Management as well as investor relations have recently compiled a list of individuals posting inaccurate and or false information on certain message boards. Management has worked very closely with the owners of these message boards and they are cooperating fully with the investigation. Management will be sending these individuals certified letters insisting them to stop posting these fallacies or criminal action will be taken.
No information posted other than from the company or investor relations should be considered true. Management’s policy is not to discuss any information with a specific individual. All information regarding Triangle Multi Media will be issued via news wires for all investors to view simultaneously

I've never spoken to Frank nor have I ever claimed that I did. I will express my opinion & have. But aside from all that,,,
I will state this as a fact!!!!
I just bought another 1,150,000 shares!
I simply reviewed my checklist,,,
(1) Do they have a product or service?
(2) Is it a quality product or service?
(3) Is it a marketable product or service?
(4) Are there precedents, companies that provide the same kind of product or service?
(5) Do most if not all these companies trade for over a dollar a share?
(6) What differentiates my prospect from these other companies?
(7) Do they have a target demographic?
(8) Does that demographic have the means to support the product?
(9) Where does the commercial community stand, do Fortune 500 Companies want to reach the prospect's target demographic?
(10) Can the prospect deliver an effective avenue for the major corporations to reach this market?
(11) Do they have sponsors?
(12) What's the possible impact of their primary competition & will my prospect have the lead in the market?
(13) Does this prospect have management with a proven track record of not only running a company but actually bringing a company to market, making it successful & profiting from this endeavor.
And most importantly one personal question,,,
(14) Do I have the discipline, willingness & conviction to maintain a large core position in this company when I identify it.

I did not catch it all, I will record the noon news, I'm certain the piece will be shown again. It was a local news insert during ABC Good Morning America. My wife came running into the office and I switched channels and caught the last moments, very cool.

I am not baiting anyone, just stateing the fact that these are the only two names on this thread that claim to have first hand knowledge of what Frank is doing and what he has said. I do not have any other motive. I was in and out of the Q many times and will play it again if everything looks right. I have never claimed to have first hand knowledge and never will. I read the PR's and do my own DD.

They are not telling us to not read the message boards, they have been telling us to only believe what they release in the form of a PR and to not buy into speculation and other rumors.

Here's what Frank had to say.

You're half correct. Yes there are those that post information that could be false. I'm not taking the illuminati2012 posts seriously. There are also posters like U4 that post numbers about the stock that don't make logical sense. Many of those labeled as bashers have tried to provide information about the technicals of the company that no one knows about.
This is almost the same as illuminati's posts. The only difference is that with illuminati he has pictures from this weekend that prove he has been around Frank Olsen and the rest of the QTN crew. Like I said, I am not going to believe the illum posts until they are in PR form. You take from it what you want.
Frank is referring to both the pumpers and bashers.
