,.

Frank Olsen: hahahaha,

Clayton: how you doing

Frank Olsen: I’m doing wonderful.

Clayton: Pleasure to hear from you, I’m recently a new investor and I just had a quick question for you. I was concerned about how the buybacks are going. I know a lot of the investors are concerned about that and I am very much concerned about that. I’m calling from Indianapolis, IN sir.

Frank Olsen: I’m going to let Renee answer that question

Renee: You know that we have announced a 2% buyback of our stock. Which amounts to about a billion shares. We’re buying 2% of our shares back, we’re in the process of doing so and I believe we are more the 60% through. Some of that, that you see in the market is us, buying back and returning to that _____

Clayton: When do we plan to announce that?

Renee: When the 2% is complete we will announce.

Clayton: Thank you so much.

Renee: You’re welcome

Frank Olsen: Next Question

Moderator: One moment sir…Next question is from Robert.

Frank Olsen: Hello Robert where you from?

Robert: New Jersey sir. My question like everyone else’s and I think you touched on it is we don’t understand why the price is where it is, where do you see it going sir and can you give us an estimation of a track that it will take?

Frank Olsen: The what?

Robert: On the direction we will go and how quickly we will get there.

Frank Olsen: I can’t answer that. All I can tell you is just we’d like a steady climb instead of a bouncing up and down thing, I like a slow and steady stock instead of the high peaks and the low peaks and that’s what we’re working towards and that’s we’re tailoring our press releases so it will be steady and not, we don’t want to manipulate the stock.

Robert: Is there any explanation sir for what has been a steady slow decline?

Frank Olsen: I think basically a lot of people get into fantasy and when it becomes real sometimes the fantasy moves and when it becomes real they expected more but they it adjusts and if we start making money and growing in different places it will go up automatically.

Moderator: Sir next question is from Brian

Frank Olsen: Yes Brian, where you at?

Brian: I’m in Denver, CO, can you hear me?

Frank Olsen: Yes I can hear you good Brian.

Brian: Wonderful. First of all I’d like to say you’ve done a great job. Everything that you said you’re gonna do, I mean you missed a couple, you know, but really everything I’ve seen you done you said you going to do.

Frank Olsen: Well we want to thank you for that, we try very hard and there’s a big staff that trys here and a big unpaid staff.

Brian: Very, Very impressed and I support you 100%. My question is, what movements are you going to make to get off the over the counter and move to another exchange?

Frank Olsen: I’ll give that to Renee

Renee: As you know when TMM was purchased we purchased a shell company and we then filled that shell up with assets that we had like the Network. Unfortunately for us the shell that we bought was not as clean as it had been represented to us when we bought it. So it highly unlikely that we can ever pass an audit, we can pass a financial audit we cannot pass an Edgar audit on the shareholder base. So it is very unlikely that we are going to get off the pinks for quite sometime. However that doesn’t mean we aren’t looking around to go and see maybe some innovative way to get off the pink sheets and get onto an exchange but it is to early for me to answer that. Besides there is a lot of work to be done and I don’t want to be quoted as saying, “we’re going to be off within a certain period of time.”

Brian: Ok, Very great.

Frank Olsen: Thank you very much. Next call please.

Moderator: Sir next question is from Jeff

Frank Olsen: Yes, Jeff how are you and where are you from?

Jeff: I’m from NY how are you?

Frank Olsen: I’m very good. I’m really glad the shareholders are calling and participating.

Jeff: Thank you very much, I’m glad to be talking to you. In regards to revenue, what is our present revenue forecast of revenue and do you have any plans for reverse split at any time?

Frank Olsen: Ok, second question I’ll give to Renee but let me talk about revenue. Right now, remember we just went on the air so the first billings will not even go out until December 10th and so we can’t project that until the advertisers start coming in and we get more stable. And that’s based on subscribers to and we just have to wait for that.

Renee: Let me interrupt this in for a minute. We have already received income from advertisers that are prepaying some of their advertising and as soon as we are going to be airing that more and more is coming in. It’s like everything else, we asked for some down payments towards advertising revenue and some of the advertisers are enthused enough that they’re willing to prepay some. But that is the only the top of the iceberg. We need to get nationwide coverage so that the advertisers are getting their bucks worth.

Frank Olsen: Theres One thing I want to say though, we are in 3 of the top ten markets in the country, which is very good for advertisers. We have NY, Boston, and San Francisco. Usually that doesn’t happen in broadcasting so we are very lucky to be in the top ten markets and no advertisers will talk to you if you’re not in NY and so we’re very lucky.
Next Question.

Moderator: Sir next question is Roy

Roy: Good afternoon gentlemen

Frank Olsen: Good afternoon, where are you calling from?

Roy: I’m from Pascoag, Rhode Island

Frank Olsen: Pascoag, Rhode Island, where the heck, where’s that?

Roy: northwest corner, we’re 2 miles from Mass. And 2 miles from CT.

Frank Olsen: You know there is a Pasco, Washington, did you know that? Answer is that is where the college is. But go ahead and use a question.

Roy: One of the recent people just asked my question which was, are your plans to move off the pink sheet, which I was trying to formulate another question, but I guess I can say, do you expect to be carried on various satellite networks as well, are you targeting them as well?

Frank Olsen: Yes

Renee: I shall answer it this way. We are talking to every major carrier in the United States as well as the two satellite companies in the United States. And we are very heavy negotiating with those however,….. yes, including the carrier where you are by the way,..anyway, the way these negotiations takes place is as follows; We go in and the first thing we have to do is find the non disclosure agreement. Of course so that means we cannot tell anybody outside the room that we are talking to them. So #2. and we have been caught with our pants down a couple times, if you might remember several years ago, the word went out that we had signed a contract with the Dish Network and when that word did come out and we did have a signed contract with Dish Network, they reneged on the contract and said “you guys can go straight to wherever you want to go to”

Frank Olsen: Reason for that it was asked to the owners at Dish network at a conference at the wrong time, and it was not released at the wrong time and it was embarrassing.

Renee: So, the answer to your question is yes we are in negotiations.

Roy: I have a follow up question if you’d allow me.

Renee: Go ahead

Roy: When you talk to these people, and I’m not asking who, you’re general response is?

Renee: Extremely Positive.
Roy: Excellent
Renee: They are aware that we are there at the right time and the right place. You know as Frank should explain to you why it is so important that we are there today with technology being what it is.
Frank Olsen: When we first started this technology was not caught up with us. Now that we’ve done the appropriate route taken, all the carriers like our approach; they’re very enthused with us. And that’s why we’re being invited to the home. We want to be scrambled and we want to be invited into the home and we love that approach. So we are not pushing the gay agenda on anyone that doesn’t want to see it. And I’ve said this 100 times and I’ll say it one more time. I have grandchildren; I would not want to see my grandchildren, the 9 yr old seeing 2 men kissing on television because I don’t want to have to explain that to him. 13 years old I don’t care what they see on TV, so we are going to be invited in the home only. That’s why we do, we want to be scrambled and the cable companies are very ______ because they don’t have lock stock rooms like a door has, and they don’t have people calling them fighting them.
Next Question.

Moderator: Sir next question is from Danielle

Frank Olsen: Hi Danielle, we got a female, we got a female.haha

Danielle: Advertisers, do we have any and what is our strategy in regards to marketing?

Frank Olsen: We have a great strategy for marketing, that’s why we have Rubenstein the other PR Company, and we have an office in NY so we’re right in the middle of the advertising area. I’m going to give you Renee for the rest of it and we do have advertisers ______

Renee: I have a standard answer for this; Frank has told you this answer over many many years. Gay people do not buy gay toothpaste, meaning that companies are interested in the market that we are baiting the gay community. Their anxious to ______ as a matter of fact, because that is the largest untapped advertising market left in the United States. However there is also some kind of a risk involved for those advertisers because they cannot afford to lose $3 in revenue for every $1 that they get from the gay community. Meaning that they want to be absolutely sure that we are not a pornography network, and I hate to say this but when we mention Q Television that is the first think people think we are but we’re not.because we are a family orientated gay television network, but they need to be sure we are a solid citizen so to speak.

Frank Olsen: And another thing, I want you to remember the percentages. You have 10% gay, 3% curious, 33% Christians and you have other. And they have to work in those percentages so they don’t mind advertising in a network that’s scrambled and the gay people get the information because sponsors such as American Express, Coldwell Banker, and the ____ Merrill Lynch have been advertising in the gay newspapers for years and they’re so privileged to be coming to a network that doesn’t have other advertising that they don’t want to be next to on the network. That’s about as best I can answer your question. Thank you for calling. Next Question.

Moderator: Sir next question is from Rob

Frank Olsen: Yes where you from my friend?

Rob: Hello?

Frank Olsen: Hello. This is Frank and where are you calling from?

Rob: In Ohio

Frank Olsen: hahah ok. May I have your question please.

Rob: Who owns QBID?

Frank Olsen: Who? Ok, that’s a very easy question. I’m gonna give it to Renee. QBID is a subsidiary of Triangle Multi Media.

Rob: And who owns Triangle Multi Media?

Frank Olsen: QBID, it’s you do, you do.

Rob: Ok, thank you.

Frank Olsen: Next Question

Moderator: Sir next question is from John

John: Hello can you hear me?

Frank Olsen: Yes I can hear you fine John. Where are you calling from please?

John: I’m calling from Virginia close to D.C. I have a question, what percentage of the outstanding shares do you own?

Frank Olsen: 53%. Can’t do anything with them.

John: You forgot to ask one of the 2nd questions that somebody asked about the reverse stock split. You ever gonna do that anytime soon?

Frank Olsen: No absolutely not.

John: alright thank you.

Frank Olsen: Thanks for calling, Next Question please

Moderator: Sir next question is from Coy

Frank Olsen: Where you calling from sir?

Coy: Yeah, I’m calling from Fort Worth, Texas

Frank Olsen: My God that’s where our studios are.

Coy: I’m well aware of that, I just want to say that first of all I’m a straight heterosexual fan and this is the first thing I’m ever going to invest in because I believe what you guys are doing. I thoroughly believe in this company. I just want to know if you guys, if this is for real. I want to know what I am investing in. Am I investing in Q Television Network? Am I investing in QBID? Where am I coming from, you know? What exactly am I investing in and hows is it going to help me become rich and famous…

Frank Olsen: I don’t know if you’re going to be famous but I’ll answer the question real fast. You’re investing in Q Television Network, and you’re investing in QBID which is Triangle Multi Media and TMM, Q Television is a subsidiary of TMM. Thank You. Next Question please.

Moderator: Sir next question is from Nancy

Nancy: Hi this is Nancy in Orlando, Fl.

Frank Olsen: Well good, how are you doing there?

Nancy: Yeah, we’re very excited; we’ve been with your stock quite a long time. Being in the Orlando area we’re starting to get bigger gay presence here with the gay days of Disney World and what not and I notice their starting to open up some resorts partnered specifically at the gay clientele. I was wondering if you are going after some of those resorts to let them know you got the station.

Frank Olsen: I’ve got better then that; we’ve already gone down and filmed them and we’re making travel show around the new gay resorts all over the country.

Nancy: Fabulous, but I was thinking more in the line of them knowing that your station was there ___ to market that in their hotel but “hey we got our own station”

Frank Olsen: They know. We plan on being in all the gay hotels in the country. And we’re working out the things we have to do. We have to get decoders and we have to make sure they have the right satellite dish and it’s a long haul but we’re going to start targeting the major gay hotels and the major gay bars.

Nancy: Yeah that’s going to be very lucrative. Orlando is going to be very popular for that, and just the other thing, I was tooling around on the RCN website and they had a lot neat interactive things between the programs and the users and I had thought I heard that you guys were babbling with some kind of fun type of interactive program.

Frank Olsen: We have a fun show, and I’m glad you brought it up. It’s called the Q Café, and it’s an internet show and basically its 2 hours a night, live from Fort Worth, Texas, and we’ll be sending out software to the people that request it and we’ll be sending out thousands of softwares so you’ll be able to go to your internet, your web cam and you’ll be able to call in the show and we’ll put you on the show and you’ll be a Q Television reporter. And you’ll be able to come _____ we have 3 wonderful hosts and I think your gonna..Its 2 hours every night live and its repeated twice. And we’ll have live _____.

Nancy: Well, we’re very much looking forward to it; I can’t wait to get it in Orlando. Thank You.

Frank Olsen: And it’s a 30 second delay there.hahaha. Thank you very much for calling. Next Question please.

Moderator: Sir next question is from Ray

Ray: Hi how you doing sir. I’m from Tennessee and I just have a quick question for you. How many employees does TMM /QBID currently employ and what are TMM/QBID’s monthly operating costs?

Frank Olsen: Oh that is very hard to explain but we have about a half million dollar budget a month. But see we have to, in order to, lets say I buy a movie deal, I’m creating like 5 million dollars on the movie deal, so the monthly operating costs are, but we outsource most of our things but we have very few employees but most of it is outsource so we can control our expenses.

Moderator: Sir your next question is from Doug

Frank Olsen: Hi Doug, where you calling from?

Doug: Austin, Texas

Frank Olsen: Ahh another texas.

Doug: My question is how do you plan on keeping customers attracted to the network while showing advertising and charging premium rates for the service.

Frank Olsen: Ok, let me explain, that is a key thing. We cut our advertising down to where we only allow 8 minutes an hour, we will not interrupt movies, we will not interrupt shows that should not be interrupted but things like sporting events, the gay games, and talking head shows really are meant to be interrupted. How to keep, so people continue subscribing and monthly and also having the advertising. It is our job to keep our programming more and more exciting and better and better every month. Next Question please

Moderator: Sir next question is from Jerry

Jerry: Hi, How you all doing?

Frank Olsen: I’m doing good hun, where are you from?

Jerry: I’m calling from Cleveland, OH. My question here is, for areas like Ohio and the mid west where we don’t have a very large gay & lesbian population, how do you plan to move into this type of market.

Frank Olsen: Well, we worked that strategy out and basically is, we feel that it doesn’t matter what market it’s in, it doesn’t cost the cable company a fortune to put us in your area. And if you people will honestly call your local cable company, honestly call your local cable company from your local area, and do not call other cable companies, just ask for the operator and say would you please make a notation that I’d like to have Q Television, we’d be glad to have you do that. Renee would like to add something to that.

Renee: I don’t know if you heard earlier but, We are negotiating with both satellite companies. If and when that happens of course. The footprint of the satellite company the entire United States, so you can view QTV that way.

Jerry: Thanks guys

Renee: However, I want to be very careful, we’re only negotiating; it doesn’t mean that the deal is signed.

Jerry: Right, don’t get caught with your pants down.

Renee: Correct.
Frank Olsen: And you can call your satellite companies to. Next Question.

Moderator: Sir next question is from Barbara.

Frank Olsen: Yes, Barbara, where you calling from hun?

Barbara: From Florida.

Frank Olsen: You know you guys are the ones that hurt our first start up, your dam tornados you had down there.

Barbara: Oh, I’m telling you, its been quite a mess , I haven’t been online in nearly a month because of it and I really don’t know if anything new has come about or not, but, I’m excited and I hope things are going well and just had a quick question, Are you planning an IPO at all?

Frank Olsen: No Not at all right now. Not at all. Right now we have to stick with programming and doing what we’re doing, you know that’s the major thing we need to do right now, is do programming.

Barbara: Well like I said I’m exciting and good luck.

Frank Olsen: We’re coming up to the last couple questions so next question please.

Moderator: Sir our final question comes from Trevor

Frank Olsen: Hi Trevor

Trevor: Hey Frank how are ya?

Frank Olsen: I’m excellent; I want to thank you for staying on the line so long.

Trevor: Well, we’re used to being patient out here and I’m glad we had this opportunity to speak with you about these issues.

Frank Olsen: Where you calling from by the way?

Trevor: I’m calling from Santa Rosa, CA

Frank Olsen: Oh, you’re a neighbor.

Trevor: Yeah, and I’ve been calling I would like to be on Comcast and receive the network; all our friends are interested seeing this be a success and have some interesting original programming. One question, while we’re waiting for more carriers and we understand that, all we can do is wait so we’re excited about the website being updated and anything you can do to provide daily feedback on progress I think would be wonderful. My one question that I was going to ask has been answered, the 6 billion shares that have been authorized for contracts, are those sealed or is there a waiting period for these people, are they able to sell those right now?

Frank Olsen: _____ under contract, we have some negotiations, we cannot ____ say it We don’t expect them to be ____ float.

Trevor: Ok so there is really just 9 and a half billion shares in the float right now that’s stable.

Frank Olsen: Yes

Trevor: Well keep up the good work Frank and thank you.

Frank Olsen: I’m sorry that we can’t take anymore questions; I think we can do this again so you guys can stay on an update. I’d like to spend a couple seconds to tell you about the program on the station.

We’re about 25% original programming starting probably around November. The programming starts, the original starts something and it’s Q on the move from Seattle, from the space needle and every place in Seattle. It’s a great show, it starts November 6th. We’ve been showing the pilot but right now the new show starts November 6th. Woman on Woman which is a ladies talk show, starts November 6th. It’s a fantastic show, it’s about woman’s issues, and it’s kind of tailored after the view.

On our live 3 hour block which is tailored after the what the news channels do begins on the 15th of November. It will have gay news we call Qews break with Scott Winners, it will have sports with Jackie Inks (sp?)and they’re going to do a team together with the gay issues with whats happening around the world, and the we go to our star show the Internet Café where everyone can be the participant and you’ll soon see it on our webpage on how you can get your software sent to you so you can participate in the show….yes your on the network, you won’t be able to participate unless the network is in your area.

Now if you like to call you cable companies you can but just call your local cable companies, don’t ask for Boston or anything. Just say you’d like to have Q Television and I want you to know that 20 calls and 30 calls help. Every call helps, just be very polite and sincere. If you’d like to call your satellite company, it all helps, just be very polite to the operators and please give them the __________

I want to thank you once again for spending time with us here at Q television and feel free, we’re here to help you and remember we know that your partners and we’re working for you. Thank you again. Talk to you soon.

Moderator: Ladies and Gentlemen thank you for your participation in today’s conference this concludes your presentation and you may now disconnect.

Suzainiee...Do you agree the signs have been clearly there for a couple weeks...The Buy rec I saw today from American Bulls is just another...I'm staying close all week hoping it develops...Don't be surprised if at least one significant PR appears at the same time...You can smell this puppy...

I hope what ever comes near term is more than a mini run. I want to have a base price as solid as the one we're at over a penny. It's the run from that level that will begin to help Frank market this to a whole new set of investors.

I've added to this position & about to add at least one more significant block. Right now I'm already way past what some might call an acceptable risk for a penny stock!

I've been lurking this one for a long time now. I'm actually really impressed with how the QTV website has come along. To me little things like that matter...

Yes! It didn't happen overnight. Like all growing companies it's been a work in progress!

Does anyone else check out Jackie Enx's daily journal entries on the Q website?
http://www.qtelevision.com/jackiejournal.asp

This is yesterday's entry:

2/25/2005

Hi everybody...  you have your good days, and then you have your bad days...

There were some very good moments... the "we pick the Oscar winners" segment was wonderful with David, Chrisanne and our guest, Arnold Wayne Jones...         That guy is simply brilliant.

I co-hosted "QueerEdge" with my "soul-mate" Jack E. Jett for the first time and got to spend the second half of the show with my hand on this guy Nick's thigh...   (no, no...  not Nick Oram... Nick Oram ????).    My Nick was the model/dancer for QueerEdge and this guy was just smokin'! (I may have 3rd degree burns on my right hand ...  YUM !!!!)

Those were some of the good moments...

and then, there were the not-so-good moments...

That being said, this is not the proper place to vent and it wouldn't be fair anyway because there may be very good technical reasons for all that seems to go wrong. I do know that everyone is doing the best they can, and trying to do 2 1/2 hours of live TV every night is much closer to a miracle than common-place when it works.

NO OTHER NETWORK does anything close to what we are trying to do. We all look upon it as a challenge and we do our darndest to try to deliver something worth-while.

Saturday Night Live ? 1 1/2 hours, once a week, Pre-recorded with 6 days of rehearsal

Your Nightly News ? Live, but only 30 minutes           (we could do that in our sleep)

David Letterman, Jay Leno, any and all of the CNN / Fox type News Shows ? Pre-recorded, edited, with unlimited access to GRFX and guests...  and still only 1 hour long... (level the playing field, and bring them on)

It gets frustrating when you are asked to be Hellen Keller every night and you damn near pull it off only to have some technical "behind the scenes" thing blow it all to hell...  again

hang in there...

thats what we will do...  we promise

It would be sweet if you're right. We need a good run just to set up a base over a penny.

Anyway hope to see you all at .02 sometime next week.

Not sure if it will be next week or the week after. Maybe even the week after that! You can quote me on that. I strongly think a run is near. I am new to reading charts, so if I'm right then it's merely beginner's luck. If not, then I will admit that I am wrong. I just really think we could see something big in the next 1-3 weeks.

Hi everybody... you have your good days, and then you have your bad days...

Yes, Daily, enx does one hellava good job, along with all of the talent and techs. It is emerging.

It gets frustrating when you are asked to be Hellen Keller every night and you damn near pull it off only to have some technical "behind the scenes" thing blow it all to hell... again

hang in there...

thats what we will do... we promise

cheers everyone,

Jax
